Desventajas: We were delayed about 40 minutes due to air traffic. It appears they knew that, and we could have waited in the air conditioned terminal, rather than on the plane. And, I could have informed my Niece I would be arriving late, but I had no Wifi.

Ventajas: Service was very good

Desventajas: Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again.

Ventajas: Flight duration, lay over and timings were convenient for us.

Desventajas: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Ventajas: Good enough amount of leg room. Easy to checkin online.

Desventajas: Boarding was a bit of a nightmare. Seems some people were directed to the rear of the plane when they were sitting at the front and visa Versace so they were trying to pass each other in the isle.

Desventajas: 1 hour delay in departure from Lisbon

Desventajas: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.

Ventajas: Professional service. (Overall)

Desventajas: 1.No punishment for smiling. 2.Giving the bread with clippers is great, But not enough: not if the passengers Didn’t wash their hands. 3.Operating the seats (2 buttons)may Not be the easiest thing to do.

Ventajas: The seats were surprising and comfortable and reclined quite a bit. The food was excellent and the people serving it was so nice

Desventajas: Plane dirty toilets disgusting, much to warm in cabin, very tight seats and Turkish doesn’t enforce their carryon luggage regulations do boarding takes ages

Ventajas: The boarding, comfort and crew were excellent. Everything is very organized and professional.

Desventajas: I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed.

Ventajas: some of the meals were tasty.

Desventajas: No WiFi on the flight back, poor entertainment choices, overall an uncomfortable flight experience.

Ventajas: Food was good, on flight entertainment was good, crew was friendly and accommodating. No major complaints! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very impressed

Desventajas: The basic economy was snug but I was okay with it. I only wished my seat reclined a bit further but I was up against a back wall so others in further aisles up had much better reclining distance.

Desventajas: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Ventajas: Flight crew try hard to please passengers.

Desventajas: Aeroflot ground staff are rude, aggressive, very poor customer service.

Ventajas: The meal was good with pretty rich menu. The crew was very good.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed, we were taken to aircraft by bus by not convenient way.

Desventajas: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Ventajas: The planes were clean and well maintained. The eye masks were cool - reversible with writing to do not disturb or wake for food.

Desventajas: Staff all seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A menu for the food options so you know what you are choosing from - the staff didn’t know what they were serving. A snack/drinks bar to help yourself when you need through the flight.

Ventajas: Crew were responsive. 787 has more legroom & better recliner, window shading was amazing

Desventajas: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Kids running up and down isle stewards just walking past. Never made announcement for boarding. Worst flight ever.

Desventajas: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Desventajas: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Ventajas: Premium class is awesome. Nice size and comfortable seats with a foot rest. Food as tasty and hot. Attentive attendants.

Desventajas: The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight.
