Ventajas: Justo en frente de la estación de metro. A sólo una parada de la línea O2 y directo al centro de la ciudad. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno buffet, restaurante acogedor así como el salón bar.

Ventajas: Habitación y baño limpio, nuevo, cama cómoda. Se puede desayunar, comer, cenar , tomar una cerveza en un ambiente acogedor en el bar del hotel

Desventajas: La almohada era bastante incomoda, no había adaptador para enchufes y no estaba insonorizadas las habitaciones ya que el metro se oye bastante.

Ventajas: Great location next to the subway station. In 15 minutes you can be wherever you want using the metro. Clean and very quiet.

Desventajas: The waitress in the bar was impolite and rude. We had to guess what to order.

Ventajas: Very close to Canning Town station so don’t worry about finding and carrying too many stuff. Room is clean.

Ventajas: Great interior design from the moment you enter until you reach your room, very warm and smells like a nice cafe. Very clean overall i.e the room, hotel generally and friendly staff. Easy access to room and elevators are conveniently located especially next to the bar and the doors. The bathroom is great, very clean and tidy.

Desventajas: It randomly smelt quite rancid midday, my partner and I weren’t sure where it was coming from. We had to open the window for a while, it was a cold winter day and I resultantly got sick as the duvets were pretty thin. We wanted to play some games but the hdmi port was inaccessible. We also ran out of toilet paper, only 2 are provided.

Ventajas: No podíamos haber acertado más en la decisión de hospedarnos aquí durante estas vacaciones navideñas... EXCEPCIONAL!!! Cuidado, atentos, agradables, detallistas y el hotel limpio acogedor...da gusto estar en la sala de estar tomando cualquier cosita incluso cenar. Las habitaciones lo justo y necesario en espacio... no necesitas más!! El desayuno perfecto!! Ah! Y aceptan perritos! No era nuestro caso pero me parece genial!! Un 10!!!

Ventajas: The room was a typical IBIS room which was on the 6th floor. What was very good was the bar / eating area which was busy throughout the day / night. Good atmosphere. Food we tried very good.

Ventajas: Great value for London. Amazing breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff

Desventajas: Some of the staff were very attentive and helpful, others not so much. We decided not to have the breakfast as we felt that it was overpriced for what we would have eaten. We opted for a morning coffee instead which was very good.

Ventajas: We stayed in Room 5 which was beautifully furnished and very clean. Very short walk to the 02 with free parking which was a bonus. Nice to see vegetarian breakfast included on the menu without having to ask. We pre-booked a meal in the restaurant which was lovely.

Ventajas: Lo mejor de este hotel es el ambiente acogedor del lugar y del personal. Las habitaciones son cálidas y están bien decoradas. El pub tiene siempre muy buen ambiente y se come muy bien. Desayuno british casero buenísimo. Si se va al O2 es el lugar perfecto, ya que está a un agradable paseo de 10 minutos (si se va tranquilo). En la zona del O2 hay varios sitios donde comer/cenar, cine etc. Nuestra experiencia en The Pilot ha sido maravillosa. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Ventajas: La decoracion es hermosa tanto en las habitaciones como en el bar restaurante. El desayuno y la buena onda de la camarera/recepcionista de la mañana(era la misma persona) salvaron la estadia. El restaurante parece ser muy bueno y aunque no tuve tiempo de cenar ahi la gente parecia satisfecha

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, hacia demasiado calor . Cuando se lo hice saber a la persona que me recepciono no hizo nada al respecto . Creo que deberian tener una recepcion separada del bar con una persona que se ocupe exclusivamente de eso. Y tener alguien que lleve el equipaje ya que las escaleras son incomodas y subirlas cargando valijas es una manera poco agradable de comenzar la estadia

Ventajas: El restaurante era bueno

Desventajas: La cama era dura e incómoda. Cada vez que te metes en la cama o te mueves hacía un ruido chirriante.

Ventajas: El desayuno me pareció excesivamente caro. El hotel es confortable y el personal de recepción y restaurante es amable. La conexión con transporte público es adecuada (tienes que combinar metro (Jubilee) y DLR. Si vais con niños, no es la mejor opción, si son pequeños, porque el trayecto desde el centro de Londres es largo y se hace pesado. En ese caso es mejor buscarlo más céntrico. Si viajas en pareja es una buena opción, te permite explorar otra parte de Londres, los Docklands y Greenwich

Desventajas: Insisto en el desayuno, no lo recordaba tan caro. Es demasiado calurosa la habitación.

Desventajas: Cleanliness of the room wasn't particularly great, there was still rubbish underneath the desk, food residue and hairs in the bathroom. We also paid for an upgrade, so we're disappointed with the state of the room.

Ventajas: Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Room spotless and we had a lovely breakfast in bed. They gave us complimentary extra hour in bed and everything was wonderful. Bed comfy and shower powerful!

Desventajas: Extra towels would have been nice only 2 normal towels ( not bath size)

Ventajas: From checking in with Paul at reception it was easy to get checked in quickly, parking is £18 for 24hrs and easy to get to reception from the carpark. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was compact, great blackout curtains for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you required, you can ask the waiting staff for an omelette which was lovely. You can order food from the hotel bar and had a lovely 12 inch pizza which was delicious. you also get a token for 15 percent off drinks at the bar till 6.30pm which was a nice touch. Overall this was a lovely experience and the hotel staff met all my expectations of great customer service. I will definitely come back 100% thank you

Ventajas: Más que correcto, hay variedad. La única pega es que si la estancia es larga, se repite. No obstante, hay desayuno ingles, fruta, lacteos, tortiatas, etc, ... El traslado al puente de Londres en 20 minutos, zona tranquila y en desarrollo urbanístico.

Desventajas: La carta del restaurante para cenas y comidas es limitada, y en el caso de repetir varios días es imperativo repetir. El aire acondicionado está demasiado frío.

Ventajas: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean Breakfast was nice and not greasy and was always fresh out

Desventajas: We didn’t like the communication over phone as we tried to call 5-6 times before the arrival but no one pick up the call. At the time we were staying in no one attended the call on reception. So we bring this to the manager and the manager only replied with “sometimes we busy” . The guest should be the priority .

Ventajas: Everything else was really great except of glasses and hairs under shower. Breakfast was good, they served the breakfast nearly till 10:30 even though is only till 10:00. Helpful and friendly staff.

Desventajas: Glasses left in the room were very dirty and there was a bit of hairs under shower. I think cleaners need to pay a little bit more attention to detail.

Ventajas: En líneas generales el hotel está muy bien, la habitación muy confortable y el desayuno amplio y variado. Es un hotel bonito, moderno y en el que puedes descansar plácidamente.

Desventajas: La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro. Debes coger mínimo un par de metros para llegar al centro, aunque tienes la parada al lado del hotel. Además, el hotel está al lado de un aeropuerto aunque por suerte no hay muchos vuelos.

Ventajas: Big room, gorgeous view and lovely staff.

Ventajas: Estaba muy limpio, el personal era muy amable y con el DLR estábamos en el centro en 25 minutos

Desventajas: Breakfasts was poor, a lot of variants of food but less quality. Scrambled eggs disaster, bacon was super salty, sausages disintegrated. We requested from the booking.com a quiet and high level room, we did not get at the moment only the day after. The AC is getting a strange noise we had to change 2 rooms. Anyway the stuff was very promptly all the time. It is a airport hotel unfortunelly we choose to stay a week here, the hotel is 1 hour from the city center with the public transportation.

Love the area is quiet and professional.. hotel facilities were good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room cleaners everyday were amazing ensuring the rooms were fresh and spotless by the time we got back.

Ventajas: The beds are great. Rooms are spacious. The rooms can go completely dark if you travel from another timezone. This used to be one of my favorite hotels, despite the connection to the city.

Desventajas: the shower is not that clean and needs a firm scrub including the sides. Same goes for the toilet. The gym needs an update (heavier weights, bars and plates). Housekeeping wasnt consistent in leaving the right towels and bottles of water behind. The general state of the hotel is in desperate need of maintance, from the entrance door (broken), the elevators (broken bars and poor card readers) to the lights in the gym.

Ventajas: Era cómodo, estaba limpio, el personal muy amable y el hotel conecta genial con el tren ya que tiene la estación al lado. Estupendo.

Desventajas: Me quedé con ganas de ir al Spa que al final no fui..

Ventajas: Este alojamiento nos gustó mucho. Solo estuvimos 2 días en Londres y no tuvimos problemas para transladarnos al hotel. Está a las afueras pero la relación calidad precio es muy buena.

Ventajas: Una ubicación estupenda si estás trabajando en el centro de convenciones. El restaurante libanés enfrente del hotel es excelente.

Desventajas: El mayor problema con este lugar es en realidad el precio. Por esta cantidad se espera mucho, y el Crowne Plaza se queda corto. Las habitaciones no están listas para el check-in, el desayuno continental es verdaderamente horrible, y las habitaciones apretujadas no son un problema si estás pagando menos. En mi próxima estancia veré si alguno de los otros hoteles del bloque es mejor, pero este precio podría ser sólo una función de una ubicación que está a sólo unos minutos a pie del centro de convenciones.

Ventajas: No puedo comentar nada acerca del desayuno puesto que no utilicé este servicio. En cuanto a la ubicación está bastante retirado del centro pero hay una parada de metro muy cerca.

Desventajas: their room key cards did not work very well with our door. we constantly had to get new keys and/or had to either remove the card super slow or super fast to open the door. otherwise, great hotel

Desventajas: La habitacion tenía la ventana rota, hemos tenido que dormir com la ventana abierta, nos quedamos enfermos, ya que no teniam otra habitación para nos darem. Hemos pagado parking muy caro e quando llegamos no teníamos lugar, bueno para no hablar que nadie te hacía sentir bien en el hotel!!!Los horarios para los niños en la piscina és muy limitado e aún hacen classes privadas com niños de la ciudad, a ver, solo tienes metade de la piscina para la gente que está de vacaciones. De verdad me quedé alucinando....Vista en la habitación para el parking!!! Para un hotel de 4 estrellas, yo le daría 2 estrellas. Solo un empleado de nombre Rayan en el día siguiente nos ayudó de la manera mejor. La ubicación es perfecta, pero no volveremos jamás a esse hotel.

Ventajas: Helpful front desk manager . A normal 4 star hotel . It is in Excel so a bit far from city but if you want to have a same hotel in center you have to pay more . Perfect breakfast . Airplanes noise from outside . Totally had a pleasent stay .

Ventajas: The cleanliness of the suite and hotel; the front desk - customer service; the views from the suite; the breakfast was really good

Desventajas: Some of the staff looked miserable and unhappy, which is not the level of customer service I expect. They did not seem welcoming or approachable, however the staff at the front desk at reception were pleasant. We were given the wrong information that the spa facilities were closed during festive season (new year’s), but when we made a complaint to the manager about our overall stay at the hotel, she informed us that the spa facilities were opened so there might have been a miscommunication or so. There was difficulty in trying to order room service as I was waiting for a good 15mins to get through to someone. Having said that, the hotel is located at a lovely scenic area, the rooms, the facilities, bar/restaurant, breakfast was amazing. The manager was very reassuring when we made a complaint and offered a very nice gesture. And she showed that she did care with regards to our complaint as well as sympathetic and able to meet our needs/expectations.

Desventajas: I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open on a bank holiday morning despite it being part of our booking. It was the sole reason I booked the hotel so to not be able to use it to keep the children entertained was upsetting however the manager was very sympathetic and gave us a discount.

Ventajas: We really enjoyed staying in the hotel everything was nice and clean the room is very specious the bed was very comfortable very nice breakfast best location in London

Desventajas: We ordered chicken salad and steak, Salad was the best salad ever but the steak was not as good as we expected in terms of the taste.

Ventajas: The yacht is beautiful the location is perfect the rooms are lovely. The beds were not very comfortable but the duvets were lovely and soft. The breakfast was ok could of had a lot more variety.

Desventajas: The beds found them uncomfortable. Too hard.

Ventajas: El yate esta muy bien, las habitaciones amplias, ofrecen agua, cafe, tes y galletas en la habitacion, la cama muy comoda. La zona tranquila y agradable, el DLR comodo y rapido (en 35 minutos llegabamos a bank) Restaurantes alrededor.

Desventajas: El DLR ni funciono el fin de semana, asi que llegar al hotel nos costo bastante. El hotel no habia previsto ningun tipo de transporte. El desayuno no vale lo que cuesta, muy poca variedad en comparacion con otros hoteles.

Ventajas: Great location and very unique accommodation.

Desventajas: Our room was great apart from the following : 1. A/C did not work and this room was particularly hot. 2. Extract fan within bathroom was non-operational. 3.The in room Kettle , had a mind of its own and the operation was intermittent and dangerous . It actually was found to turn on by itself with no water . We took the precaution of leaving it up- plugged from the wall power outlet. Please note that all above issues were reported to reception staff but was not acted upon. Apart from that we had a lovely two nights and would possibly stay again .

Ventajas: It’s a floating hotel, I have stayed on board many times prior and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very polite and friendly. It’s pricey because its a unique hotel which offers a touch of luxury. It is especially favoured by me at Christmas. Unfortunately, all that has changed...

Desventajas: This Christmas was ruined, I spent a a small fortune and it was terrible. I booked myself and 3 close family friends, from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. Had to pay for an upgrade on arrival as the rooms we were given were not the ones I wanted. One of the upgraded rooms had a coffee machine that didn’t work properly, luke warm water was as hot as it got. There were also problems at breakfast, which I had paid for in advance. The maitre d wanted to charge me again. I showed her the confirmation email, but she still charged it to my rooms and told me to sort it out when I check out. The Christmas Day meal was a disaster. £80 per head which had to be booked in advance. In the most ridiculous way. I phoned the Sunborn to book the lunch, they informed me, they could book it over the phone. I had to go online book and pay for it online, then call the Sunborn back with a voucher number. Only then would they book it over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. The Christmas lunch itself was terrible... we were told to be prompt for the booked time slot. Which we were. However, we were made to sit and wait for 45 minutes before we got our starters. No explanation given. I had to approach the maitre d to enquire as to when we would receive our meal. She apologised for the delay and sent over complimentary drinks. When we were eventually served our £80 Christmas meal it was shockingly bad. We were promised a delicious and sumptuous feast. This is in fact, what we were told: “Make the festive season even more magical and memorable with a delicious Christmas Day meal onboard our luxurious superyacht. Enjoy sumptuous festive dishes cooked to perfection by our award-winning chef, and relax amid the elegance and sophistication of our London docklands setting for only £80pp.

Ventajas: El hotel esta cerca del aeropuerto City en Londres. Es un barco. Comodo y con buena cocina. Cuarto grande. Recomendable para personas que trabajen en el area. Esta lejos del centro de la ciudad. recomendado para adultos.

Desventajas: Falto personal para ayudar con las maletas.

Ventajas: Es un hotel muy original, como estar de crucero. La habitación (executive) muy amplia y limpia. La zona no es centrica, pero está muy bien comunicada. No hay aparcamiento en el hotel, pero see puede dejar el coche en el parking del Excel.

Desventajas: El desayuno no estaba incluido y es bastante caro.

Ventajas: Camas muy cómodas y mucha limpieza.Decoración divertida.En general es agradable.

Desventajas: Excesivamente lejos del centro.Hay que coger un DLR y metro,con mogollón de paradas en medio.Casi una hora para llegar. Desayuno y aperitivos carísimos por no decir prohibitivos.La habitación no tenía armarios con lo cual te resulta difícil ordenar tus cosas y ropa.Las vistas de la habitación de lo peor.

Ventajas: Personal y limpieza

Desventajas: Faltaban perchas en el baño y en la habitación. Pocas almohadas. Solo había 1 para cada uno. El secador no se puede usar en el baño porque el interruptor solo está adaptado para una máquina de afeitado. El desayuno es mejorable. En mi opinión, le faltaba variedad de pan. Solo había pan de molde.

Ventajas: La habitación era fantástica. Limpia, espaciosa y con todo lo que necesitábamos

Ventajas: Estaba todo muy limpio, las instalaciones perfectas, desayuno muy rico y el personal muy simpático y atento. Llegamos a la 1 puesto que nuestro avión se retrasó y aún así nos dejaron hacer el check in sin problemas y además se encargaron ellos de llamar a un sitio de comida para llevar para que pudiéramos cenar.

Desventajas: No hay nada que no me gustara.

Ventajas: El personal es muy amable Todos y Roxana es muy atenta y muy buena atención nos presto mientra estamos alojados en el hotel.

Desventajas: Food options limited at 945pm although menu advertised until 10pm. Most things seems to be finished at 945 which made me think that the kitchen was already part shut ie Chips...

Ventajas: The hotel is located near a station so you can get to the city easily. The staff we lovely. Nelly helped us a lot and went above and beyond our expectations to make the stay great for us. Lesly was also amazing and super helpful during breakfast. I would highly recommend!

Ventajas: The bed was huge and very comfortable. Decent TV set with channels equipped.

Desventajas: Cleanliness of the bathroom, hairs on the floor, mould on the soap dispenser.

Ventajas: PAULA! She is a wonderful asset to the staff! Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Light Rail was 3 minute walk and took you straight to London Tower area (15 minute ride). Great parking lot.

Desventajas: Bed was a little small, but comfortable.

Ventajas: Todo muy normal. Por el precio no te puedes quejar mucho. algunos empleados muy amables.

Desventajas: Esta lejos del centro. Al hacer el check in... no aparecía. Le habían dado nuestra habitación a otra familia. Al entrar en la habitación vimos que estaba ocupada. MEnos mal que llamamos antes. LA habitación pequeña para la familia. Mucho calor Tener que pedir todos los días que queríamos leche caliente en el desayuno algunos empleados muy amables te la calentaban sin problemas y otros no. Tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para cenar. Unas salchichas para los niños.

Desventajas: El desayuno es muy básico ... y es lo mismo todos los días

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son amplias. Muy buen restaurante, con un buen desayuno. El personal era cortés y profesional. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gran relación calidad-precio.

Desventajas: La ubicación fue un reto! Hay un buen paseo hasta DLR. Y a una buena distancia al centro de Londres.

Ventajas: El desayuno era excelente y el restaurante fue una agradable sorpresa. También tenía algunas comidas ligeras en el bar por la noche y era abundante y sabroso.

Desventajas: Conexión WiFi no era tan buena como me he acostumbrado a esperar de la mayoría de los lugares en Londres. Todo el lugar parecía un poco desgastado y necesita una renovación.

Desventajas: El cuarto pésimo, era para personas con discapacidad y tenía un olor horrible,a las 3.am tuvieron q cambiarme de cuarto, una persona de nacionalidad española q trabaja en el desk muy mala actitud. Salí decepcionada de este hotel solo tiene nombre.

Ventajas: Super friendly nothing too much trouble , Managed to get a free car space for our 3 day stay which offset our dlr trips into London each day.

Desventajas: This Hotel its say 4 stars bud its look 3 stars hotel... Very expensive to eat and drink . In Christmas day we pay 150 euros for the lunch that it's OK let's say price..we order 2 class of water they bring to me 1 botle of water that they say its not included in..by the way almost 10 euros. It's for me not nice it's shame to don't offer 2 class of water and to ask costumers to pay its just a water its Christmas day!! The room very average with noise outside in corridor from a door that need oil to open and close without this anoing sound. No wardrobe for our clothes just some little space for jackets that it's unbelievable, no Refrigerator.. small room little space the bed also small for 2 and with no planket the bed, no windows to open. The gym was always with no water to drink. The hotel it's in area that it's to far from the center actually nothing it's around.. I don't like that they took me 50 pounds from the visa like deposit but ok.. What I really I got mad it's when in 3:15 in the morning they took money from my visa without I outhorise them without any pin without any warning and was morning!! This hotel we was afraid that will charge us and the air we breath.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son muy buenas. El lobby y el restaurante muy bien. La atención fenomenal.

Desventajas: Que quedaba un poco lejos, pero en realidad nada de qué quejarme.

Ventajas: Hotel situado junto al City London Airport y a tan solo 25 minutos del centro de Londres en tren. Desayuno muy variado y completo, personal de recepción amable y servicial, pedí un cambio de habitación para tener mas calma y me la dieron sin pegas. Aun estando junto al aeropuerto no se escuchaban los aviones que pasaban cerca. Dispone de un restaurante donde pedir a la carta y de un bar donde picar algo.

Desventajas: Se echaba de menos una nevera en la habitación, ofrecían agua de cortesía que después había que abonar. La mesa escritorio de la habitación aun siendo amplia no era lo suficientemente amplia para estudiar y colocar un portátil.

Ventajas: La cama era súper cómoda pudimos descansar muy bien, las habitaciones cuentan con televisión y son pantallas grandes. Las toallas limpias y la cama preparada todos los días. El baño aunque no sea muy grande te puedes mover y usarlo sin problemas.En general repetiría el volver al hotel.

Desventajas: Uno de los empleados cuando fuimos a pedir algo de comer y beber al no entender lo que ponía en inglés y decirle si hablaba español te miraba con cara de desprecio y sabiendo que estamos alojados y somos mayores de edad nos pidió la documentación.

Ventajas: It is an old house which has been converted into a hotel. The room was spacious enough, beds were good. Not in the center but de train (dlr) is nearby and stops at London Tower. Hotel is located on a walking distance from Airport City London. Good for congress centre Excel.

Desventajas: The bathroom was to small. No minibar in the room. It was difficult to open windows. You are at a congress location, so many other hotels but no old buildings or cozy old restaurants.

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza en general

Ventajas: Hotel was entirely adequate for what we needed it for. Surprisingly not too noisy given there is a pub underneath and its near the airport.

Desventajas: there wasn't any problems with the hotel.

Ventajas: Muy buena relación calidad-precio y práctico. Buen servicio, desayuno gratuito, una buena ubicación para eventos ExCel y al aeropuerto. Un poco incómodo para visitar el centro de Londres, pero por lo demás no tengo queja!

Ventajas: The breakfast was good, location was handy for the Excel Convention centre

Desventajas: Mattress in room 220 needs replacement (saggy in the middle). Woken in middle of night by screaming that went on for ~20 minutes... not sure what it was.

Ventajas: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Buffet breakfast. Staff pleasant.

Desventajas: It's right beside London City airport so good if you're using that. Otherwise I found it a. It in the middle of nowhere so not a great location if you're a tourist. Having said that it's also right beside the DLR you can use that to get you where you want.

Ventajas: The breakfest was a surprise. So good and fresh. Better than in many higher class hotels

Desventajas: It was not possible to book 2 rooms in one go on internet. Hence I booked two two times one room on my name which caused quite some confusion at the beginning. Also annoiyng was that the hotel was overbooked when we arrived. It ended up that I got a disabled room.

Ventajas: Our second year here for the weekend of the Ride 100 London Surrey, parking is reasonable however very tight, we paid £7.50 for 24hrs so checked in quite late, seems a busy hotel particularly due to the cycle event and Excel being on the doorstep, any event there makes this the ideal place to stay as it's a walk to Excel. right next to city airport and close to DLR, noise over night was not an issue in our room, although the train runs till midnight we could hear it didn't bother us, stayed in room 227.

Desventajas: The Car Park is inadequate however there is parking at Excel which is just a 5 min walk.

Ventajas: Habitación limpia y de un tamaño normal, no tan pequeñas como acostumbran a ser hoteles de estas características en Londres.

Desventajas: Aquí los tópicos si se han cumplido: hotel sin servicios adicionales. En la ducha tienes que decidir si quieres agua caliente o presión de agua, pero las dos cosas a la vez no pueden ser. No hay ningún cartel en el exterior que indique que es un hotel, y tampoco una recepción como tal (es un ordenador bajo una escalera).
