The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!
Ventajas: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.
Ventajas: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.
Desventajas: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Ventajas: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.
Desventajas: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.
Ventajas: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.
Desventajas: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Desventajas: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Desventajas: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.
Desventajas: Flight was 90 minutes late.
Desventajas: The sitting was so very small, I never traveled so crumpled.
Desventajas: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action
