Ventajas: The room and bed were comfortable and warm. The room was on the ground floor as requested and the breakfast was exceptional value.

Desventajas: Que no se puede aparcar gratuitamente, salvo de 9 pm a 9 am, lo pequeños que eran la habitación y el baño, que las instalaciones están anticuadas en algunas zonas y requieren algún retoque. No me gustó la relación calidad/precio.

Ventajas: The location was only 5 minutes walk from the central railway station and a few minutes walk from the sea. The staff were very welcoming and I was upgraded to a good-size double room with an opening window. Several people I spoke to had been staying there for years. The atmosphere was friendly and any request I made - extra pillows for example - was swiftly dealt with. I will certainly make a return visit.

Ventajas: Just to start with, Friday I completed on my house sale and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were exceptional. I arrived much earlier than planned. The room was ready so they allowed me to check in early. They rang me a couple of times to make sure I was warm enough as they hadn't had a chance to warm my room for me because I checked in early. They had a big booking for a christmas party they was worried that would disturb us but it didnt. They arranged our table in the evening without us asking. Even though they had a big party on we didnt have to wait, our waiters/waitresses were just as attentive to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We asked for a later check out which they also allowed. Staff were fantastic, attentive, relaxed and cheerful. I would happy look for an excuse to stay again.

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal, el confort de la habitación y la cercanía al aeropuerto, andando en 5 minutos. Desde luego es fantástico si tu vuelo sale muy temprano, descansas estupendamente y por la mañana estás literalmente a un paso del aeropuerto.

Desventajas: El desayuno que pusieron para llevar no era de buena calidad, era el típico de máquina, podría mejorarse un poquito aunque fueron muy amables al prepararlo para llevar.

Desventajas: Al llegar al hotel el sofá cama no estaba hecho y las sábanas tardaron sobre una hora en facilitárnoslas, eran mas de las 22:00 y no.podiamos acostar a nuestra hija en ella porque estaba por montar... y en la reserva figuraba 2 adultos y un niño...

Ventajas: Es un hotel espectacular. Instalaciones nuevas, todo funciona perfectamente, una limpieza absoluta, un desayuno ingles muy completo. Los fritos te los hacen al momento. El personal muy majo y simpáticas. La ducha una pasada!!!! Hermosa. Las camas muy confortables y las habitaciones enormes. Tenéis Southend On Sea a un paso. El check in era hasta las 23.00 y nosotros llegamos a la 1.00 sin avisar porque se me había olvidado y nos abrieron igual.

Desventajas: Muy a menudo viajamos con los niños (tienen 14 Y 11 años) y reservamos dos habitaciones, ya q nos gusta tener nuestra intimidad y no nos permitieron q los chicos estuvieran solos. Entendería si fueran más pequeños pero no a esta edad. Pero si así es la reglamentación en Londres lo entendemos.

Desventajas: Almost booked a nearby place at half the price, but was swung by the prospect of an 'Executive Room'. The Waverley has some really lovely rooms... but not all of them it seems, & unfortunately the room we got was a disappointing one - duvet had cigarette burn; carpet was most stained I've ever seen; room was cramped; had to stand on the bed to operate tv from the top (no remote). It's a shame as some rooms looked great, but that just makes it even more disappointing when you pay the same money for one of the poorer ones. We asked if there was another room - but they were all reserved, which shows that people in the know, do return. For a lovely stay ask for one of the more recently refurbished rooms, otherwise you might be disappointed

Desventajas: Heating didnt work. toilet was heavily stained and smelt, holes in the sheets blinds didnt close at the bottom, had to stand on sofa to draw the curtain. fire alarm sounds 'fire in zone 1. there wasnt any members of staff on site so I dealt with it, muting the alarm and calling a number. My guess is a smoker but if it hadnt been we could have been in trouble

Desventajas: For a Radisson it wasn’t the cleanest. Stayed for new year party and was disappointed with the bar as the pints where flat and they run out of certain bottles pretty quick.

Desventajas: Pillows terrible. One each like foam. This seems petty but important for me to have a good nights sleep. In room drinking facilities was several flavours of herb tea two sachets of coffee! No biscuits. Again small irritating things that I would t normally moan about but.. The night before it was in House Hotel entertainment which finished at 2pm. Food stopped being served and bar shutting was ridiculous as people were constantly going to ask for drinks and food after this time. Why close when so many people needed the facility.

Llegamos a las 21h, el restaurante estaba cerrado y nos recomendaron pedir la cena a Just Eat y demás compañías.

Desventajas: El olor de la moqueta, lo viejo que es, se oye todo, parece que los de las habitaciones contiguas están contigo, se oye una conversación perfectamente, el extractor del baño una vez cerrada la luz seguía haciendo ruido, no llega Internet a las habitaciones, solo en el hall de entrada. A pesar de estar a unos 2 km del aeropuerto necesitas taxi porque no hay ningún transporte cerca y para tomar algo todo lejos

Ventajas: La habitación era muy amplia y muy espaciosa. La cama era enorme y cómoda. El servicio fue genial, las habitaciones muy equipadas (secador, cafetera, leche, cafe, toallas, jabones...). El personal fue muy amable y se encargaron ellos de reservarnos el taxi para el día siguiente. La estancia fue genial.

Desventajas: Although it is not far from the airport, it is not possible to walk to the airport. I travelled on the train and had to get a taxi from the train and then in the morning back to the airport (c. £7.50 each way) . Consider this when compared to the other airport hotels. - The two big problems with the hotel were- 1. The carpet in my room was physically soaked by the door to the bathroom. I did not realise to just before I was going to sleep as I had my shoes on before. I left very early in the morning and there was nobody at reception to tell them in the morning. I had read a number of reviews saying that the place smelled like there had been a flood. It would seem to me that the issue is more fundamental, whether it's a plumbing or a ground water issue, there are some serious issues. 2. More annoying probably, the WiFi didn't work. I needed to do some work and had to tether to my phone to get any internet.

Ventajas: We previously stayed here 46 years ago on our wedding night so when road conditions were treacherous due to snow and we had tickets to see Katherine Ryan at the Cliffs Pavilion (which is within walking distance) we made a last minute reservation. Sadly the show was cancelled but as we had already paid for the hotel we stayed anyway. We got a free upgrade to a superior sea view room which was great. All the staff were really helpful and our evening meal and breakfast were both good. The decor however is somewhat dated and could do with some modernisation.

Desventajas: Unfortunately there was water on floor in the bathroom which we discovered was from a leak at the base of the sink tap. We put a towel there and that would have then been fine except the following morning when we wanted to have a bath we discovered that even though the plug had been taken out the night before the water was still in the bath!

Ventajas: Despite the complaints, the house is lovely and so is the room. The presentation of the room was great too and the entry system was unique to me. The common areas were nicely finished and the facilities were good. I would recommend this place, it is only let down by little things.

Desventajas: The house has clearly had a lot of money spent on it and the lovely bedroom was let down by the shower unit which was not in keeping with the rest of the room, with an ancient fixed shower head and a thermostat that didn't work properly and barely managed tepid water after a couple of minutes. Also, the shaving mirror only came up to my shoulder, which was no good for an adult to shave in. Cleanliness was an issue too, there was blood spots on the walls of the shower cubicle and there was used condom wrappers under the bed.

Ventajas: The house was clean, and the room had a fridge/freezer which actually worked well, good location from the station, and local shops around

Desventajas: Maybe a larger sign on the door, missed it a couple of times Also the lounge area was lovely however couldn’t really use it as the occupant in room 2 could hear everything even whispers which was a bit ridiculous on their part but also not convenient overall I suppose for someone in that room also for paying customers that want to use the lounge area

Ventajas: Estuvimos muy cómodos. Las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos. Mucha tranquilidad y no faltaba detalle en la habitación.

Desventajas: El wifi no nos funcionaba a ninguno de los dos. Decían que tenías que poner una contraseña, cuando era una red abierta, inhabilitada después. La primera noche fue pésima, pasamos mucho frío por qué no teníamos calefacción. Esto lo solucionaron sin problema.

Desventajas: We have been before in the property and we have been so happy. But this time you lost us as a client. No heaters, absolutely freezing on New Years Eve. The door locker wasn’t work. We tried to contact everyone we could - no success

Desventajas: I complained regarding very poor health and safety issues at the property. The company had total disregard for my complaint even when I said that I had taken photos of the areas of concern. It was clear that the manager was not going to take any responsibility for the danger that he was putting not only my daughter and myself in but other occupants as well. I felt that I was justified a refund but this was refused by the manager. What's more even after I had asked to speak to the manager about my concerns he refused to speak to me preferring to speak to me through a third party.

Ventajas: The housekeepers were very helpful when we arrived and couldn’t get in our room, went above and beyond to help us out!

Ventajas: This is Budget with a capital "B". Although a bit shabby and old-fashioned, my room was comfortable and quiet. At £40 a night, I really can't criticise it too much! Fine for an inexpensive place to sleep. Breakfast is not included, but I was surprised and pleased to see tea and coffee available in my room.

Desventajas: The "adjustable-flow" shower head was stuck on one fitting, meaning just a narrow stream of water. The grouting around the tiling in the shower could do with a good scrub.

Desventajas: Marijuana smell everywhere. Drugs who hanging few meters from the entrance. Music very loud all the night. Beware!!!

Ventajas: no much

Desventajas: the room very tiny and need refresh, at least every for example 6 years.

Ventajas: Very polite staff
