Desventajas: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.
Ventajas: The crew was very kind
Desventajas: It's KLM. What else do you need to know.
Ventajas: Services is good .
Desventajas: Food can be better
Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!
Wifi
Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM!
Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it!
I was disappointed and angry.
Ventajas: Nothing
Desventajas: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again
Ventajas: Nice crew, good food.
Desventajas: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.
Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.
Desventajas: All good up to the level
Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.
Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.
Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!
Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM
Ventajas: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.
Desventajas: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal.
They have also changed the boarding gate..

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.
Ventajas: Crew were excellent
Desventajas: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Desventajas: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.
Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.
Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Desventajas: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.
Ventajas: Staff were professional and polite.
Desventajas: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.
Desventajas: Information on arrival time was not correct

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Ventajas: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.
Desventajas: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.
Smooth trip
Ventajas: Everything works and quick to get to destination.
Ventajas: Flight arrived on time
Desventajas: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.
