Desventajas: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Ventajas: The crew was super nice. Everything went smoothly.

Desventajas: My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!

Ventajas: New plane, great seating.

Desventajas: Food should be tastier and boarding should be more efficient and on time.

Desventajas: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Desventajas: Worst, never uses this company.

Desventajas: Compré el vuelo un día antes, no me permitió hacer web checkin, tenía que hacerlo en el aeropuerto pero jamás especificaron horario. En el mostrador del aeropuerto me dicen que tuve que hacerlo por web o haber llegado antes ( llegue 2 horas antes) así que tuve que pagar 55 € para poder tomar el vuelo. No fueron amables. No es la primera vez que tengo problemas con el servicio al cliente o con vuelos. El vuelo salió 1 hora tarde aproximadamente

Ventajas: Not much, should have taken British Airways . Lots of hidden costs

Desventajas: No cabian las maletas de mano y nos hicieron facturar. Sin embargo habia personas que llegaron despues a la cola de embarque y les dejaron subir la maleta. Si solo caben 90 maletas y esa es su política que sean mas cuidadosos a la hora de llevarlo a cabo

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable and the crew were very professional.

Desventajas: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Desventajas: This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!

Desventajas: I didn't like that the originally fairly cheap price became higher and higher to provide minimal comfort and service. 30-35 euros per bag, paid ahead of time, is a ridiculously high price to charge in addition to the flight cost. Middle seats unless you are willing to pay more. Not even a drink on the plan unless you are willing to pay. etc etc. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient not to provide a paper ticket. I was unable to print a boarding pass as I was away from home. At the check-in I was not given a paper boarding pass, and then when I got to the entrance area, my phone would not work to show the boarding passes electronically. Ryan Air's website was impossible to navigate to find my boarding passes, taking me literally about a half hour to figure out. This delayed our entry tremendously. On the flight out from Barcelona to Rome my son was allowed to carry on his skateboard plus one small other carryon. On the flight back, he was NOT allowed to take the board through security, and was told he was too late to check the board. This turned out not to be true, but we were not informed of this at check-in, again seriously delaying our boarding. Luckily we had arrived at the airport way too early, and this worked to our advantage given Ryan Air's incompetence. The next day we flew home on Swiss Air - what a pleasant difference to fly on a real airline! No issues, lots of help, etc. etc.

Desventajas: Very cramped plane, weren't given breakfast or drinks. I just suggest never flying Air Europa. Terrible airline.

Desventajas: I made one big mistake. Forty minutes before boarding time in Madrid everyone starts lining up. I did too. It was a horrendously long line and we stood for a very long time. Of course when they began announcing the usual boarding order the whole line broke down completely.

Ventajas: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Desventajas: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Ventajas: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Desventajas: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Ventajas: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Desventajas: Not being able to have mobile boarding pass is stressful.. almost missed flight due to communication while checking in. I would not like to fly this airline again through Europe due to this inconvenience. Very disappointed and will choose EasyJet next time.

Desventajas: Tardiness! I have taken 2 different flights and BOTH were late! Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers.

Desventajas: The whole checking in process was ridiculous!!! You can only check in on your phone otherwise everything is fee. There are no self check in computers. I'm flying international so don't always have wifi available. Charged to check in my luggage. Which is horrible. It's not even a flat fee for the luggage it's by waeight and I had to go back and forth to a different counter for weight, then to pay, then back to drop off the luggage. One person at the counter should be able to do that one transaction.. it's such a waste of time. I will never fly this airline again.
