Desventajas: WIFI announcement which did not exist

Ventajas: The crew was welcoming and helpful.

Desventajas: I had to purchase a change in ticket due to delay in first flight. Only take American Express or cash, which was difficult, not a credit card with a chip. Disappointing.

Ventajas: Boarding and crew was ok. Aircraft also not bad. But five hour delay with little communication or compensation.

Desventajas: Being charged $50 a bag was not cool when the tix only cost $22

Desventajas: The plane didn't arrive so we couldn't take off. Our flight was delayed more than 1 hour.

Ventajas: Lots of legroom. The crew was very nice and friendly.

Desventajas: The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly.

Ventajas: The people were polite

Desventajas: Why do you have to go to one counter to pay for your checked bag then another to actually check it in? Flight was delayed. Flight was full so I had to check my carry on bag. Took way longer overall than expected and costs more than expected

Desventajas: Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch

Desventajas: I had to jump through hoops to print a boarding pass even though I had Ryanairs app with a mobile boarding pass. 3 hours of my Sat and Sunday in Barcelona were spent searching for an open copy/print shop. Would have been nice to know more than 48 hours before my flight. I get to the airport after not finding a print shop, expecting to pay through the nose for them to print the tickets for me and they say I didn't even need it. They supply the boarding pass. Wow. The boarding is a joke. They don't board in zones, so the line was literally 180 people long. I wasn't even in the back of the line and it still bothered me. Now let's get to the plane, again, staff and pilot were great. The seats have NO leg room. I have long legs and it was miserable. No seat back pocket to put things. No recline on the seats. The aisle way sagged everytime someone walked past me, leaning my seat toward the aisle. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. This flight I paid for a lesson. That lesson being never never never ever ever ever fly Ryanair again. I would gladly pay a little more money to save my poor knees from being in that position again.

Ventajas: Good value for the money. Quick check in and good seating order.

Desventajas: The seats don't recline and the arms are hard plastic so it was an uncomfortable flight.

Ventajas: Flight was delayed, but got time back when we departure to Rome. Fast and quiet flight !

Desventajas: Attending staff before aboard confuse with wrong info !!! Crazy and adding the lack of Aire condition

Ventajas: Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter.

Desventajas: I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste.

Desventajas: Changed the gate in the last 5 mind before the gate closed - shreds the nerves when you are catching an international flight!

Ventajas: We flew Rome to Barcelona and we're scheduled to come back to Rome and then fly back to the states. Besides being able to change our flight to go from Barcelona back to the states (with Norwegian) due to changes in plan, we would have considered booking through another airline. Yes, it really was that bad! Food was fine but you have to pay extra for all of it.

Desventajas: My bag touched the top of the bag screening box for carry-on but otherwise fit and would have fit FINE in the overhead compartment. But NO. I got to pay €50 instead and have them check it. Literally for touching the top but still fitting inside fine. Worst legroom ever. Terrible. I had a middle seat and elbows digging into me on both sides. Awkward! Online check-in automatically selects for one person to be in the front and one person in the back unless you pay more to sit together. Unless you pay the fee you cannot sit with someone you're traveling with. Bathroom broken on flight and only one stall available. Long wait! No pouches in the seat in front of you-- kind of annoying... Staff seemed burnt out and ready to get off the plane. I totally could empathize. Maybe it was because we were heading to Barcelona, but major party crowd who was pretty rowdy on the flight. People standing in the aisles blocking the flight attendants, people sitting on each other's laps some and being loud-- kind of like being on a party bus. Will for sure be telling friends to avoid this airline no matter the price-- not worth saving a few bucks for the discomfort and hidden fees. DON'T FLY this airline if you have kids. Your 5 year old will probably get a middle seat at the back of the plane while you're in the front unless you want to pay extra for everyone to sit together. DON'T FLY this airline if you have American sized carry on luggage. They don't care about your American sized luggage. Whatever the baggage guidelines are, subtract some because that's what they REALLY mean. Get the tiny hard case Euro suitcase if you want to carry on a bag. Otherwise the fee is very high! DON'T FLY this airline if you are over 6 feet tall or have long legs. Ok, they let you stand most of the flight anyway. You'll feel better on another airline. If you can spend an extra 15, do it and AVOID this one.

Desventajas: I have never flown in less comfortable seats and with less room. During this trip I also flew Vueling and Easyjet. Both were much more comfortable. Maybe Ryanair should calculate how much fares would have to rise if they made things a little more comfortable.

Ventajas: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Desventajas: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Ventajas: Boarding and crew was ok. Aircraft also not bad. But five hour delay with little communication or compensation.

Desventajas: My 81 year old father was asked at the final hour to measure his carry on luggage right before loading the bus on the tarmac to take us to the plane. They had already looked at it at check in. They pulled him out of line after he handed over his passport and then told him they were going to charge him for his carryon because it was too big. He place it in the measuring device and it fit so it was not too big. They ended up not charging him but the experience was very unpleasant.

Desventajas: Compré el vuelo un día antes, no me permitió hacer web checkin, tenía que hacerlo en el aeropuerto pero jamás especificaron horario. En el mostrador del aeropuerto me dicen que tuve que hacerlo por web o haber llegado antes ( llegue 2 horas antes) así que tuve que pagar 55 € para poder tomar el vuelo. No fueron amables. No es la primera vez que tengo problemas con el servicio al cliente o con vuelos. El vuelo salió 1 hora tarde aproximadamente

Desventajas: The system for check in very difficult getting response for some questions impossible it took over an hour to check in on line. I found the experience very stressful. Will not fly Ryan Air again. I was told by staff check in yourself or pay 44 euro each there were 2 of us. Both in our 80 s. No kindness at all from check in staff.

Desventajas: I didn't like that the originally fairly cheap price became higher and higher to provide minimal comfort and service. 30-35 euros per bag, paid ahead of time, is a ridiculously high price to charge in addition to the flight cost. Middle seats unless you are willing to pay more. Not even a drink on the plan unless you are willing to pay. etc etc. It is EXTREMELY inconvenient not to provide a paper ticket. I was unable to print a boarding pass as I was away from home. At the check-in I was not given a paper boarding pass, and then when I got to the entrance area, my phone would not work to show the boarding passes electronically. Ryan Air's website was impossible to navigate to find my boarding passes, taking me literally about a half hour to figure out. This delayed our entry tremendously. On the flight out from Barcelona to Rome my son was allowed to carry on his skateboard plus one small other carryon. On the flight back, he was NOT allowed to take the board through security, and was told he was too late to check the board. This turned out not to be true, but we were not informed of this at check-in, again seriously delaying our boarding. Luckily we had arrived at the airport way too early, and this worked to our advantage given Ryan Air's incompetence. The next day we flew home on Swiss Air - what a pleasant difference to fly on a real airline! No issues, lots of help, etc. etc.

Desventajas: La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora).

Ventajas: i liked it when finally got out of the plane

Desventajas: first, they had a fee not well explained in the areas of bookings about check in and luggage. 40 euros per person just because we did not checked in on their app. we where not the only persons that had the same problem. about 6 other couples presented with same. plane had difficulties, nothing to drink, plane was delayed and very inconfortable. not recommended at all.

Ventajas: The plane arrived on time to Rome. That's about it.

Desventajas: Not much TO like. The biggest problem was having our luggage LOST for 90 mins after arriving at Rome. How does the plane lose our luggage on a DIRECT flight? And in that time items disappeared from one of our suitcases. Specifically, $60 U.S. And a set of Bluetooth wireless earphones. My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees.But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares.

Desventajas: Cancelaron el vuelo por un tema de huelga, teniendo que gastar en comprar boletos pues tenía otro vuelo de conexión a Orlando en Paris con otra aerolínea. Ya he iniciado el proceso se reembolso espero que sea rápido y eficiente. Les mantendré al tanto.
