Ventajas: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Desventajas: Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch

Ventajas: The inflight crew was very nice

Desventajas: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Ventajas: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Desventajas: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Desventajas: Flight delayed so missed the connection. Had to pay $120 for hotel because the next flight was next day. Had to pick up luggage from connecting city and re check them the next day. Seat tray was crooked in the plane.

Ventajas: The flight attendants were stellar--polite, respectful, helpful, attentive. I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Very considerate.

Desventajas: The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. The stamp was there, I found it, but it had been sloppily applied and was half off the page...hence the rejection by the scanner. We made the flight by minutes. NOT GOOD! Surely Lufthansa could do better in their own country???

Desventajas: They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size

Ventajas: It was a decent train ride.

Desventajas: Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another.

Ventajas: Although economy, it was pleasant and okay

Desventajas: I bought a business ticket but flew in economy from Tel Aviv to Vienna. I knew about it but the ticket cost was still high.

Ventajas: Everything

Ventajas: The raw was empty and I could sleep whole 10 hours

Desventajas: Choice of movies and TV programs

Desventajas: Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience.

Ventajas: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Desventajas: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Desventajas: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Ventajas: I loved the crew members, always willing to help great energy through out the flight.

Desventajas: If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US.

Ventajas: Fell asleep for almost the whole 2.5 hour flight so I'm with it.

Ventajas: First flight on Air Europa biz class to AMS. Easy check in. Great lounge st Madrid with plenty of food/drinks. Leather seats with blocked middle seat. FAs were friendly and efficient. Landed ahead of time. Bags were first off. Great value with these services

Ventajas: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

Desventajas: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

Desventajas: Missed the flight and had to spend a few hours rebooking.

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Desventajas: We were not informed about how our luggage needed to be transferred to an entire building 15 min away.
