I manage 200 staff and I woud be proud of any of them that acted like you.

Ventajas: Breakfast was chaotic. The three tables nearest us arrived after us and all got served well in advance of us. Coffee and Tea were good. Poached eggs were under cooked.

Desventajas: Meal night before was a disaster - virtually every diner had a problem. One stormed out; most of the others were left like us perplexed at how bad the food was and how poor the service. Room was very nice.

Ventajas: Lovely venue and grounds. The golf was excellent. The Werner was excellent.

Desventajas: Food at the 19th hole was poor. The breakfast was average - toast cold and not really toasted, coffee cold. Room service was poor - coffee and soup cold. Spa facilities not as good as others we have visited.

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta si tu avión sale pronto por la mañana desde Luton, como era nuestro caso. No hay hotel más cercano al aeorpuerto que éste. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Buena ducha. Suficiente para lo que esperábamos del hotel.

Desventajas: El desayuno muy flojo. No sé si es porque eran las 05:00 en nuestro caso. Pero café regulero, y muy poca variedad. Venía incluido en el precio por lo que el mal es menor. Pero jamás lo pagaría si fuera un extra

Ventajas: Interesting quirky hotel with a nice bar and pizza cafe. In a good location for an event we were attending.

Desventajas: Parking was a bit limited but we got the last space, would have been disappointed if not.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff, nice area near to town, fair prices.

Ventajas: Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, desde la recepcionista, que nos hizo el check-in aunque llegamos antes de la hora, hasta el personal de limpieza y del restaurante. El desayuno estaba bien. Un poco escasa la opción de fruta pero por lo demás muy completo. La ubicación no es mala, ya que está a 5-10 minutos del centro y de la estación de tren. El wifi también funciona muy bien. Por último, la relación calidad / precio es muy buena.

Desventajas: Lo único que mejoraría de la estancia es que el primer día no nos hicieron la habitación.

Ventajas: Everything! We have stayed here before a couple of years ago and loved it then, so we were hoping it would be as good. We weren't disappointed. The staff are just so friendly and make you feel so welcome. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is fabulous. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay.

Ventajas: The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was great. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi bath and it was amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of options. I would definitely recommend.

Ventajas: Breakfast cooked to order and very well presented. Cafetieres of coffee - single cup - make your own for your preferred strength - plentiful supply. Bedroom a good size with en suite - walk in shower brilliant. Location of room made it a little noisy from traffic. Bed suited my partner but a little too soft for me. I was out for dinner but my partner dined in and, bearing in mind it was the run up to Christmas, was very impressed by the service and thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Desventajas: el personal nocturno de recepción nos dejó esperando para entrar al hotel, hasta que terminó una llamada telefónica. ¡el barman nos ignoró cuando intentamos pedir comida y bebidas y sirvió a un cliente que obviamente había estado en el bar toda la noche dando consejos al personal! ¡el personal nocturno era muy pobre, por decir lo menos!

Desventajas: Pedimos una habitación para 4 ( viajamos con nuestras hijas de 1 y 3 años ) y la cama supletoria que era un sofá cama esataba si montar y tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros a las 12 d la noche cuando llegamos. Muy mala organización y servicio al cliente. A la mañana siguiente nos preguntaron que qué tal la estancia, les comentamos el problema y tan sólo nos dijeron sorry que nos esperaban ver en la próxima visita. Bastante descontentos

Ventajas: Very comfortable stay. Have stayed in a few hotels around Luton because of early flights. This hotel was by far the best in terms of value and comfort. Being able to have an early breakfast, of good quality, was also a big plus. Another benefit is that we arrived by train and the hotel is next door to the station. There is a bus to the airport outside the hotel but we took a taxi with our heavy suitcases.

Ventajas: El hotel está bien, la habitación es grande y cómoda y el desayuno bueno. Está cerca del aeropuerto y puedes ir en taxi o bus. También está a 20 min andando de Luton. La parada de tren está justo al lado, estando bien comunicado.

Ventajas: The hotel is in quite a good location for the airport although it did cost us £9 in an Uber to get to the airport the next morning. Continental breakfast was ok but we still had to eat at the airport as not much choice.

Desventajas: The bed was terrible, every time you eve moved an inch it made a terrible noise so unfortunately we did not sleep very well at all.

Desventajas: Room was very cold as the heating had not been put on before we arrived. A small heater took a long time to warm the room up. Breakfast on a Sunday did not start until 9.30 and we had to be away early so did not have the complimentary breakfast.

Ventajas: Estaba muy limpio, la habitacion tenia un tamaño correcto. El desayuno estaba correcto( siempre lo mismo, parte de tostadas, mantequilla, mermelada, luego salchichas, huevos) y lo mejor es que tenias café gratis siempre.

Desventajas: El Baño era un poco viejo y los enchufes no funcionaban. La TV fue imposible ponerla en español.

Desventajas: No fue posible pagar con efectivo ni con contaless card, desde recepción no nos daba alternativa, mi compañera de trabajo tuvo que pagar ella el alojamiento. El baño muy antiguo muy pequeño. Inaceptable

Ventajas: Clean, comfortable stay close to the Luton station with connections to Luton airport and central London. Free tea and coffee in the lobby, friendly staff, and a small but perfectly functional room.

Desventajas: It's difficult to find the hotel, as the entrance is above ground level and only accessible by either walking through the mall or cutting through a car park and up a driveway. I even looked at Google Maps ahead of time to be sure I could find it, and still had trouble once I was there. More/better signage would be helpful for future travelers.

Desventajas: Two problems, we had tea making facilities but NO tea or coffee until the lady knocked on the door with our early morning call, she returned with some when asked. The early morning call was 40 min late

Ventajas: It’s proximity to the airport is great. The room is ok if you’re just trying to get some rest.

Desventajas: The room was a bit dirty and smelly when we arrived. The fire alarm also triggered when we were getting some rest, but it was a false alarm.

Ventajas: Quick and easy check in experience, was able to get served at the bar straight away and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Room was perfect size and extremely clean. Was not disappointed by any aspect of my stay here.

Ventajas: The hotel is ideally situated in Luton and with so much competition in the area the decision to stay here was driven by price. For what we paid I was extremely happy with the hotel, facilities, cleanliness and location. Ioanna on reception was very efficient and friendly at check in.

Desventajas: Paredes finas como el papel entre habitaciones. Se podía oír todo lo que ocurría. Desayuno muy pobre que no estaba a la altura de la marca Brand. La calidad del desayuno era igual que en un Premier Inn. El Premier Inn es mejor en cuanto a tranquilidad, las puertas no hacen ruido.

Ventajas: The location was very convenient and the bar/restaurant was very good. Parking was also pretty cheap (£10 for a night).

Desventajas: There was no clear reception and it took some time before we were able to check-in. The check-in process also took longer than expected. The shower in our room dripped randomly throughout the night which woke us up and the walls were quite thin, so we were woken up by other noises within the hotel. The room itself was pretty basic and could have been decorated more nicely.

Ventajas: La ubicación no está cerca de estación las habitaciones son pequeñísimas, y el desayuno poca variedad, la limpieza no te hacen las camas, no barren súper desconfortable, y deja mucho que desear para ser un Ibis

Desventajas: La limpieza de las habitaciones nefasta, muy pequeñas y la ubicación hay que pasar por un polígono industrial para acceder a la estación de tren.

Desventajas: No hay lanzadera gratuita con el aeropuerto, sólo se puede ir andando (15 min). Si te coge lloviendo (lo más normal) y con niños, maletas, etc, se convierten en mucho más de 15 minutos...

Ventajas: La cama era cómoda, tienen un amplio horario para desayunar (desde las 4 de la mañana). Las instalaciones son nuevas. Ya que no hay nada por la zona, tienen un rincón para comprar comida tipo sandwiches preparados y un microondas. Tienen un buzón para dejar la llave haciendo el check out rápido

Desventajas: La habitación tiene lo justo para pasar una noche entre vuelo y vuelo. El baño tenía una toalla y una pastilla de jabón por persona, tal vez si no traes cosas encima pueden ofrecerte ellos, como un secador, pero no pregunté. Íbamos a desayunar allí, estábamos varios huéspedes esperando pero el personal no salía así que decidimos ir directos al aeropuerto. Es verdad que está a unos 10-15 minutos a pie, camino que se puede hacer un poco incómodo si vas cargado y el tiempo no acompaña, tiene ligeras cuestas. Nos planteamos pedir un taxi pero cobraban mucho para un trayecto tan corto

Ventajas: Hotel very clean and room quite spacious. Very Nice bathroom and shower. Arrived very late in the night so I can't help more cause I did have the chance to explore anything around. The breakfast is a bit poor but honestly for that price you can't complain at all.

Desventajas: Check'in a bit slow, but it was late in the night and the receptionist was alone.

Ventajas: Está muy cerca del aeropuerto, puedes ir andando unos 10 minutos o menos en línea recta. Puedes hacer el check-in a cualquier hora de la noche, eso es genial. Ideal para pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto porque cerca no hay mucho que hacer.

Desventajas: La habitación era muy pequeña, por las fotos lo imaginé más espacioso, casi no quedaba hueco para abrir la maleta al lado de la cama.

Ventajas: Si lo que necesitas es dormir una noche cerca del aeropuerto Luton, este es tu hotel. Habitación aceptable de tamaño, buen baño y muy buena ubicación.

Ventajas: It was cheap and easy to find. The shower was nice and warm and the black out blinds were ok.

Desventajas: We had a double bed and what looked like a wardrobe at the end of the bed. I opened the wardrobe to see if there was an extra pillow and found a pull down bed which I pulled down, not only was the linen unwashed from the previous user it was disgusting. Lipstick marks and I am not sure what the browny/red stains were but they were on the duvet, pillow and under-sheet. It may my stomach turn, but it was late and we had a early flight so I just closed the bed up and tired to forget about it (our double bed was clean). Shower was nice but leaked all over the floor. We wanted food in hotel but was told because of a problem they could only do pizza or cheese pasta (pizza had an hour wait). We went to the next door hotel which had lovely food. I have traveled a lot and happy stayed in Ibis budgets before however this one was not up to scratch. I wouldn't recommend and would not stay again.

Ventajas: Clean comfortable bedroom. Close to shops and town centre.

Desventajas: The shower head was loose so couldn’t stand under it. Although I was warned about a night club/disco being on that night, the noise in the bedroom made it impossible to sleep till 4am. Although the staff were hardworking and pleasant, juggling serving at the bar and sorting breakfast orders meant mistakes and delays were inevitable.

Ventajas: Bed were comfy for single beds . Room and sheets were clean , had a lovely stay even the music was on till 3am and I never heard much as I went up around 2. Am . Breakfast was lovely along with orange juice and cappuccino , just enough and not too much

Ventajas: La amabilidad en recepción, al llegar. La habitación, aunque mini, unos 8- 10 metros, tiene cocina con micro y frigo.

Desventajas: Camas de 70_80 CMS, colchones viejos. Habitación en 2 planta sin ascensor y escaleras estrechas.

Ventajas: La atención de un empleado hindu . La comodidad general de la habitación y que te incluyen gratis café ,leche ,te y galletas .

Desventajas: Por la noche se escucha desde la habitación mucho ruido que proviene de la calle hasta altas horas ....después se hace silencio ...pero no pude dormir lo que necesitaba pie el ruido externo ya que la zona de noche se transforma... De día es una zona acogedora y tranquila para pasear ,tomar algo , salir , tiene tiendas y de todo cerca y a la vez está cerca del aeropuerto . Pero de noche parece no recomendable salir solo - a y para descansar en el hotel es muy ruidosa la calle . Ya que dentro del hotel en si era silencioso , pero no podía cerrar la ventana porque hacía calor y con la ventana abierta se estaba bien .

Ventajas: El lugar era muy bonito y acogedor las habitacion estaba muy bien y muy comoda el personal de recepcion es muy amable y muy atento se portaron muy bien con nosotros repetiremos

Desventajas: The mattress dipped in middle and only one plug socket worked and then you could only use1 of the double sockets as other one was cracked

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal de recepción y eficiencia en ayudarnos en todo. La ubicación del hotel esta muy bien por lo cerca que esta de la ciudad, aunque en la calle del hotel había gente bastante mal, borrachos y gente no recomendable de tener al lado, pero no ocurrió nada y tampoco les dimos importancia.

Desventajas: No había wifi en la habitación y preguntamos y dijeron que no podían hacer nada que el wifi va y viene y que es problema de la compañía, pero el caso es que no tuvimos nunca wifi. Y otro problema del hotel es que no hay ascensor, pero fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron a una habitación.de la planta baja en el área del jardín, para mi fué un gran alivio porque tengo discapacidad y me era imposible subir t bajar escaleras.

Ventajas: Great facilities. Very helpful at reception

Desventajas: WiFi didn’t work

Desventajas: Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy fría y no funcionaba muy bien la calefacción. Las almohadas estaban sucias y la cama llena de pelos. Los vasos sucios de café y el baño lleno de papeles y nada limpio. Además el recepcionista que estuvo esa noche le pidió el número a mi novia sabiendo que yo estaba. No fue nada profesional. Muy decepcionados.

Ventajas: Good dislocation 10min center.Personal friendly.Clean and comfortable,but all room smelt tabacco or cigaretes so much..

Desventajas: There was mold in the bathroom. I asled for a quiet room but they didn't react to that.

Ventajas: Good location.

Desventajas: The room was a bit smelly, corridors a bit out of date. Breakfast very poor, only jam and cheese.

Ventajas: i did'nt have breakfast, but everything else was perfect.

Ventajas: Staff was very kind

Ventajas: The hotel was near to the airport and it was reasonable value for money. The room had been updated but I wish the owner would stay in the room to understand what I am about to say

Desventajas: The room (RM 3) was exceptionally noisy, the walls are clearly single brick and as a result we had very little sleep. The room would be impossible in the summer. If only the owner had used the room prior to updating a single skin of insulating board on the outer walls would have made this a lot quieter, requiring less heating and as a result they would probably have been able to charge more and you wouldn't be reading this!

Ventajas: La ubicacion muy buena, el personal muy atento.

Desventajas: Me lo han cobrado una vez de la targeta que hice la rezerva, y al llegar ahi me lo han cobrado otravez diciendome que estaba sin pagar. Al final pague 2 veces. Ahora estoy esperando que me devuelvan dinero que he pagado demas.

Ventajas: It was cheap

Desventajas: It was more of a working mans hotel. It was ok for us for one night! Not some where to stay if you need or want a little luxury.

Ventajas: Nice clean room with very comfy double bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well situated for town centre and an easy ride to the airport. I thought it represented good value for money for a short stay.

Desventajas: Nothing really.

Ventajas: Nada en particular . Un hotel poco atractivo.

Desventajas: Habitación en un sótano. Baño muy pequeño . Relación calidad precio baja.

Ventajas: El personal es amabilisimo.
