Ventajas: "I got an email from Kayak letting me know that my flight was delayed from Shannon to Stansted I received the email at approx 23:00 the night before the 07:00 morning flight The email told me the flight was 3&1/2 hrs late Ryanair let me know at 0750 on the day 10 mins before take off A joke So thank god for kayak what an app Brilliant keep up the good work 3rd Jan 2019 flight FR102"

Ventajas: "Llegamos 30 min antes de lo previsto"
Desventajas: "He volado con ryanair muchas más veces anteriormente, pero claramente este ha sido mi peor vuelo con ellos. Antes de salir hubo un problema en el que la puerta de embarque no aparecía en las pantallas del aeropuerto y directamente saltó como embarcando. Por eso, muchos pasajeros casi perdieron su vuelo al estar mal señalizado. Las azafatas fueron muy maleducadas con los pasajeros. Al despegar es normal que la potencia del aire acondicionado normalmente baje y haga un pelín de calor, sin embargo, esta vez empezó a salir tanto calor que todos los pasajeros empezamos a sentirnos muy incómodos, unos intentando quitarse las capas de ropa que llevaban, otros intentando subir el aire, y otros dándole a la campana de aviso a las azafatas para avisar que no se podía ni respirar, que ese calor ya era insoportable y pensar en tener que estar ahí metidos dos horas con ese calor se hacía una pesadilla. Las azafatas no hicieron nada, y una hizo el amago que llamaba a alguien, haciendo con las manos un gesto en respuesta a los pasajeros muy maleducado de “¡veis, ya podéis dejar de quejaros, esto es lo máximo que puedo hacer!”. Algo bueno que destacar, llegamos 30 min antes de lo previsto."

Desventajas: "The surprise cabin bag fees. They should tell you this information at the check-in desk, not as you're about to board the plane."

Desventajas: "Airport personal seems to pick and target few people only to force the new bag policy on whilst others go through unquestioned. I wasn’t involved but could how some people from a different national background seemed targeted by ground staff"

Desventajas: "hicieron cambio de puerta sin aviso y perdimos el vuelo! no mandaron mail, no avisaron en el lugar! UNA PORQUERIA!"

Ventajas: "Cuando llegue al aeropuerto a documentar las instrucciones recibidas fue hacer fila en una línea errónea, por lo que al llegar al mostrador de esa fila ya no me pudieron documentar. Haciéndome perder el vuelo. --Nadie se hizo responsable del error de asignación de fila y nadie me dio seguimiento para solucionarme el problema, obligándome a ir a buscar una línea aérea mas seria y con mayor orden."
Desventajas: "No me dieron indicaciones correctas para documentar. abordar y viajar. No veo que estén interesados en devolverme el dinero pagado o darme un vuelo para fechas futuras. Con quién debo hablar."

Ventajas: "This was the worst boarding process we’ve ever experienced. It wouldn’t take much effort or common sense to bring some order to it. Ridiculous!! Also, as others have said, they really get you on the baggage fees, and push you by email to check in early and charge you for it. We waited until a few days prior to check in for free, but then we were unable to sit together... We did arrive on time and the flight went very smoothly."

Desventajas: "Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."

Desventajas: "I didnt like the new policy of one handbag in the cabin only nor the charge to choose the seat even if you are in last row. Very bad customer service too. Thank god this is the very last time I’m flying with RA"

Desventajas: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

Ventajas: "Main steward was a nice guy."
Desventajas: "Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed due to technical issues… issues that were detected with all passengers and luggage onboard! 2 hours anda half delay!"

Desventajas: "Small cramped, uncomfortable old and tired plane. Extra for everything...."

Ventajas: "I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted."
Desventajas: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."

Desventajas: "Plane was an hour and a half late showing up and taking off."

Desventajas: "It was a 6am flight on Monday morning and the crew did not stop using the speaker for stupid and things. Trying to sell all type of good and perfumes. Please a bit of respect for passengers, Its very intrusive."

Desventajas: "Llegamos 2 minutos tarde a la.puerta de embarque ya que la azafata de tierra nos indicó una puerta errónea, al,llegar no nos dan ningún tipo de solución ya que para acceder al avión era necesario ir en autobús, nos dejan en tierra, acudimos al mostrador y nos proponen cambiar el billete a mañana por el módico precio de 100e y tenemos 1h para comprarlo, hemos terminado comprando otro billete con Iberia al precio del billete completo y haciendo escala en otra cuidad por no perder nuestra noche de hotel de hoy también y el día de coche de alquiler, gracias Ryanair, nunca volveremos a contratar sus servicios"
