Encuentra vuelos baratos en TAP AIR PORTUGAL

Ventajas: The crew.

Desventajas: Fake marketing! They said it will be some snacks for economyXtra, and then 2 hours before the flight sending an email saying that the snakes will be charged! Disappointed!

Desventajas: I paid Xtraeconomy to have some snacks during the fly, and they end up coming with a trolley to pay! Disappointed!

Desventajas: Business class food is a disgrace. On the way to Lisbon they had at least some warm meal, skipped now and just got a box with bad, cold food. The crew was apologetic.

Ventajas: I couldn't take the fly. And no body answer! No by the phone, no body on the airport, no body on Facebook, I can't by the web. I need help and no body answer.

Desventajas: Pleace call 666 394 865

Ventajas: I could not fly. No return ticket on march 23, 2020. Justfly.com did not help me

Desventajas: It is always better to buy tickets through the airline.

Desventajas: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Ventajas: Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL.

Desventajas: Dar información completa al momento de cancelar un vuelo.

Ventajas: Missed the connection because TAP from Vienna arrrives late. The cre who received us at Lisbon airport was very helpful

Desventajas: TAP being on time and giving a reason why the flight was late

Desventajas: 1 hour delay Duden to luggages!

Desventajas: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.

Ventajas: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Desventajas: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Ventajas: La puntualidad

Desventajas: Mostraron 5 minutos antes la puerta de embarque, este terminal es muy grande por lo que ponen a afnrse a la gente
