Ventajas: El personal muy amable, el vuelo bastante puntual, grata experiencia a bordo. Repetiremos seguramente

Desventajas: Todo ha estado bien.

Ventajas: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Desventajas: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Desventajas: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Ventajas: On time, smooth and professional

Desventajas: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Desventajas: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Desventajas: Slightly more comfortable seats would have been helpful.

Ventajas: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Ventajas: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Desventajas: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Ventajas: The seats are comfortable.nice leg room.

Desventajas: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Ventajas: I liked nothing, and am sorry for the time i waist it with Alitalia. Especially after not letting me use the lounge even thought I am an elite plus with skyteam and Alitalia is one of the alliance member.

Desventajas: Applying the rules and respect my skyteam elite plus membership.

Desventajas: We pay 135 euros por Boarding Passed and a piece of luggage very small. What an INSULTED!!!!. We felled abused and assaulted. NEVER more... What a mistake. We are Frecuently Travel around the world and we telled that to aour friends. Again????...No Thanks!!!

Desventajas: Mi pasaje fue sacado por un amigo. Yo estaba viajando a Madrid. En ningún lado dice que hay que imprimir una tarjeta de embarque. Llegue 2 hs antes de la partida y me cobraron 90 euros por no tener las tarjetas. Somos 2.,tienen muchas opciones pero en ninguna lado dice que una.maleta para dos personas cuenta como.para una. Entonces tuve que pagar otros 45 euros mas. La.maleta pesaba 19,kg pero somos 2,personas. Cuando voy a pagar me cobran las tarjetas; creyendo que habían entendido mi.posicion 19,kg dividido 2, no tendría que pagar por la valija. Pues no, fue un error de la empleada y antes de subir en el embarque me cobraron 45,euros mas. Tenia 50 y no me dejaba subir si.no le pagaba justo. Un disparate todo. Muy mala experiencia

Ventajas: TRIPULACION VUELO HORARIO ASIENTO

Desventajas: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!

Desventajas: Everything. They need an entirely new flight crew, new food service, new gate attendants, new baggage check, new ground crew. Just a joke.

Desventajas: Below avera ge breakfast with no hot items besides cofee/ tea Poorly organized boarding. Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small

Desventajas: Ridiculous charging 25euro for a small backpack, by threatening to let you on is truly extortion

Desventajas: Los asientos son incómodos, el vuelo estaba lleno y nosotros cansados... los asientos no se pueden reclinar, así que te toca poner la cabeza en la mesa q se usa para comer.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Ventajas: This is the most basic service of just get on the plane type of travel. Nothing is included. They would charge you for the air you breath if they thought they could get away with it.

Desventajas: My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you.

Ventajas: The tablet selection was very variety.

Desventajas: The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable

Desventajas: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Ventajas: Just wanted a cheap flight from Madrid to Rome and it worked out great.

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: Comfortable and smooth landing of the Captain.

Desventajas: Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????

Ventajas: The seats had a power station so I could charge electronics in flight. Boarding was quick.

Desventajas: We took off 30 minutes late without an explanation. The crew never spoke to me or asked if I needed anything. I was bumped many times by crew members as they walked past.

Desventajas: If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US.

Desventajas: Bad communication while making us wait standing up for more than 30 minutes on the line to get on the plane.

Desventajas: Me cobraron 60 Euros por imprimir 3 Boarding Pass que tenía en mi teléfono pero no me los aceptaban, pagué la bodega de 4 valijas grandes pero además a último momento me cobraron 25 Euros por el Carry on y en la escalera del avión me obligaron a despacharla a bodega a pesar que tenía una computadora adentro. Muy mala predisposición, Muy monetaristas, NO VIAJO NUNCA MÄS POR RYANAIR
