Ventajas: good location, good breakfast

Ventajas: Breakfast good

Desventajas: Very poor room. Window not sealed so noisy from street Wardrobe door hanging off. Radiator would not turn off....room very hot No instructions on check 8n from reception staff that tap water in room not drinkable Pillow as flat as a pillow case, when asked for a different pillow after 10 mins wait given a grubby pillow with no pillow case... had to be very adamant that a pillow case must be found Quilt cover had no fasteners/ buttons exposing a grubby quilt. The check in details of previous guests still in room on check in- room.obviously not cleaned adequately. Budget accomodation or not this was the worse accomodation I'd ever stayed in. Given this same review direct to LSE and no acknowledgement or reply. Reception staff mot interested in review or complaint!!

Ventajas: La ubicación es buena, esta todo limpio incluido los baños.

Desventajas: El colchón de la cama es horrible, totalmente hundido.

Ventajas: Todo todo pondría un 12 pero no se puede ,la ubicación es ideal y el personal es muy amable sobre todo jahira me guardó las entradas de futbol durante 3 días hasta mi llegada y nos dejo guardar nuestro equipaje el último día durante todo el día .y el desayuno es muy completo muy bueno y variado .yo repetiría la próxima vez sin duda ninguna

Desventajas: Por decir algo en las duchas n hay perchas suficientes para colgar tu ropa ,y eso es por decir algo pero en este hostal todo bueno nada malo

Ventajas: El desayuno incluido era variado y muy rico. English breakfast, fruta, cereales, yogures, cafe, zumo... Amenities (champú, gel, jabón y toallas) Localización buena Posibilidad de dejar el equipaje el día de la salida. Zona común con sillones, sofás y fuente para recargar agua.

Desventajas: Las duchas comunes estaban limpias pero eran algo incómodas. Tienen un colgador dentro para colocar la ropa que se cae todo el tiempo las cosas. Si se cambiasen estos sería mucho más prácticas. Presión del agua y temperatura perfecto. Las almohadas de la habitación eran bajas y el colchón era bastante antiguo aunque conseguimos descansar bien.

Ventajas: Extremely clean room, perfect location, excellent breakfast. The shared bathroom was not spoiling a perfect stay.

Ventajas: Excellent stay couldn't fault it . Breakfast well worth a try

Ventajas: La habitación era pequeña pero estupenda, cuidando el detalle, muy buena decoración, muy buenas vistas, silenciosa, limpia, temperatura ideal, y baño privado. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Esta situado al lado de una estación de tren, y a 10-15 minutos andando de diferentes líneas de metro. Calidad-precio inmejorable. Volveremos seguro.

Ventajas: La ubicación, muy buena. No podemos valorar el desayuno porque no usamos esa opción. Una habitación ideal para familias numerosas (somos 6). Muy limpio. 100% recomendable

Desventajas: No tiene ascensor, por lo que subir las escaleras con el carrito de bebé es complicado

Desventajas: One shared bathroom too small to move in..

Ventajas: Clean and warm

Ventajas: The room was clean and included a private sink. We did not have our own bathroom, but the shared one was very clean and the shower was really nice! The front room downstairs was super cozy and had tea and coffee provided. We visited in December and there was a Christmas tree up. It was very comfortable to sit there next to the fireplace. Great location with easy access to rail and bus lines.

Desventajas: The wifi would not reach our room on the third floor so we had to go downstairs anytime we wanted to use the internet, which was very inconvenient. The beds were way too soft and we would sag into them.

Ventajas: Location for Olympia

Desventajas: Clean, easy access

Ventajas: Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms with daily room service, and a good breakfast. Close to bus stations (Holland Road and Kensington Station) and train station (Kensington Olympia) with great connections to more central parts of London. Would recommend the bus before the train as you may have to change several times if you choose to go to central London by train/tube from Kensington Olympia.

Desventajas: The bathroom on the top floor is very small. It was clean all the time we were there and we didn’t mind the small space. There are toilets one floor down, with more space. Although the breakfast was very good and definitely felt enough, we would have appreciated some fresh fruit or vegetables as well.

Desventajas: El desayuno era poco variado y escaso

Ventajas: Good location, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly.

Desventajas: Single room was very small, cramped and even in December with no heating on it was too warm and stuffy at night. Can hear other guests in neighbouring rooms and I was on the top floor where there are around four or five rooms crammed in so you hear other guests coming and going, which isn't great if they come in at 2am as I experienced and woke me up. The shared bathroom facilities are not great, the larger bathroom is ok but the smaller one located at the top is comically small, you can barely turn around as they have essentially put a shower, toilet and sink in a storage cupboard.

Desventajas: El wifi era muy pobre. No llegaba la señal a nuestra recamara y eso que estábamos frente a la recepción. No imagino los demás cuartos.

Ventajas: Excellent value for money, located in a nice neighbourhood, very clean rooms.

Desventajas: I was on the top floor and Wifi did not reach my room.

Ventajas: The location is great and calm. The building itself is super pretty. Around Xmas time with the Xmas tree and this gorgeous rooms downstairs it truly feels like a dream.

Desventajas: The beds are awful. You feel the metal in your back because the mattress is super old. It definitely needs to be changed. I slept with my sister in a double bed, we were both falling in the middle and each time we or the neighbours moved in the our respective beds we were surely waking up the whole floor. Also, the description doesn’t say we will have to share one bathroom with soooo many people. It’s two showers for like 10 rooms or more. Was hard to get to the toilets as well for the same reason. Plus the carpet made my white socks dirty inside our room so I guess it’s not cleaned regularly. The breakfast was ok for the price. I’d prefer to pay extra though and have a better mattress instead :p

Ventajas: La ubicación y el trato del personal de recepción. Está muy bien comunicado.

Desventajas: El desayuno es típicamente inglés. Debería ser tipo continental. El baño estaba muy limpio, pero creo debería ser renovado.

Ventajas: Excelent location.A full English breakfast cooked in front of mee..Free coffee and cakes in tne sitting room. Very powfull shower and a bathtub.

Desventajas: A lift but it was not a problem.

Ventajas: Muy buena localización, a un paso de la estación Victoria. Personal muy agradable, desayuno en el comedor y en la habitación (puedes cenar ahí mismo si vuelves cansado: hay hervidor, tostador y hasta microondas, y reponen todos los días lo que consumas). Bastante limpio y el personal muy amable.

Desventajas: El colchón de muelles y la bañera que tiene ya unos años.

Ventajas: You cannot fault the location. Lovely period building.

Desventajas: The set up is a bit weird - if you book a studio that’s 10 doors down and you don’t come to the main building for breakfast as you have your own kitchen. I stayed in main building but a member of staff walked into my room without knocking ..it was a mistake but had I been undressed I would have been very angry. At breakfast nobody welcomes you and explains set up so myself and other tables eventually worked out we had to go to the counter and order - including coffee. The waitress that took my order forgot my coffee. Her colleague realised after 10 mins - all a bit poor in terms of customer service

Ventajas: La ubicación es muy buena. La estación a un paso y muy céntrico. El personal agradable y con máquina de café y agua para los huéspedes sin cargo adicional.

Desventajas: Desafortunadamente nos tocó una habitación debajo de la sala de desayunos y había mucho ruido desde bien temprano. Las camas no eran cómodas.

Ventajas: La ubicación

Desventajas: La limpieza de la habitación y lo pequeña que era. He llevado un libro que ha desaparecido de la habitación y cuando la reclame ni caso me han hecho. Me pareció increíble que un libro haya desaparecido.... recomiendo que no dejéis cosas de valor y visto lo visto... sin valor tampoco... el desayuno era básico y te lo preparas tú en la habitación.

Ventajas: La ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de la estación Victoria donde llega el tren express de Garwick y ahí mismo se encuentra el punto para contratar bus turístico. En el hotel todo son facilidades, tienen hasta adaptadores eléctricos para prestar, café y agua de cortesía en el hall. El desayuno inglés completísimo. El personal encantador. Puedes dejar las maletas hasta tu vuelo.

Desventajas: El único problema es que no tiene ascensor pero tienen habitaciones en la planta baja que sólo se bajan y suben 5 o 6 peldaños.

Ventajas: Ubicación y barrio perfecto.

Desventajas: No tiene ascensor y de acuerdo a la edad de las personas debieran de establecer algún mecanismo que permita no subir tantas escaleras. Nos tocó la ultima pieza en el ultimo piso. Tuvimos problemas con regulación del agua caliente

Ventajas: B&B Belgravia is situated on a lovely smart London street not far from restaurants and shops. The area felt safe. We received a warm welcome from the staff. There are complimentary hot drinks facilities available in the reception area (but not in the rooms). The dining room has a contemporary feel and everywhere appeared very clean. Several choices including a cooked breakfast which is freshly prepared to each individuals order.

Desventajas: The toilet in our room had an opaque glass sliding door which did not fully shut therefore was not at all private. The shower was difficult to control and the water was scalding hot. A concern for anyone staying with young children.

Ventajas: The staff are so nice with our dog; the location is amazing!

Desventajas: The bed and the dovet is bit of small and the window cannot be closed firmly, so it’s kind of noisy around midnight.

Ventajas: The bathroom was fairly well kitted out.

Desventajas: The main problem was the paper thin walls. We were kept awake by the couple in the room above us having audible fun in bed all night long and another couple to the left of us who had a huge argument at 5am. Don't come here if you want a good night's sleep.

Ventajas: The location was good. The rooms were a good size.

Desventajas: The sofa bed was broken. There were hairs in the bed and sink. The fruit in the bowl was going brown. There was a bad stain on the ceiling and a hole in the wall. We had no hot water for our entire stay. When we asked about the sofa bed they gave us another room which meant me sleeping alone whilst my wife stayed with the children in our original room. They gave us a key to another room for us to shower in which was in another building down the road. We didn't get to sleep till well after 1am as they were trying to fix the boiler.

Ventajas: Su situación, a 30 min andando de la Abadía de Westminster.

Desventajas: Las toallas de ducha eran muy pequeñas. Por lo demás el hotel era bastante correcto, y su situación magnífica, muy cerca del centro.

Ventajas: Very clean and modern

Desventajas: It was a bit cold, needed some blankets

Ventajas: Nicely renovated old building in a lovely neighbourhood close to Victoria. Very friendly staff. 24 hour staff is a bonus. Room very clean.

Desventajas: A bit pricy for a small room and minimal breakfast, but I guess it’s the location. The windows need to be double-glazed as noise from the street and cold air seeped through (and the light on the side of the building shines through).

Ventajas: Location close to the coach station and clean

Ventajas: Todo tal y como esperaba, lo mejor la ubicación y que el hotel esta nuevo . Relación calidad precio muy muy buena! el personal es agradable aunque no hablan español

Desventajas: El desayuno menos mal que era gratis porque no había ni leche caliente, ni sacarina....y el horario es muy restrictivo

Ventajas: La estación de Victoria está a 7 minutos caminando y es una zona tranquila para descansar. El personal de recepción muy atentos y profesionales.

Desventajas: Sólo hay una hora para desayunar (de 8.00 a 9.00) y el desayuno es bastante escaso.

Ventajas: Las camas lo mejor

Desventajas: La toalla de ducha del tamaño de la de manos y muy sucia la habitación. La calefacción muy alta.

Ventajas: Camas confortables, cercania de metro y centro, ducha caliente.

Desventajas: No hay ascensor. Un problema para gente mayor con movilidad reducida. Mala conectividad a wifi.

Ventajas: El personal excelente

Desventajas: There are better room available for the same price. It's ensuite which apparently does not include a toilet, which made me nervous shaving in the sink!. I had to present proof of ID, and a copy of that was retained, I assume for nefarious purposes as there is no need to keep my ID, I work here and live in Nottingham! No breakfast offered. Tiny room, no headboard, pillows rested against a massive (ceiling to floor) window which meant you could not have the window open. The usual worn out (sleeping on springs) mattress. Other guests playing basket ball at 5am: that is exactly what it sounded like (that's not an exaggeration), no heating at 7pm, full on heating at 6am; went to bed freezing, woke up dehydrated and sweating with a thundering headache.

Ventajas: Only excellent location.

Desventajas: Extremely small rooms with tiny space ( good luck with your suitcase!) No lifts with narrow staircase, so better have good biceps! Noisy streets. Nite staff not very friendly. Selection of continental breakfast!!! Just a Waste of money!

Desventajas: Very little space in the family room for 5 people. Not worth for money you pay.

Desventajas: Room too small for adults. Bathroom too small for 3 adults Room not maintained properly. Beds not made properly. The price is excessive, even for London.

Desventajas: If you are travelling with luggages the room is literally too small, we couldn’t open the luggage, only at the bed.

Desventajas: Los radiadores estaban al tope y no habia manera de bajarlos. Era una sauna

Ventajas: Ubicación, personal muy amable y atento, limpieza, habitación familiar amplia y camas cómodas eramos 2 adultos y 2 niños.

Desventajas: No disponía de armario en la habitación, únicamente una tira de perchas vistas. Las habitacion familiar en la parte del sótano del edificio aun que disponían de ventanas y estuvimos cómodos habia bastante ruido ya que está justo debajo del Hall de recepción.

Ventajas: Location was great against money.

Desventajas: There is not even a single lift.
