Ventajas: El edificio me pareció impresionante. El hotel es muy nuevo y las habitaciones son amplias y muy bonitas. El personal muy amable y muy servicial. Los tratamientos del spa de mucha calidad. En conclusión es un hotel muy recomendable y elegante.

Desventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Que la segunda noche a las 6 de la mañana sonó la alarma y nos mandaron desalojar la habitación y estuvimos en el hall, más o menos una hora y nadie nos ha dicho que ha pasado ni nos han dado explicaciones, solamente con una nota en la habitación nos han agradecido nuestra cooperación en el desalojo

Ventajas: Hotel fantástico, habitaciones bonitas, cómodas y con todos los servicios deseables. Personal atento.

Ventajas: The building is absolutely beautiful and the Christmas decorations just make it even more spectacular. The service and staff are equally on par, nothing is too much trouble. And I absolutely love how they treat our daughter, she’s made to feel like a princess.

Desventajas: There were some technical issues with the iPad and in room phones. Meaning we had to go down to reception to make dinner reservations one night. Hardly the end of the world. And the issue was resolved by the time we got back from dinner. So another example of how diligent staff are really.

Ventajas: But the receptionist provide the solution to fixed the problem which is superb, thanks for that. Concierge are excellent, thanks for your prompt reply and provide service .

Desventajas: Waiting nearly 40 minutes to checking in after 20 hours flight, not acceptable. there's no union payment available which they are international luxury hotel chain in the world. Reservation department are disaster. i do not understand how they had been trained, they do not how to deal with customer. nearly move to another hotel. Anyway, there's no more chance for booking this hotel in the future, and i will not recommend to stay here as well. four season hotel service, can not believable .

Ventajas: La cama era cómoda y el personal era muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar a dar direcciones y recomendaciones.

Desventajas: El desayuno en el vestíbulo del hotel no era tan apetitoso. Recomendaría encontrar otro lugar para el desayuno.

Ventajas: Las camas eran increíblemente cómodas. Gran ubicación. El personal es maravilloso. Habitaciones modernas. Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo.

Ventajas: The breakfast was great, shower was fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lovely touch for our anniversary too!

Desventajas: That the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. No fridge and no fan in the bathroom

Ventajas: Great location not far from anywhere we wanted to go! Had a room with balcony with a nice view! Lovely weekend away with my boyfriend

Ventajas: Increíble todo. Habitación con la cama, baño, admito súper cómodo organizado y de calidad. La ubicación increíble. El desayuno espectacular, y la decoración ideal. Quiero destacar lo bien que nos ha atendido Celia, nos ha explicado todo y ayudado. Todos los que trabajan súper alegres y una educación espectacular. Sin duda repetiremos.

Ventajas: The location is very good, few steps away from the underground, DLR and bus lanes. Tower Bridge is a stone throw away and a range of restaurants, cafes and other locations for shopping, eating etc. The staff was polite, courteous and tried their best to assist when asked. The second room we got was spacious, well lit and had a proper separate seating area. Rooms are cleaned regularly and amenities/toiletries restocked daily.

Desventajas: The renovated rooms lack coziness and are too functional for the price (Junior Suite). A continuous humming noise on the 8th floor (coming from the roof). Bed sheets aren’t changed as frequently as one might think. Parts of the hotel start to show their age and require more attention.

Ventajas: Muy buen hotel, con personal muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la Torre de Londres y con parada de metro a un paso. El precio es caro pero es Londres...

Ventajas: La atención recibida cuando iba a reclamarles.Me trataron con respecto al igual que yo a ellos con educación y respeto.

Desventajas: Que al principio pagué una habitación superior con terraza y no era como la de la foto.Lo reclamé y me dieron otra peor.Volvi a reclamar y la siguiente aunque no tenía terraza las ventanas eran amplias y se podían abrir pues padezco sensación de ahogo.Al final todo excelente.

Ventajas: Muy bien situado, el metro casi al lado (2 minutos). El personal muy amable, y la habitación espaciosa, muy bonita y en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda, si regreso a Londres escogeré el mismo hotem

Ventajas: I rarely do this, but this hotel absolutely worths 9 out of 10. There was some unexpected issue during our stay, but the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Their service was satisfying, and this also applies to the breakfast. You really need to try the omelette. It’s amazing! Besides, the room is clean and comfortable. Will recommend to others!

Desventajas: Noisy toilet roll holder, doesn’t sound like a big issue, however when you go to the loo during the night and the toilet roll holder squeaks you wake up your partner!

Ventajas: El desayuno no estaba incluido y realmente no tuvimos tiempo durante nuestra estancia de evaluarlo. Tiene un bar / restaurant muy lindo al frente pero estuvo cerrado durante nuestra estancia (fue algo que ya estaba de pre-aviso). A pesar de ello es muy lindo hotel, una habitación muy muy completa con todos los servicios necesarios (hasta calienta toallas, bata y pantuflas). El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Desventajas: Aunque la ubicación es muy céntrica, tranquila y linda, a la noche es muy reducida la oferta para cenar. Los lugares disponibles cercanos al hotel son bastante caros. El problema no es que sean caros, sino que no son lugares que uno desea ir todos los días. Bank realmente es una zona más de oficinas y no tan turística.

Ventajas: We stayed in Apex London Wall for 3 nights over the weekend. We loved the staff, they took the time to answer our questions and provide recommendations for how to get to the airport efficiently. Special shout out to Megan who was beyond helpful during our stay, and was lovely to talk with. The hotel was clean and the rooms are very large for a European Hotel. We were very comfortable during our stay. It is located close to the fun and hip Shoreditch area, which is fun to go out in late night. It is located close to the Bank and Moorgate metro stations, which can connect you to most main sights.

Desventajas: This hotel is intended more for business travel, as it is located in the Financial District. The area is mostly closed over the weekend and late at night, so it can be difficult to find places to eat around the hotel. For the most part, it takes 20+ minutes to get to most sights on the tube. Also, in regards to transportation, this hotel is very difficult to get to by cab, so be prepared to walk part of the way back to the hotel at night. Definitely a great place to stay for business travel, for sight seeing I would stay somewhere else next time.

Ventajas: The accomodation is well maintained. The cleanliness is good. The staff is excellent and very careful (except for a one-off event ok my check-out). The breakfast is spectacular. The restaurant area is cozy and the food is very good. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, with cafes and restaurants.

Ventajas: Confortable es la palabra que mejor lo define. En plena city(a 3 min de liverpool st station), buen colchón, decorado con gusto, con buen ejercicio de diseño detrás. Este año pediré por navidad un albornoz como el vuestro :). En este alojamiento está cuidado cada detalle y tiene un buen room service hasta las 11pm, no dudaré en repetir en mi próximo paso por Londres.

Ventajas: Location was great for work purposes and also close to the Underground Train Station.

Ventajas: Habitaciones tranquilas, buen aire acondicionado, excelente desayuno tipo bufé, vino gratuito en el vestíbulo de 6:00 a 21:00 horas y bebidas no alcohólicas y aperitivos gratuitos en la habitación.

Desventajas: No hay piscina; pasillos con puertas de seguridad dobles pesadas y difíciles de abrir.

Ventajas: El personal de recepción, la habitación, y los desayunos eran geniales.

Desventajas: La ubicación está un poco fuera del camino si estás pensando en pasar un montón de tiempo en Mayfair y Knightsbridge, así que acabé pagando un montón en taxi. Hay un metro a la vuelta de la esquina; pero mi empresa quería evitarlo.

Ventajas: El hotel Andaz tiene una gran ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro Liverpool St.. Está muy bien cuidado y el personal era muy servicial y atento. También había un montón de personal si necesitas ayuda o información.

Ventajas: Staff were just amazing, Allisou and Andrew in particular were fantastic. Room was really nice and breakfast excellent.

Desventajas: Nothing bad to say...at all!

Desventajas: We went to Eastway Brassiere for Breakfast. Average compared to the Breakfast served at the Andaz in Amsterdam and West Hollywood .

Ventajas: Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda la ubicación. Tienes la estación de trenes justo detrás, lo cual facilita muchísimo la conexión con el aeropuerto. Ahorras tiempo y dinero. A pie puedes recorrer lo más destacable de Londres sin necesidad de coger medios de transporte. El hotel es muy bonito. El catering está bien, pero esperaba más por el precio.

Desventajas: Es increíble que un hotel de la categoría de este hotel no tuviera recepcionista que hablara español. Nos cobraron dos veces la habitación. Y tardé más de dos semanas en solucionarlo, siempre hablando con el hotel en inglés. Decepcionante la verdad.

Ventajas: The rooms were excellent! Even if you leave your room late in the day, the maids will make sure it’s done for your return! The concierge was outstanding! He couldn’t do enough for us and deserves a massive promotion! Location fab! Can get to anywhere you want in LDN quickly!

Desventajas: Nothing’s perfect, but this hotel was close!

Ventajas: Las ubicaciones son grandes si necesita estar en el distrito de seguros. Es fácil moverse. El personal del bar de la azotea era genial y nos cuidó muy bien.

Ventajas: The property was lovely and the room very comfortable.

Desventajas: My husband has an allergy to feathers so we requested non feather duvet and pillows. These did not arrive after 1 hour 30 minutes. We then asked again. A new duvet and pillows were then brought to the room, however the replacement pillows were feather. We asked if these could be changed while we were out in the evening. When we returned they had not been changed. We complained about this and were told there were no non feather pillows left in the hotel but they would be changed the next day. They were not changed. We were given a complementary breakfast. The service was appalling. We were ignored while waiting. When we were given a table we were brought the yoghurt and fruit and the cooked breakfast at the same time. We said we would like to eat the yoghurt and fruit first. They took the cooked breakfast away. After 10 minutes the same breakfast was brought back to us cold.

Ventajas: The area , the hotel , the stuff at the reception , housekeepers etc very helpful and kind. Very clean and with very high quality of amenities. Comfortable bed , good soundproofing (this is quite important for me) . Will be one of my choices on my visits in London.

Desventajas: The stuff in the restaurant (breakfast area) have no clue on what they do . Very poor service, luck of communication very bad coffee (we are in the 2020 coffee is an asset for an F&B industry). For the standards of the hotel and the overall experience this is a negative (Which can be improved - changed very easy).

Ventajas: Very clean. Staff was supper nice and attentive.

Ventajas: The bed was comfortable and the location was right next to the underground so it was extra convenient for us.

Desventajas: I think I would not recommend this hotel. First we have changed the room because the one we have got was disability friendly and we are too tall to use the low sink. Staff reaction was immediate and we were very grateful fir that. In the second room there was a noisy, repeating sound from the alarm, we raised the point with the staff and after we have talked to the manager they changed the room, but the noisy sound remain the same. We didn't oder the breakfast but once when we wanted to have one restaurant staff just informed us that they are sorry but there is no option for the breakfast showing no willingness to offer any help or advise. The reason was that the second restaurant which was supposed to be open was closed and the one open was overcrowded which I totally get but it would be nice to get at least an advise where we could go in the neighbourhood.

Ventajas: Location was great- Aldgate Tube station is literally right next to the hotel. Proximity to the City: Liverpool St and surrounding offices is a mere 10 minute walk. Coupled with the fact that restaurants, Tower Bridge Pier, pubs and Tesco Express outlets were all within shouting distance meant the hotel is ideally placed to serve clientele with a need for convenient access to amenities and transport hubs

Desventajas: Staff appeared to be a bit overwhelmed when asked to cater to families with specific (reasonable) requests such as keeping rooms close together. Upon my arrival I was told that the twin rooms for my daughters could not be on same floor by one set of staff, only to be informed that this requirement could be catered to by another team.
