Hoteles en Tower Hamlets, Londres

Ventajas: We travelled from Australia to London, arrived at Leman Locke at 8:00am to drop bags thinking we cannot check in until 4:00pm. To our surprise the staff knew we had travelled 24 hrs and in advance had made a room ready for us to check in. That first impression was a great experience for us and a demonstration of first class customer service.

Desventajas: Great location, friendly staff, clean appartments and so quiet.

Ventajas: Lo mejor la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama, y que la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para unos días muy cómodos. Las vistas desde la habitación, espectaculares.

Desventajas: Quizá lo más molesto es el ruido que produce el aire acondicionado funcionando.

Ventajas: Localización inmejorable. A 2 minutos de Aldgate East, tiene cerca (150 o 200 metros), un Tesco y otro supermercado similar. Los apartamentos están muy limpios, perfectamente decorados y equipados con todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda, habitación silenciosa y mucha luz. Es uno de los mejores sitios dónde me he alojado en Londres. ¡Seguro que repito!

Desventajas: Eché en falta una cafetera.

Ventajas: La ubicación y el estado general de la unidad. La atención del personal

Desventajas: Hubiese preferido un vestíbulo de entradas. mas grande. La iluminación de la unidad, sin ser escasa, no estaba del todo bien diseñada. No estaba muy claro como se usaban algunos electrodomésticos

Ventajas: Apartamento nuevo y precioso con todas las instalaciones nuevas, nos ha encantado el lugar, como en casa si vas para varios días.

Ventajas: Comodidad, atención del personal, limpieza y ubicación.

Desventajas: Que no tenga cafetera para desayunar.

Ventajas: Perfectly located and stylish appartment. Had everything you need for your stay. Clean and comfortable

Desventajas: A few things to note .. 1. I was given a lovely birthday card from the hotel including free drink vouchers, however we were asked to pay for the non-dairy milk - which was rather bizarre and didn’t make sense. 2. The room could have been a little cleaner / as we found long black hairs everywhere - and we are both bright blonde.

Ventajas: Habitaciones amplias y decoradas con mucho gusto! Personal encantador. Buen restaurante y excelentes vistan en todas las estancias!

Ventajas: Leman Locke is in the perfect location, directly next to Aldgate East tube station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and upgraded for free to a much higher floor with an amazing view! The apartment was beautiful with lots of lovely little touches. Very modern and comfortable with everything you could need. Bathroom was very clean and bright. Bed was very comfortable, we had a great night’s sleep. Overall everything was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Desventajas: The only tiny thing would be that there was no soap dish in the bathroom but that’s being very very picky. Was not a problem.

Ventajas: La limpieza y simplicidad de la habitación sin por ello prescindir de ninguna comodidad

Desventajas: El sistema de aire acondicionado me resulto algo lioso, quizás por falta de experiencia con el por mi parte

Desventajas: The only complaint I have is that the room was smaller than in the photo!

Ventajas: Lovely rooms, clean and well set out, big comfy bed. great location, friendly staff

Desventajas: Quite noisy at night and no coffee-making in the room

Ventajas: Good facilities , clean

Desventajas: Drains smelt in the room and the room was tiny , too expensive given the dodgy location

Ventajas: The hot tub.

Desventajas: We didn’t have no lights for the first day and night and also the breakfasts weren’t very good.

Ventajas: La habitación es amplia, tiene servicio de catering de bebidas calientes 24 horas por piso; y el restaurantes MR. WHITE’S del chef Marco Pierre White es algo delicioso e inesperado, que uno como huésped agradece.

Desventajas: La ubicación del lugar y la distancia del centro de la ciudad.

Ventajas: Clean, comfortable bed, stylish.

Desventajas: The sound-proofing was poor. Doors closing in the corridor outside were disturbingly loud inside the bedroom. They weren't being slammed - they just closed in a really noisy way. Also the shower, while stylish, didn't have a tray or a recess at hand height for soap and shampoo, so you had to keep bending down, which was annoying. When I mentioned the noise issue at check-out I was told that nobody else had made that complaint... which I found surprising.

Ventajas: Staff were lovely, room was well equipped and clean. Reasonable price for London too. Would stay again

Desventajas: The area is a little 'spicy' with this place being the only decent thing on the road

Desventajas: un lugar caliente y loco, ascensores lentos, un lugar viejo y astuto, ¿no le dijimos el infierno?

Ventajas: Las vistas de la torre. Servicio estupendo. Cercanía al metro y supermercado.

Desventajas: La habitación está pasada de moda y necesita claramente una mano de pintura. El vestíbulo del hotel huele. La habitación es muy pequeña.

Ventajas: Está en reformas

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación necesitaba una puesta al día

Ventajas: Location next to tower bridge and st Katherine's dock the Dickinson inn is lovely

Desventajas: Booked months before tower bridge view when arrived was told it was never guaranteed and they hadnt any left, found us one in the end but part of building blocked the view last stay was much better view. Only 2 lifts working even though new years eve. Room had peeling paint and a very small double bed whereas previous visit we had a nice big bed. Bathroom tired and toilet very low but shower ok. Fridge in room didnt work when I spoke to reception they said it wasnt included in room even though I spent an astronomical amount on 2 nights. £5 delivery charge on top of room service higher charge meals. Forgot our hdmi lead for laptop but concierge said they didnt have any. Just not the service you expect at such a high cost and great location. Dont think we will be back again

Desventajas: Reservé este hotel con 3 meses de antelaciónconvistas al puente pero nada, no nos dieron habitación con vistas. El baño tenia pelos ajenos y se atascó! Nos quedamos solo una noche pero se atascó por la mañana y no pudimos usarlo más. Por otro ladoelagua de la ducha tardaba unos 10 minutos en calentar. Desayuno muy pobre , a parte tomamos el café más malo que habia probado en mi vida. Lo único bueno la simpatia del personal .

Ventajas: The view was spectacular. Rooms was spacious.

Desventajas: There was no heating in the one room we had. We had to open the middle doorway to provide heating to the other room. The manager at the breakfast was quite abrupt. We all have jobs to do. But if it’s not your kind of job to deal with sometimes rude customers (I am far on the other side of rude) then it’s time to move roles.

Desventajas: Booked 9 months ago for a room with a river view for New Year’s Eve. When we arrived the room had been given to someone else. Really disappointed as we have stayed here a number of times before

Ventajas: The staff was very friendly, helped us when needed help fast and efficient.

Desventajas: No dislike about the property

Ventajas: Location was good and the beds were comfortable.

Desventajas: The hotel check-in was an extremely slow process. We arrived at 10am left our bags and returned at 5pm. It was another 30 minutes until a room was ready and we did not get the twin room which was requested. Another 2 hour wait for a rollaway. You can not control the temperature of the room...it was sweltering hot and windows were locked. I realize the hotel was full but it seemed only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. We waited 15 minutes at least each time we used them. Hotel needs servicing and updating. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Ventajas: Upgraded on arrival. Its close proximity to The Tower of London and London Bridge and great eating choices in St.Katherine’s dock.

Desventajas: Nothing not to like

Ventajas: The best thing about this hotel is the fact that it’s right next to tower bridge. The breakfast is decent, and the house keeping / concierge staff were friendly.

Desventajas: They “overbooked” the room type I booked so we got stuck in a room that felt nothing like the pictures online. The front desk managers weren’t that apologetic and blew it off. The manager of the breakfast was barking at the staff like a dog which also made us uncomfortable while having breakfast. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and referred countless friends and family, so I was excited to return; however, they fell short this time and I think I’ll look elsewhere on my next visit to London.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good. Room cleanliness was amazing and facilities fantastic. Staff were helpful and location convenient through tube and bus.

Desventajas: The a/c heat was not working, however we didn't mention it to staff so we can not complain. The location was very convenient but not so clean and beautiful.

Ventajas: Really nice staff, the room was confortable

Desventajas: I had a room for disabled people, so the sink was at the height of my knees .. but as I arrived in the night and as I had to leave early, I’ve just been through. On the second night, there was a party under my room, which was a sound box until midnight... That's a pity...

Ventajas: It is a typical holiday Inn with spacious and clean rooms. We tried take in room service which was great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Desventajas: The access from Caville street felt a bit unsafe in the evening walking from Whitechapel station. The other side was a bit better.

Ventajas: Very helpful staff. A late request from me on arrival at front desk for a family room due to unforseen circumstances. They accomodated us without extra cost. So thankyou. Fantastic clean room and bathroom.

Desventajas: Nothing to not like. Good modern hotel.
