Ventajas: This was an excellent stay. The hotel pleasantly surprised us by how beautifully its designed and kept. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was spaciaous and very comfortable. The location was very convenient as it was a short walk to Covent garden and the Holborn area was nice to walk through. The breakfast at Holborn hall was really special, the way the menu works can be a bit confusing, but the food is excellent and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Ventajas: I stay at the Rosewood regularly, connections, proximity to where I need to be and this time, close to Christmas i.e. fully decorated and lit giving the Hotel a special atmosphere. Staff are extremely nice and helpful and go out of their way to make things easy. Got some last minute shopping done and wandered around the new Covent Garden area which is being developed recently, dinner and catch me saying to myself, back home to the Rosewood.

Ventajas: First I just want to say that this is an exceptional hotel. From the moment you exit the cab to the moment you leave. The staff across the hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need with the utmost highest levels of service. The restaurant onsite is great. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed reading a bath in the tub. The added perk of being able to use the sits facilities as a guest of a hotel was wonderful. Perfect way to unwind after a long day. Located no more than two min walk from the tube. Was just a great location that was just or of the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible.

Desventajas: The booking said that the room had a city view, so we were a bit disappointed when we realized our room overlooked another part of the same property.

Ventajas: From check-in to check-out, all reception staff were very welcoming.
Desventajas: We visited the bar in the Monmouth Restaurant just before midnight on New Years Eve, and the female member of the bar staff was not welcoming at all (The first time this has happened as we have stayed at this hotel many times). Also, no countdown to New Year, which was disappointing.

Desventajas: No me pareció una habitación lo suficientemente acogedora, ni tenía muchos muebles, la bañera era bastante peligrosa para entrar y salir, muy alta, y justo donde pones el pie para salir estaba un tope de la puerta y eso lo hacía más complicado. El secador solo funciona enchufado dentro del armario. Me parece que para el precio que tiene hemos estado en otros hoteles mejores.

Ventajas: El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Era precioso, limpio y con estilo, incluso tenía aceites de fragancia en cada esquina, así que olía como el cielo.
La habitación doble era relativamente pequeña, pero tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. El baño era grande, hermoso y lujoso con colección de jabones boutique. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación era excepcional, limpiaban la habitación dos veces al día y pequeñas delicias como chocolate nos dejaron una vez al día. Me encantó!

Desventajas: The only complaint we had was around value for money. The bar was extremely expensive and the tray charge plus 12% service charge for anything brought to the room even drinks we felt was excessively expensive. In addition, we felt the charge for breakfast was a little deceiving as in order to have a hot meal Instead of continental was an extra £7. We felt charging extra for exclusive eating and drinking areas was not really fair for paying residents of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished but for the size and facilities offered a little overpriced.

Desventajas: The room could of been sound proofed a bit better. Could hear the doors open and close in the hallway very clearly. Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.. without charge. And the fire alarm test on Monday morning with no heads up was a bit disappointing and done fairly early.

Desventajas: We apparently had a comfort room , which we were unaware of , how ever that said the room was absolutely fine for one night loverly , we were in 712 and the only small issue was the shower wasn’t great . My big issue with the hotel was being charged a service charge on my drinks when I’m standing at the bar .

La cama comodisima, el personal muy atento y el edificio es impresionante. Ha sido un lujazo pasar una noche en este hotel. Es mi segunda vez y volvere a repetir si puedo permitirmelo.

Desventajas: full of people all the time in the hotel lobby , many were not hotel resident, quite noisy and we cannot really enjoy the lobby or common area. There was dj at night again which was quite noisy. We cannot get our drink at the bar easily, because of too many people.

Desventajas: It looked as though they've remodeled recently and must have used a decorator who cares more about looks rather than function. No drawers to speak of... Do people not unpack? Am I weird for wanting to unpack into drawers? And the shower only has half a door, which let's out all the heat and steam. Looks great but is stupid!

There were beds with different height on the room I stayed in (so if I was taller I could have sat/not crouch just to go to bed. And the room & bathroom was always clean. Ventajas: Una ubicación de 10, cerca de todo, fui caminando al Museo Británico, es un paseo agradable, la zona está muy bien, cruzas la calle y estas en la estación de St.Pancras que te comunica con todo, la limpieza de las estancias estaba muy bien, mi habitación era de 6 camas solo para chicas, y el baño todos los días estaba limpio, el desayuno con bollería, fruta, yogurt, te, café, vamos correcto. No tengo ninguna queja, el día que vuelva repito ¡seguro!

Ventajas: Simply everything! It was an amazing place to stay. The staff was so impressive. Very cooperative and hospitable. Remi at conceirge and Tina/Gerys at room service were amazing. Their outstanding service has earned Marriot our future visits. I urge the management to must acknowledge these people in whatever way possible for being a businessman myself I understand it is your team which matters and these guys did really matter. One guy at check in called boydon or joydon something was little rude and stubborn for my liking but I would easily turn my eyes away from him owing to the courtesy of rest of the staff. 5 stars hands down!!

Ventajas: The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Checking in was an easy process. The room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room was perfect. The gym was excellent for a hotel. I am satisfied.

No tenía planeado volver, pero no había una buena oferta en Agoda por una suite, así que pensé volver a intentarlo. ¡La habitación era fabulosa! El servicio a la habitación era perfecto, con un excelente servicio al cliente. El servicio de atención al cliente salvo algún error, era muy bueno. Simplemente encantador todo y ahora espero con ansias alojarme allí de nuevo en el futuro.

Desventajas: El check-in lo hizo una mujer que hablaba tan bajo que tuve que pedirle que repitiera las cosas. No usó mi tarjeta de crédito correctamente, así que acabé no pudiendo hacer el cargo a mi habitación- ligero inconveniente, no terrible. Tuve una llamada de negocios que se cortó y la centralita siguió conectando a mi grupo al hotel equivocado- más problemática. Los camareros del desayuno no era muy buenos. Me tuve que levantar de mi mesa para pedir una taza de café. Básicamente te sientan y no te atienden luego. La comida era bastante buena, el desayuno no vale la pena las 21 libras. La próxima vez probablemente saldré a desayunar.

Desventajas: I truly wish I could like the hostel. When I first arrived, I was wowed with aesthetics and decor. The bedding seemed comfy as well. But then suddenly I found out that the bathroom and the toilets area located separately in opposite ends of the corridors. They didn't even separate male/female facilities which was super uncomfortable. Only ONE BLOODY SINK IN THE SECOND FLOOR!!! And it was located in front of the toilets. So you can imagine ppl queueing to was their face and brush their teeth while ppl who used the toilets had to wait their turn to wash their hand. This is so riddiculously stupid and uncomfortable. And then I have to move to other corridor in case I need to use showers/dressing table to dry my hair. And they DON'T even have any places INSIDE THE SHOWER ROOMS to put our belonging. And don't get me started with their TINY guest kitchen without ANY proper utensils. I stayed in countless hostel in more than 20 countries and I have to say that guest experience is NO GOOD!!

Desventajas: Whilst the rooms were, on the whole, very clean (as were all the appliances/kitchen utensils etc.) a little more care is needed in one or two places - particularly under some of the beds, which were dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned. One of two taxis booked through the hotel didn't arrive and we ended up having to hail one as we were then late for a booking - I was never told what the problem was. An extra bed for one room wasn't there on arrival, despite being booked, so this took a bit of time to sort and a change of room, but otherwise was handled efficiently.

It was expensive but on a par for London so compared to others I have stayed at it was reasonable value for the location. We only discovered the laundry on the last day which was not well advertised by the hotel in my view.

Desventajas: En ninguna de las tres noches nos hicieron la cama y lo peor, no cambiaron las toallas además no había información alguna de donde solicitar toallas limpias. El colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto, no era cómodo ya que estoy acostumbrado a colchones más altos y más duros. El desayuno no tiene comparación con nigún hotel español (MH, Melia, Barceló, etc), este tenía poca variedad, inexistencia de fruta, nada de punto caliente. Pero teniendo encuenta que LOndres no es una ciudad barata, las 12 Libras que cuesta por persona podriamos decir que está enlinea con al ciuddad, eso sí, deberian complementarlo mejor.

Desventajas: housekeeping was very poor. understandably the hotel was busy over New Year, but we left our room at approx 09:00 and the maid was not finished with making it up when we returned at 16:30. the nespresso coffee machine was great, except that we always had to call for coffee cups - housekeeping didn’t fill them up each day. i suggest the General Manager stays a night in room 308 - the lighting is appalling; only 2 switches for the entire suite. this means that either all the lights are on, or all are off and there is a strong spotlight shining on the bed; far too bright to class as a reading light. for a hotel of this standard, i expect more. the only reason the overall score is not lower is the excellent team at the reception. i hope they get some praise from management.

Ventajas: It was in a great location with very accommodating and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was just fantastic, huge and extremely beautiful. Breakfast was in the college great hall which gave us the opportunity to look around this beautiful building and private garden. Overall, we highly rate this hotel and will go back. Must pay a special thank you to Zac, Tom and Ahmed.

Desventajas: The lamp on the bedside didn't work, but there was a switch nearby. The phone was disconnected, but I was able to plug it back in to phone reception with a question.

Desventajas: El baño, enano e incómodo (teniendo una habitación amplísima a la que podían haber ganado un poco de espacio)

Desventajas: Las habitaciones está en un edificio, la recepción en otro, el desayuno en un tercero, así como el bar y zonas comunes de estar en un college próximo (Goodenought College). En este sentido es bastante incómodo, aunque queda muy british el desayuno en el great hall.
