Hoteles en Londres próximos a Tower Bridge

Ventajas: Pasamos 6 noches en el Mondrian con nuestros hijos mayores. El hotel tiene una estupenda ubicación, cerca de las mejores atracciones. Gran vista al mar. Nos tomamos unas copas en los bares que tienen buenos cócteles y vistas. Las habitaciones muy modernas con buena ropa de cama de calidad. A mis hijos le encantó que había un cine en el hotel. Altamente recomendado!!

Ventajas: Un hotel excepcional en Londres. El servicio, la habitación, las comodidades, los restaurantes y los bares eran excelentes. Hermosa vista del Támesis. Sin duda me volveré a alojar aquí en mi próximo viaje a Londres. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre nuestra experiencia en el Mondrian.

Desventajas: La única decepción fue que uno de los cómplices parecía inexperto. Nos reservó un servicio de té muy mediocre en un restaurante de Londres.

Ventajas: Me encantó el diseño del hotel, las instalaciones son excelentes. Es un hermoso hotel en mi parte favorita de Londres.

Ventajas: Muy moderno, gran ubicación y personal amable. Tamaño de la habitación era bastante bueno también.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación. El personal era extremadamente servicial. Pasamos un tiempo increíble.

Desventajas: Les solicité si podíamos quedarnos 2 horas o 3 más y respondieron que No. La respuesta hotel fue lleno pero en el piso en el que estábamos no estaba lleno. O sea que buena voluntad no había.

Ventajas: Excellent location. We had a standard room - more than adequate. Comfy beds. Staff friendly and very accommodating. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and staff went out of their way to make his day memorable. Ismael in the restaurant is a credit to the company. We thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, food, the environment and the location. We would love to come and stay again. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the restaurant and the cocktail bar.

Desventajas: Roof top bar closed (although I was made aware at time of booking). Rooms a little hot overnight but really minor issues.

Ventajas: Large clean rooms, high quality fixtures and fittings, attentive friendly staff all in an amazing location without being burdened with rip off pricing

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: El desayuno fue fantástico, con mucha variedad y producto de calidad. Y la ubicación, excelente, gracias a la cercanía de la estación de Blackfraiars.

Desventajas: Me han hecho bloqueo en la tarjeta el día que llegue, y a pesar de haber cobrado ya el importe de la estancia, no me desbloquean lo del primer día, como se comprometieron

Ventajas: La atención del personal, en especial Emilio que nos ayudo a encontrar todo lo que buscábamos, reservas en restaurantes, rutas, lugares, museos. Muy agradecidos! Cuando volvamos a londres volveremos al hotel

Desventajas: Que nuestra habitacion tuviera vistas al thamesis

Ventajas: The river view, design and architecture

Desventajas: As a minimum, should have a free bottled water. It doesn’t cost much but makes a huge difference for weary travellers esp. when arriving late at night.

Ventajas: Just really helpful and friendly staff :)

Ventajas: El alojamiento tiene una vista y ubicación insuperable. Es la segunda vez que voy pero ha cambiado en tema atención . Muchos chicos jóvenes sin experiencia resolutoria . Pasan de dar la imagen de hotel descontracturado a hotel desatendido. Punto a evaluar

Ventajas: Early check in, amazing location and a lovely hotel in general with an amazing spa facility.

Desventajas: If you are paying this much for a hotel the least they could do is give out free bottles of water in the room and have better tea and coffee facilities in the room. Most hotels at this rating will have nespresso machines or better quality coffee then a few sachets of standard coffee.

Ventajas: Bed very comfy. Hotel and hotel room freshly decorated. Exceptional location

Desventajas: Room service salad was poor.

Desventajas: En el desayuno por pedir un segundo capuchino nos quisieron cobrar un extra lo que me pareció un detalle bastante feo para ser un hotel 5 estrellas.

Ventajas: Service was amazing beautiful hotel

Desventajas: Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t at least give 2 hours free late check out you need to pay extra

Ventajas: The staff are excellent, I had the same room as my last stay (which I really liked) & there was a hand written note in my room welcoming me back to the Mont Calm. The beds are super comfy. The bathroom is immaculate and well designed. The rooms are spacious and airy.

Desventajas: The Burdock.

Desventajas: El bar suele tener eventos en el fin de semana y lo reservan entero sin poder tomar nada

Ventajas: The bed was really comfortable, restaurant food and bar drinks were great. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was modern.

Desventajas: There was hairs in the bathroom and dust on side tables and on top of mirror in the bathroom. No towels supplied at spa. No guest information folder.

Desventajas: No es la primera vez que me alojo en el hotel pero esta vez el personal fue muy maleducado e hizo la Estancia un tanto incomoda...

Ventajas: Very good service

Desventajas: Room could do with a little TLC

Ventajas: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Nothing was to much trouble .

Desventajas: It was odd that we played bar game on the fri evening and my husband was given the sliders no problem, but when our guest (who was staying in the hotel too) went to play on the sat night he was asked to leave a £10 deposit .

Ventajas: Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room and a quiet location. The fitness area was sufficient.

Desventajas: The breakfast choice was really limited and imho not really worth 15 pounds per person. But it wasn’t so bad that I had a real issue with it.

Ventajas: Great location, good place but beware of your credit card account ! They charge a deposit the day before your arrival without approval, debit your card you when arrive for your entire stay and do not give you back your deposit unless you claim for it should you be awre it exists !

Ventajas: todo muy bien

Ventajas: The hotel was trendy, modern and comfortable. Located only ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station the location was very easy to get to and handy to bars in Shoreditch. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and made the room extra special for my patterns birthday. The room comes with mood lighting, a scent and a Nespresso machine. The aviary rooftop bar has a cool vibe with a DJ at the weekend & great views of London.

Desventajas: The bathroom floor looked like it had splashed on it although the rest of the bathroom was spotless.

Ventajas: Trato del personal, instalaciones modernas y cómodas, terrado fantástico, restaurante un 10/10

Desventajas: No tengo crítica negativa, volvería seguro

Ventajas: Las ubicaciones son grandes si necesita estar en el distrito de seguros. Es fácil moverse. El personal del bar de la azotea era genial y nos cuidó muy bien.

Desventajas: El personal del restaurante era menos que agradable.

Ventajas: La ubicación era magnífica. Fácil acceso al metro y a todas las mejores atracciones de Londres. El personal era muy cortés y servicial.

Desventajas: Me encantó todo

Ventajas: The property was lovely and the room very comfortable.

Desventajas: My husband has an allergy to feathers so we requested non feather duvet and pillows. These did not arrive after 1 hour 30 minutes. We then asked again. A new duvet and pillows were then brought to the room, however the replacement pillows were feather. We asked if these could be changed while we were out in the evening. When we returned they had not been changed. We complained about this and were told there were no non feather pillows left in the hotel but they would be changed the next day. They were not changed. We were given a complementary breakfast. The service was appalling. We were ignored while waiting. When we were given a table we were brought the yoghurt and fruit and the cooked breakfast at the same time. We said we would like to eat the yoghurt and fruit first. They took the cooked breakfast away. After 10 minutes the same breakfast was brought back to us cold.

Ventajas: Cómodo con habitaciones de tamaño lógico para el precio. Todo bien con el personal. Definitivamente volvería.

Desventajas: Un poco ruidosas las habitaciones con los vecinos.

Ventajas: The location and the Assistant Front office manager Razan Ion Pascaru was the star of that property.

Desventajas: The cold unprofessional reception treatment which was salvaged by the assistant front office manager.

Ventajas: The area , the hotel , the stuff at the reception , housekeepers etc very helpful and kind. Very clean and with very high quality of amenities. Comfortable bed , good soundproofing (this is quite important for me) . Will be one of my choices on my visits in London.

Desventajas: The stuff in the restaurant (breakfast area) have no clue on what they do . Very poor service, luck of communication very bad coffee (we are in the 2020 coffee is an asset for an F&B industry). For the standards of the hotel and the overall experience this is a negative (Which can be improved - changed very easy).

Ventajas: Very clean. Staff was supper nice and attentive.

Ventajas: The bed was comfortable and the location was right next to the underground so it was extra convenient for us.

Desventajas: I think I would not recommend this hotel. First we have changed the room because the one we have got was disability friendly and we are too tall to use the low sink. Staff reaction was immediate and we were very grateful fir that. In the second room there was a noisy, repeating sound from the alarm, we raised the point with the staff and after we have talked to the manager they changed the room, but the noisy sound remain the same. We didn't oder the breakfast but once when we wanted to have one restaurant staff just informed us that they are sorry but there is no option for the breakfast showing no willingness to offer any help or advise. The reason was that the second restaurant which was supposed to be open was closed and the one open was overcrowded which I totally get but it would be nice to get at least an advise where we could go in the neighbourhood.

Ventajas: Location was great- Aldgate Tube station is literally right next to the hotel. Proximity to the City: Liverpool St and surrounding offices is a mere 10 minute walk. Coupled with the fact that restaurants, Tower Bridge Pier, pubs and Tesco Express outlets were all within shouting distance meant the hotel is ideally placed to serve clientele with a need for convenient access to amenities and transport hubs

Desventajas: Staff appeared to be a bit overwhelmed when asked to cater to families with specific (reasonable) requests such as keeping rooms close together. Upon my arrival I was told that the twin rooms for my daughters could not be on same floor by one set of staff, only to be informed that this requirement could be catered to by another team.

Ventajas: right next to underground and staff were friendly

Desventajas: bathroom door was not very privet

Desventajas: Too cold in the room. Took multiple calls and trips to reception to fix issue

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación, a pie de los mejores restaurantes. Excelente el desayuno en el rooftop THE LIDO. Muy buen gimnasio. Mucha onda las habitaciones.

Desventajas: La limpieza de los vestuarios.

Ventajas: Rooms were beautiful. Extremely clean. Staff were all so friendly whether that be at the reception, spa and Lido bar/pool. Balloons and cupcakes with a mini bottle of champagne were arranged in the room as it was my boyfriends birthday - FOC. Steam shower was amazing. Bed was super comfy. Love the style of the whole place and great location.

Desventajas: Towels couldn’t dry in the room overnight as no radiator to hang them over so they just stayed damp. I did asked them new ones in the morning and they brought them up to our room right away. Has Apple TV in the room however you cannot airplay Netflix to it, it just displays an error stating please use Netflix app on tv but there isn’t one.

Ventajas: Hotel design was very modern. Room was clean.

Desventajas: Knocking noise in the room that went on all night, informed the receptionist at check out.

Desventajas: Los recepcionistas muy bordes, sobretodo quien nos atendió un chico de color muy prepotente. Aparte era nuestro aniversario y encargamos 2 veces antes de ir al alojamiento que pusieran petalos en la cama y se olvidaron completamente. Dandonos la habitacion más tarde de las 15:00 porque no estaba ni preparada... Sinceramente no vale el precio que tiene

Ventajas: El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, personal muy amable y buenas instalaciones. Buena cama y baño amplio

Desventajas: La habitación era un poco pequeña y la vista al patio no es particularmente bonita o agradable. Las amenities del baño un poco escasas, solo tenían champu y crema suavizante

Ventajas: Diseño y personal, simpaticos detalles y la ducha

Desventajas: Ascensores lentos

Ventajas: Está en un barrio entretenido, cerca de restaurantes de buenas cocinas de distintos países. La decoración moderna. El personal muy atento. Tiene terraza con piscina y restaurant además de un restaurant abierta hasta tarde.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Beautifully decorated roof terrace, club room downstairs is fun of you dont fancy going out, beautiful furnishings in the bars, lobby and restaurant. Beds are extremely comfortable and the low lit rooms are delightfully quiet so you can get a wonderful night's sleep.

Desventajas: Standard of cleaning/ turning of the rooms could be improved (cleaning sponge left behind in the sink, used glasses on the drinks counter not removed/replaced without specific request, underground spa had strange drainage smell). Also a shame - the members bar was closed for the entirety of the christmas period so no access during our stay.
