Ventajas: "The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did."

Ventajas: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Desventajas: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment."

We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

Desventajas: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Desventajas: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Desventajas: "The flight was overbooked and I was in standby along with other two passengers. The very rude lady at the boarding gate told us that the flight was full and that we could only board if there were any passengers not showing up. She assured us this was very unlikely to happen and that we will probably have to be allocated in another flight. I was lucky enough to be able to board the plane because there was a guy that was not going to fly with his wife. I was the last one admitted, and therefore the last boarding passenger. I could not believe my eyes when I got on the plane and saw SIX empty seats in business class!!!!! Just so you know, these people sell more tickets than the number of available seats they have in economy class and they rather to leave their overbooked passengers on the ground than to put them (or anybody else) in business class seats. Let alone that the leg room in economy class is ridiculous even for average sized people and I was really uncomfortable. But this is not the end of the story. They lost my suitcase, and at this moment, seven hours after I landed, they do not know where it is and they cannot give me any more information. I will from now on avoid this company as much as I can and I would suggest everybody does the same."

Won't mention the screaming kids, but while the flight attendants were nagging passengers for everything, they didn't say a word to the inattentive parents of the screamers. Air conditioning didnt work well. Crazy small seats, no padding in seats. It was a tough flight."
Ventajas: "I like that express passes were given as we left the first plane. It made getting through the line easier."
Desventajas: "There were no weather issues and we left late from JFK. Most people on the flight had a connecting flight. The majority of the people missed the second flight though the plane had not departed. Everyone had to be rebooked on a later flight."
Ventajas: "In general, I have always had great flights when using Iberia; the MAD >NAP flight segments included."
Desventajas: "Iberia Express uses smaller, Airbus320s and certainly packs passengers in! I'm 6'5"/191cm, and the flight between MAD to NAP almost 3 hours. That's a long time to sit with knees wedged into the unpadded seat in front of you. Window seats have even less room than aisle seats. It also makes things worse when passenger in front wants to fully recline their seat, passenger next to you wants to sprawl out - very claustrophobic! Also, there are no freebies on this flight charging for even a cup of coffee or glass of water!"
Ventajas: "Boarding process was cool no drama! Plane was super clean. Seats are narrow but not uncomfortable. (Not for a long flight which IBExpress does not do anyway) In flight crew awesome: impeccably dressed and kind. Good selections for purchase. Take off and landing perfect."

This led to me missing my connecting flight at 8:45am from Madrid to Sevilla. I arrived in Sevilla at roughly 10am, well past my time for the second flight. Instead i will arrive at 7:30pm, essentially wiping out 1 of my 8 vacation days from work. Everyone was very kind albeit sometimes unclear with instructions"

It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Desventajas: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Ventajas: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Desventajas: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."

Desventajas: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print.
