Desventajas: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Ventajas: Hay que estar parado 40 minutos en fila antes de abordar, no hay ninguna explicación ni atencion por el pasajero.

Ventajas: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Ventajas: nothing

Desventajas: Flight was delayed almost two hours

Ventajas: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Desventajas: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Ventajas: Perfect!

Desventajas: Respect the schedule. Thank you!

Ventajas: Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself

Desventajas: No gate assignment until right before boarding. Chaotic,especially when you don’t know the airport or airline.

Ventajas: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Desventajas: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Ventajas: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Desventajas: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Desventajas: Easy jet exists today because we, customers have little choice. It’s a typical example of a company that has a good market positioning but is extremely poorly managed. The day a customer centric airline will enter the market, easy jet will gently disappear. The exact thing happened with frech taxis the day uber entered the french market

Desventajas: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Desventajas: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.

Ventajas: The seat was comfortable.

Desventajas: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Desventajas: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Ventajas: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Desventajas: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Ventajas: Puntualidad

Ventajas: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Ventajas: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Desventajas: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Ventajas: That we got home

Desventajas: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Desventajas: Service and everything. Last time using this airline

Ventajas: Euro 47 for check luggage, it should be euro 35!

Ventajas: Efficient and friendly approachable staff.comortable seats..nice selection of refreshments .

Desventajas: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Ventajas: One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me

Desventajas: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Ventajas: The crew seemed very nice.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and no announcement was made. The customers should be made aware. I paid extra for a premium seat which was too small for my husband’s knees to fit. He had to sit the whole flight with his knees turned sideways Into the aisle.

Desventajas: Podrían limpiar el avión y llegar a la hora prevista. Pagué el billete (bastante caro) pensando que iberia era profesional y cumpliría sus obligaciones. Ya veo que estaba equivocado, muy decepcionado.

Ventajas: Comfortable seats and easy to travel from SDC to CDG. The crew was very friendly and helpful at the gate and on the aircraft.

Desventajas: Nothing. Great crew and easy flight. Connection in Madrid left plenty of time.

Ventajas: No organisation at boarding. Allocated back seats.. Pokey

Ventajas: Vuelo con retraso en salida pero llego puntual, sin agobios x parte de azafatas a la hora de vender nada.

Desventajas: Lentitud y muuucha desorganizacion en el embarque

Ventajas: The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher.

Desventajas: It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight.

Ventajas: more confort than other companies
