Ventajas: The staff are excellent, I had the same room as my last stay (which I really liked) & there was a hand written note in my room welcoming me back to the Mont Calm. The beds are super comfy. The bathroom is immaculate and well designed. The rooms are spacious and airy.

Ventajas: The hotel was trendy, modern and comfortable. Located only ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station the location was very easy to get to and handy to bars in Shoreditch. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and made the room extra special for my patterns birthday. The room comes with mood lighting, a scent and a Nespresso machine. The aviary rooftop bar has a cool vibe with a DJ at the weekend & great views of London.

Desventajas: It was odd that we played bar game on the fri evening and my husband was given the sliders no problem, but when our guest (who was staying in the hotel too) went to play on the sat night he was asked to leave a £10 deposit .

Ventajas: Really professional and well matched team who are efficient, kind, hard working and clearly enjoy and understand their roles as not only Hotel Managers, but also Keepers of the Gate for London. I have stayed here twice and the Team make you feel very welcome, but they respect independence. They are knowledgeable and insightful explaining how everything at Z works, where and how to access it and there is a sense of real Pride and ownership with their unique and healthy catering range. And they can get you out and off to explore just as easily.

Ventajas: Our room was beautiful and so cozy. Although it is quite a small space, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It especially stood out to us how clean the room and the bathroom were when we arrived every time we returned in the evenings/afternoons. We really enjoyed the view from our little window. The staff was also really friendly! We‘re curious to check out the other Z Hotels in London.

Desventajas: If I am honest, I don’t like the windowless rooms (Z is one of several who now think this is acceptable.) Essentially the rooms are well equipped with stylish bathrooms. That said, they are noisy, full of hidden piping, automatic air conditioning, hidden lighting behind fake wood panelling that probably houses electrics as well and makes for a noisy and semi restless stay. After a few hours you start wondering when the plane is going to land, it’s that disorientating. And you can’t help but wonder, are they all lights and alarms in the ceiling and walls or are you on some strange sub-reality show? Who sleeps with a manically blinking red light above them?

Desventajas: Quería una tetera para hacer té, pero tenía que ir abajo para conseguir agua caliente cada vez. Lo ideal sería que hubiera sido agradable tener una pequeña nevera para mantener la leche o algo así, ya que muchos de los restaurantes y cafés no estaban abiertos para la cena o muy tarde. Podría haber sido un poco más grande, pero estaba bien para una persona.

Desventajas: The hotel only provided two bath towels and one non-slip floor towel, and room is a bit narrow. I lived here for three nights, but they never cleaned the room when we were not in. They only changed a floor towel for us, but they took one day to do that.... The biggest problem is the room do not have kettle, when I want to drink some coffee of eat instant noodle, it is very inconvenient.

Modern hotel and cozy rooms. And least but not last the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull at the restaurant and on the reception. Won't be the last time we visited this hotel. Thanks for the nice stay!

Ventajas: Nice room, centrally located, a lot off possibilities to eat out, but the restaurant by itself "Chez Mal" has amazing food too. A broad selection at the breakfast buffet. Modern hotel and cozy rooms. And least but not last the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull at the restaurant and on the reception. Won't be the last time we visited this hotel. Thanks for the nice stay!

La cama supletoria para niños que pagas a parte del precio cerrado con Booking.com no es cómoda y menos para una estancia de una semana, no sigue en este caso la filosofía confort. No reponen los “amenities” de la habitación si no los pides. El desayuno continental es poco variado

Beds are mint -- the room I was in had curtains on each bed for privacy, something I've not seen before in a hostel. Sockets and a light per bed which is always a plus. Would stay here again if I'm in this region of London in the future.

The guy who checked me in was kinda annoyed that I arrived at this time and told me several times that no one checked in at this time before, and that the breakfast will start late, because he has to do the check in.... Also he charged two night because I arrived before check in...I did it, because I was super tired, but the bed was ready anyway....THAT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE!!!

Ventajas: The reception were delightful and helpful! They kindly moved me to a quiet room off the main road at my request. The room itself was basic and clean, but that's all I wanted and the price was right for it! My friends were staying at the Rosewood for our friends Wedding. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of pounds when you are hardly in the hotel room anyway.

Ventajas: Ubicación buena. Está cerca del metro y paradas de autobús. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad aunque el zuno de naranja estaba muy aguado y sabía horrible. El personal es muy atento y las instalaciones confortables y amplias. La piscina, sauna y jacuzzi fantásticos. Se pueden usar incluso después del Check out, por lo que se puede aprovechar el día en el hotel incluso tras dejar la habitación.

I accept that the concept is basic but this is way below the 'basic' offering of something like IBIS budget, and the difference with more established standard hotels was only £50 which led me to expect more in future would rather pay the difference.
If you're a backpacker or use hostels this will feel fine but not a business traveler who finds this included on their company hotel list.

Desventajas: Whilst I expected a budget hotel I was perplexed to find that there was absolutely no shelf space. I had nowhere to put my make up on comfortably in the bathroom. The integrated hanging space was totally inadequate. The room we were given was designed for those with a disability which, in itself, wasn’t a problem. However it had a pull-cord for assistance if needed....... it also had a 'cancel call' button and this button flashed bright green ALL NIGHT!!! I understand the need for the button but not why it has to flash! I doubt I shall use easyHotel again

Desventajas: Hay que pagar la televisión 5 libras por la estancia, al igual que el wifi, la limpieza de la habitación y alguna toalla extra para una segunda persona. Además la habitación era un poco pequeña, había que dejar las maletas en el suelo y apenas tenías espacio para moverte.
