Desventajas: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.
Desventajas: Had to process in and out of immigration then back into airport No transit area
Desventajas: The flight left before we get there. I had to book a train ticket to my final destination because I have to be in Fuzhou that day. I was told by the airline that I would be reimbursed the air fare from Xiamen to Fuzhou.

Desventajas: Luguages did not make the connection but were on the next flight and I was still there, if not it would have been a pain since I was book on another flight not long after.
Ventajas: No real complaints here. Went on 4 flights in total and all were relatively decent. The planes are old, but 3 of 4 of my planes had upgraded seats with tv screens built in, where you can plug your phone to charge. The seats are of regular comfort, nothing outstanding, but not too bad (I’ve definitely had worse). Cannot regulate AC, which is somewhat annoying, but once again, not a big deal. Did not take food options so can’t comment on that. Flight staff is more or less polite, always smiling, and will make sure you have what you need. Would probably book again with UIA if it were an option.
Desventajas: No AC regulation, planes are old, and very cramped waiting spaces for bathrooms.
Ventajas: Everything went smoothly and no problems.
Desventajas: No room between seat rows!! Flight was freezing cold!

Ventajas: Flight attendants were fast and polite and helpful, more room for feet than other airlines, free meals. Sandwich was good, dinner so so.

Desventajas: My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable.
Desventajas: The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something.

Desventajas: Etihad staff for borading at Toronto (YYZ) airport was rude and unpleasent. Always long lineups to get boarding card, they treat passengers like cattles and sheeps. Etihad airlines ground staff was very rude! Seats in the economy class of Etihad airlines are getting congested more and more every year.
Desventajas: We lost an item and while we are in airport waiting for next flight even though we know it would have got recovered by airport staff there is no way of getting it back unless we download a form online , print , fill the form and sign , scan and send it in email to lost and found team. This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there

Ventajas: The BA staff on the plane were excellent, given the horrible way we arrived to board the plane. They went above and beyond to help mitigate the treatment before boarding the plane. Also, our vegan that we requested via American Airlines on the phone back in September didn't appear on their list, so they made the best out of a bad situation.
Desventajas: Our first BA flight was late leaving and therefore we arrived to our 2nd flight 20 minutes before the flight was to leave. The check-in staff were completely rude, telling us to run and threatening to not let us on the plane. It was not our fault the plane left late from BCN to LHR. Once we were actually let on the plane, we didn't push back from the gate until 5-10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. There was absolutely no reason to have treated us that way, so we promptly submitted a complaint to British Airways.
Desventajas: Missing information of my flights, such as seat and others
Desventajas: Daylight savings. Wrong time. Missed flight. $450 to rebook new one-way. What a nightmare!
Ventajas: We had two seats alone on the side, in row 51(!), with plenty of room and easy access (but not too close) to the loo. The Boeing 747 has aged well and was a bit more comfortable than the 787 Dreamliner we took over to Europe.
Desventajas: Only downside was the clunky seatback entertainment screen, which probably looked bad 20 years ago when they put it in.
Ventajas: Crew was nice to direct you to where your seat is. Food was good.
Desventajas: Snacks n drinks..water or soda offered after few hrs from dinner. Passengers should not ask for drinks or snack. I mean crackers or biscuits few hrs in mid flight. Even if passengers are mostly asleep, a crew member can walk down aisles with a tray of snacks. This will help some people wha mught not like the food or type 2 diabetic people who needs to eat n drink every 2 to 3 hrs. Signage on boarding gate is not clear. Your flight number and boarding time was in small projected sentences under a huge lettered former destination place.
Ventajas: On time ...
Desventajas: Seats were too small! No personal hygiene kit available in long flight .... bathroom faucet was not clean. Some stewards and stewardess were not helpful but some are. I asked for help but one stewardess did not respond but one did help and was helpful. Ground crew were courteous and helpful.
Ventajas: Excellent ...
Desventajas: We were served only breakfast and lunch ... in 16 hour travel with a cup of noodles if you asked, the stewardess needed to get reminders couple of times. The steward serving food was excellent. No coffee nor drinks were offered after meals. Food was good though.

Desventajas: Having your bags tagged as “priority “ really doesn’t mean anything. Watched nearly two flights’ luggage go by on the carousel before mine came out. This is becoming the norm over the past several months for most airlines and airports. I don’t mind waiting for my bags. I do mind waiting with a false expectation of priority service.
Ventajas: The crew was efficient. Flight left on time. Food and wine served.

I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again

Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though.

Ventajas: I appreciated there were many movie options for entertainment. Some old but there was good variety.
Desventajas: I hated the wait time pre boarding. Somehow the flight kept getting delayed. The flight was delayed on my way to Barcelona and it was delayed even more so coming back to Oakland. The crew on board were not very nice and the crew pre boarding at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. I paid the extra money for the on board meals and somehow I ended up getting the worst seat locations. The food is served at such disparate times. I felt like I was starving for many hours after I ate my first meal. Overall, I do not recommend flying through Norwegian and I doubt I will ever fly through Norwegian again.
Ventajas: The only male flight attendant was very helpful and polite.
Desventajas: The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded.
Ventajas: Service on the plane and comfort. The cabin crew was outstanding-very customer oriented.
Desventajas: Ground staff was absolutely Third World. They were rude, arrogant and disorganized. Four stand around standing and joking while the lines get longer and longer. One barely functional male yelled at me to get behind the yellow line that I was standing on. We stood in the jetway 15 minutes while these inefficient, arrogant people continued to laugh and talk on their mobile phones.

Desventajas: They changed planes and our seats. I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative of Norwegian Air who told me they sent me an email about the seat changes..... while I was in the chat I checked my email and it was A BOLD FACE LIE.... they never sent an email concerning the seat changes or anything else!!! LIARS!!!! We paid extra for seats and couldn’t sit together to end our vacation. No one spoke English enough to understand any announcement including the PILOT. The food was uneatable.. The WORST FLIGHT in memory!!! DO NOT FLY Norwegian air!!!!!
