Ventajas: Todo era genial!

Ventajas: Todo. Es la tercera vez que voy y estoy encantada.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: La habitación era amplia. El baño grande y la ducha muy cómoda y espaciosa. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. La cama muy cómoda. Hay restaurantes cerca y un centro comercial con las mejores marcas a la vuelta.

Desventajas: Entraba luz en la habitación, el black out no era suficiente. No tiene ascensor, pero el personal ayudó siempre con el equipaje. El barrio es lindo, aunque esta un poco alejado de las atracciones de Londres. Sin embargo, la estación de metro está al lado del hotel, por lo que se puede llegar a ellas en pocos minutos.

Desventajas: Small bed. Not great for tall people

Ventajas: Very clean , super clean. Interior design is user friendly!

Desventajas: Clean and comfortable

Ventajas: Property’s location was excellent, just a minute’s walk from Shepherd’s Bush underground station. It is also a short walk to Westfields and there are a couple of halal eateries around the area. Waitrose and Sainsbury local are also situated there for personal convenience. Overall room was clean and comfortable with good bed and a proper private shower room. Great wi-fi. Highly recommended for a short stay at Shepherd’s Bush. True to its customers’ reviews.

Desventajas: Not much really, it was a pleasant stay.

Desventajas: Noise from street

Ventajas: Excellent location, lovely room and decor. Could leave our luggage before check in and when we went back it was waiting for us in our room.

Desventajas: The bed was rather small, there was a lot of noise all throughout the noise from the main road and the shower got blocked up quite quickly.

Ventajas: right next to tube, busy area and bit noisy at night but bed so comfy I slept well. staff were so friendly and helpful, with special mention to wonderful hotel employeee

Desventajas: no food served but not a problem as plenty of places nearby including massive westfield centre

Ventajas: La ubicación sí bien no es céntrica, tiene una estación de subte prácticamente en la puerta y por la zona hay numerosos lugares para comer, supermercados y un shopping en la misma cuadra.

Desventajas: Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y pueden llegar a ser tres pisos por escaleras. De todas maneras con las valijas nos ayudaron sin problemas!

Ventajas: Location. Right next to the underground station and a 24/7 store. The street has several restaurants to either have breakfast or dinner. Very nice bathroom. Beautiful decoration. Friendly staff.

Desventajas: No elevator, stayed on a third floor with a toddler and a stroller. The building is undergoing some construction and it’s covered so no street view from the room. Our room was very small and claustrophobic. The mattress was very soft and wobbly. The sheets were not replaced in 4 days and we had to re-do the bed every day because it was very poorly made. The curtains, bed and bed cover had several stains.

Ventajas: Very Nice and helpfull staf, great location and Evert Day a bottle of water and cookies. Make us feel welcome!

Desventajas: Nothing ... ecerything GREAT!

Desventajas: aunque tiene la gran ventaja de estar pegado a un metro, la desventaja es que la zona está un poco alejada con lo que el trayecto se puede alargar hasta 35 minutos.

Ventajas: Hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. La cama era grande y el colchón muy cómodo. La habitación, el baño... todo muy limpio. Había un calentador de agua y tazas, y tenían el detalle de dejar cada día bolsas de té y sobres de café ideales para después de un día intenso de caminar por la ciudad.

Desventajas: El acceso al baño era un poco incómodo porque estaba más elevado que el suelo de la habitación y había que subir unos escalones.

Ventajas: We were checked in and settled in our room immediately by friendly and efficient Sofia in Reception, even though we arrived before the check-in time. We stayed in the Shepherds Bush area because we were due at the Television Centre just 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is very close to restaurants, pubs and fast food places around Shepherds Bush Green. It is also very convenient for tube and bus links. The whole hotel has had a high quality renovation. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower and toilet were very good. I don't think you'll find anywhere better for the cost.

Desventajas: Esta en un callejón y en el baño no hay enchufes. Pocas perchas en el armario y poco gel de baño

Ventajas: Personal amable

Desventajas: Sector y que estaban remodelándolo, no nos avisaron para decidir si queríamos tener al maestro temprano en la mañana martillando, servicios a medio función y detalles como el acceso de emergencia tapado por material de trabajo.

Ventajas: La habitación era estupenda, amplia y con la cama muy cómoda. Además cuenta con baño propio dentro de la habitación. El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación no podía ser mejor. El hotel está en un barrio tranquilo pero muy bien comunicado tanto por metro (2 paradas a poco más de 10 minutos andando) como por bus (paradas a menos de 5 minutos andando). Pasé 3 noches en el hotel en septiembre y sin duda volveré.

Desventajas: Nada, todo fue fantástico.

Desventajas: La habitación era muy pequeña, la ventana estaba estropeada, la cama era de muelles, había un ruido constante en la habitación hasta una hora de la noche, el suelo chirriaba y la ducha o se ponia a hervir o estaba helada.

Ventajas: It was ne of the nicest and comfiest hotel I've been to. The host and the staff were really nice and accomodating.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Limpieza regular , baño limpio, situacion bien aunque hay q coger 4 paradas de bus para ir al metro, relacion calidad precio y situacion aceptable,bien . Volveria, si no tengo para un 4 estrellas.

Ventajas: They offered me the chance to leave my car parked whilst I walked up the road for my breakfast.

Desventajas: I stayed in this hotel twice in two weeks, so I gave the benefit of the doubt! It's the pits! In room 18 I felt very unsafe when there was no way of deadlocking the door. I didnt feel that room was very clean either. Showerhead was covered in built up orange scurf, pillows were just lumps of nothing and damn uncomfortable. No hand towel and two small towels. If I was a large person they would not have gone around me. The room was cold so slept with the two towels on top of the duvet. There was a towel folded on the floor in the bathroom as a bath mat but a trip hazard. Second week, was in room 22 OMG it was worse. The bed sheet was for a single bed, this room has a double bed so the sheet didnt fit, the sheet was half way up both sides of the mattress! A blanket and mattress protector on top of the mattress that looked old, tired and shabby.the pillows should have made their way to the tip years ago - hard as rocks or lots of bits but very uncomfortable. The showerhead was dirty with orange scurf and all over the soap dispenser looked like it had never been cleaned It was thick with scurf. Absolutely disgusting!! TV did not work and the radiator was cold or at best tepid, so the room was cold. This time only one bath towel, just large enough to go around me (I'm size 12), no hand towel, towel folded up on the bathroom floor as a bath mat, but a trip hazard. And yet again, the door deadlock did not work. I booked for breakfast and paid £12, only to learn it was a cafe down the road, breakfast cost £5.50, with a cup of tea. Would I recommend? Yes, for the hotel inspector to and take a look. For guests to stay. No not at all!!

Ventajas: Está muy bien relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación para moverte con bus y metro. El personal muy agradable y atento, tuvimos problemas con la hora de llegada y nos atendieron sin problemas.

Ventajas: Clean, cheap, friendly staff.

Desventajas: Kettle wasn't clean. Bed was quite springy. Remote control was dirty. Foxes were howling throughout the night.

Ventajas: NOTHING.

Desventajas: EVERYTHING. This place was absolutely the worst. I’ve stayed at so many places in London, even some bad places but never this horrible. I felt so incredibly dirty the entire time because the hygiene is way below standards. We actually had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room ourselves just to make it livable. If you can’t handle smells then the place is also not for you. It smells like a rotting corpse, no lie. We bought so many fragrance patches just to make it by. We even thought of leaving but because we had no other options we stayed. The room is really cold and they kept on turning off the heat (as soon we left the room, the cleaners/staff would turn the heat down). And they never cleaned. They would just walk in, put one roll of toilet paper in, turn off the heat and walk out. There was hair, dirt and crumbles all over the room. The sheets smelled disgusting. Like really bad cigars and cigarettes. We went out to Primark and bought cheap sheets so we could sleep, but unfortunately the smell of the blankets and pillows were so bad that it wasn’t enough. So bring a lot of perfume with you. The shower doesn’t work properly. The water stream is really low and you can get either really hot water or really cold but no in between. And the shower was so filthy that you don’t even want to shower. The bathroom door doesn’t close and it smells so bad, especially the water. We used bottled water for everything, even for brushing our teeth. And since the door won’t close, you’ll have to deal with the awful odor all the time. The beds are just a nightmare. They make a lot of noise and the springs come out and hurt your back. I didn’t get an eye of sleep for the entire stay. And to top off our horrid stay, the WiFi didn’t work either. Sometimes you’ll be lucky and get a bar, but most of the time you have to rely on your data. For the price that we paid we excepted at least for one thing to be good.
