Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."

Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

Desventajas: "A minus for the Crew because when we arrived in Hamburg, people started to open the baggage boxes although we were still rolling (like 5 min too early) and they didn't say anything, so more people were following. When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

Ventajas: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Desventajas: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up."

Desventajas: "We left with 2 hours of delay to land at midnight on a Sunday night.... to other ways to go home than taxi which is expansive and long."

Desventajas: "Excellent flight, only issue was flight information from Captain was spoken too fast and it was hard to understand what was said...please ask them to slow down their speech on the in flight announcements, cabin staff were fine"

Then when I had the temerity to mention politely that check-in had been very slow, she made no apology and was very rude."

Ventajas: "What I love the most is the cabin crew through speaker was very funny, breaking the ice by making jokes. I have never experience that before and it's the best start to a flight if you are a bit concerned about flying. Was very easy and organised to board and the crew were very nice,"

Desventajas: "The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport"

Desventajas: "Boarding was disorganised! Passengers were rude and shoving people out the way! Too many suitcases on board that then had to be taken off and checked into the hold. Had a rude guy sat next to me who literally took up half my seat too and leg space."

Ventajas: "Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!"

Vegan option advertised on the on-board Bistro menu and ordered and paid - but then turned over the box to see ingredients and it wasn't vegan. Ridiculous service EasyJet."

Desventajas: "Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again."

Ventajas: "El vuelo debía salir a las 7:35 de Barcelona. Acabamos de aterrizar a las 14:30 después de infinitos retrasos y ninguna información por parte de la compañía. Huelga encubierta. La tripulación de cabina desafiante incluso el propio piloto. Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"

Desventajas: "El vuelo salio demorado, como siempre pasa con vueling. Eramos muchos lo qie haciamos conexion y madoe fue capaz fe informarnos o acelerarnos los tramites dado que era la misma compañia con la qie cinectabamos. Desde el avion no sugiroeron qie nos colaramos en mugraciones, en vez de ser personal de la compañia quien nps acelerara los tramites como pasa con las compañiam aereas serias. El vielo un desastre"

Desventajas: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Desventajas: "My flight was approximately five hours delayed and I received no communications from the airline other than changing updates to departure time ranging from two hours to twenty minutes to five hours of delay. Airport staff offered no condolences or compensation."

Ventajas: "Hemos estado dos horas y media esperando para salir. No teníamos información de ningún tipo. El personal de tierra de bastante mala educación. Una vez embarcados, el trato genial."
Desventajas: "El avión debería haber salido a las 20.25 y realmente ha salido a las 22.55."

Ventajas: "Los asientos son como siempre en Vueling, pero los tripulantes fueron muy atentos a pesar del retraso"
Desventajas: "El vuelo salió nuevamente con retraso. Este retraso fue debido a que un pasajero no quería embarcar tras estar sentado en el avión y tuvieron que esperar a que bajara y le buscaran la maleta. Además habían restricciones en el vuelo como siempre!"

Ventajas: "Plane was on-time and I got to where I needed to be. Price was also very nice."
Desventajas: "Boarding was a painful long queue. Plane was crammed and hot. Food / Beverage cart didn't come around until the flight was almost over."

Desventajas: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Desventajas: "unorganised deaprture @ barcelona airport where everyone was allowed to board at the same time. Also our flight way delayed but Vueling did not text anyone on our flight to inform us."

Desventajas: "me rompieron la valija, a tal punto que no sirvió mas y para la reparacion o sustitución me ofrecieron hacer el tramite en Buenos Aires, cuando yo vivo en una provincia argentina muy alejada de ahí, teniendo que llevar la valija rota, para lo cual yo debería haber trasladado la valija por toda Europa durante los 15 días que duraba mi estadía. A otros pasajeros se que les extraviaron sus valijas"

Desventajas: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."
