Ventajas: Very nise crew, espicily steward Ignas

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable and the crew were very professional.

Ventajas: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Desventajas: departure gate area was standing room only

Desventajas: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Ventajas: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Desventajas: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better

Ventajas: I loved the crew members, always willing to help great energy through out the flight.

Desventajas: Food choices, up to date movies and inexpensive luggage’s

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Desventajas: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Ventajas: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Ventajas: The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before).

Desventajas: Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you.

Ventajas: Lots of legroom. The crew was very nice and friendly.

Desventajas: The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly.

Ventajas: The Ryanair staff was friendly. The plane was on time and the flight went smoothly.

Desventajas: I have never flown in less comfortable seats and with less room. During this trip I also flew Vueling and Easyjet. Both were much more comfortable. Maybe Ryanair should calculate how much fares would have to rise if they made things a little more comfortable.

Desventajas: Worst, never uses this company.

Desventajas: Tardiness! I have taken 2 different flights and BOTH were late! Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers.

Ventajas: Nothing was terrible about the flight. The crew was great. There was a delay b/c of weather, but you can’t blame that on the airlines. But € 3 for a bottle of water. Really. Extra fees to be able to take a carry on bag onboard. Really. The attempt to squeeze every last farthing out of the customer is frankly disgusting.

Desventajas: See above.

Ventajas: Good value for the money. Quick check in and good seating order.

Desventajas: The seats don't recline and the arms are hard plastic so it was an uncomfortable flight.

Desventajas: No cabian las maletas de mano y nos hicieron facturar. Sin embargo habia personas que llegaron despues a la cola de embarque y les dejaron subir la maleta. Si solo caben 90 maletas y esa es su política que sean mas cuidadosos a la hora de llevarlo a cabo

Desventajas: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Ventajas: Efficient. On time.

Desventajas: Salida en hora, el tema de las maletas a facturar por escasez de huecos, se forman filas para evitar q facturen tus maletas y para colmo se averió la pasarela q te acerca a la terminal en Madrid y mas de 20 minutos dentro del avión ya parado.

Desventajas: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Ventajas: Great crew and seat

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Desventajas: Very good flight and crew.

Ventajas: The crew with neither rude nor particularly welcoming.

Desventajas: When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable.

Ventajas: Flight reservation was cancelled at airport - gate agents could not allow us to board. We were told reservation had been cancelled.

Desventajas: Refused to sell ticket from start or at least receive a cancellation ticket for the flight

Ventajas: Cuando llegue al aeropuerto a documentar las instrucciones recibidas fue hacer fila en una línea errónea, por lo que al llegar al mostrador de esa fila ya no me pudieron documentar. Haciéndome perder el vuelo. --Nadie se hizo responsable del error de asignación de fila y nadie me dio seguimiento para solucionarme el problema, obligándome a ir a buscar una línea aérea mas seria y con mayor orden.

Desventajas: No me dieron indicaciones correctas para documentar. abordar y viajar. No veo que estén interesados en devolverme el dinero pagado o darme un vuelo para fechas futuras. Con quién debo hablar.

Ventajas: Price. This airline had the best fares fire traveling within Europe

Desventajas: Loong and super slow boarding line.

Ventajas: buen precio, gran amabilidad de los empleados.

Desventajas: no eran muy confortables los asientos, no pude realizar una compra por que no me tomo la tarjeta su posnet

Ventajas: got to Rome 5 hours late

Desventajas: This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!
