Desventajas: I could not check in because the system cannot link my flight legs and as such it considered that I’m going to Europe although I’m just transiting in Europe. So it required a visa which I don’t have.
Ventajas: Crew brilliant but seat very tight
Desventajas: Boarding procedure slow and hectic
Desventajas: I couldn't put my seat back properly because the man behind me was too big. Please put big people in spacious places its more comfortable for all.
Ventajas: Comfy seats in United Polaris
Desventajas: Crew didn’t ask enough for additional drinks (neither alcoholic nor water).
Ventajas: Everything is well organized, crew members were great.
Desventajas: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time.
Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags.
Entertainment can be better.
Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Desventajas: The ticket was overbook. I ended up with no food on the plane because meals was not enough. There is no usb ports in both planes.
Ventajas: The crew was great! The seats are never comfortable on economy flights.
Ventajas: Crew, food, and business class pods were super. In fact Lufthansa itself was great BUT read next...
Desventajas: ...debarkation at SFO was dismal. The nearest bathroom upon debarking was closed for cleaning. The passport control signs were misleading and confusing (the term "residents" was misused). And there was no one at baggage claim to prevent bags from piling up atop each other on the conveyor. I received a bone bruise trying to get my bag off another one. Avoid SFO as an international destination if you can...horrible airport.

Ventajas: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.
Desventajas: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.
Ventajas: Excellent service and food.
Desventajas: Seat could really use a real footrest instead of the metal bar.

Ventajas: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!
Desventajas: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Desventajas: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.
Ventajas: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served
Desventajas: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.
Ventajas: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.
Desventajas: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...
Ventajas: crew attentive the plane is very clean
Ventajas: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic
Desventajas: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered
Ventajas: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Ventajas: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.
Desventajas: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Desventajas: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour.
Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Ventajas: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.
Desventajas: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.
