Desventajas: Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Ventajas: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Desventajas: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Ventajas: Missed the connection because TAP from Vienna arrrives late. The cre who received us at Lisbon airport was very helpful

Ventajas: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Desventajas: Boarding was a bit of a nightmare. Seems some people were directed to the rear of the plane when they were sitting at the front and visa Versace so they were trying to pass each other in the isle.

Desventajas: The flight was good, however I was not able to check in online due to British airways website issues. The entertainment touch screen is not working properly,needs some maintenance.

Ventajas: Captain was trying to uplift passengers spirits

Desventajas: Flight should have full service instead of snacks and the wasn't any entertainment on a flight for 4.5hrs to 5hr

Desventajas: My tray table lock was broken. When I took my seat, there was a piece of it barley holding it in place and after the passenger in the seat in front of me sat back forcefully, it fell and went too far under my seat to get. I had to hold it in place for the rest of the flight.

Ventajas: The crew was pleasant. The flight was smooth even though we flew through clouds the whole way.

Desventajas: If you don't purchase a seat in advance, the airline puts you in a middle seat even if the plane is not full. I don't really like that.

Desventajas: Crew didn’t show up. They later said it that they weren’t picked up. Weak excuse since they’re probably near the airport/airline could have informed us/flight could have been delayed properly. Everyone was there, plane was locked and departure delayed by some 36-40 minutes

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Ventajas: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Desventajas: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Ventajas: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Desventajas: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Desventajas: You cancelled my flight and booked me and my 2 toddlers at an off-site hotel. It was terrible carrying all our stuff for our 5 am check-in.

Desventajas: Basic Economy options for carry-on confusing/not clear. Surprise charge of $110.00 once we got to the airport. Airline specified on website that a full sized carry on was not allowed. We were under the impression that meant a personal item (second personal item) was allowed as that is not a full sized carry-on. Confusing language! Airport personnel were entirely unforgiving. Basic Economy is a tactic to attract customer at low price but with substantially subpar options.

Ventajas: The first class cabin stewardess was simply wonderful. I’ve never experienced someone more friendly. Wow. And this was my first flight on United in a long time. I’m going to use United more.

Ventajas: Friendly crew. Departure and arrival earlier than expected. Smooth travel from begining to end.

Desventajas: No food and no entertainment during the flight (which makes it similar to low cost flights).
