Desventajas: The staff are not as friendly and the the prices of the drinks/food was to much for the standard food they were serving there guests ! There was an incident in the hotel where a member of public had to receive care from ambulance crews I was shocked that the staff just stood there and not really aware of first aid . Maybe this needs to be looked into as if it wasn’t the young customers the individual could of been of been a lot of worse it’s a principal that no duty of care was given as frok we the young guys .

Ventajas: Muy buena atención por parte del personal de recepción, incluso llamaron por la mañana al teléfono para despertarnos, ya que previamente te preguntan a que hora tienes el vuelo. Las cama muy cómoda, y sobre todo la cercanía al aeropuerto, a la que se tarda 5 min andando. El desayuno esta disponible desde las 4 a.m

Ventajas: Cerca del aeropuerto, en 5 minutos caminando estás en el hotel. Todo muy cómodo y el desayuno bien.

Desventajas: I got off the bus from Stanstead Airport at Elsenham railway station as recommended on the website but I had to walk nearly half a mile to the Lodge. Someone I met on the way there said I should have got off at the shops in Elsenham, which are very close to the house.

Ventajas: Great location for the airport by car and accommodating for a late arrival. Clean warm

Para el desayuno, el cual es muy completo, hizo un bizcocho que estaba delicioso. La habitación perfecta, muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda.

Ventajas: We did not have breakfast as we were breakfasting with our friends in Bishop Stortford. The location was convenient and the room clean with plenty of amenities. We liked the friendly cats!

Desventajas: The TV was difficult to use but my husband worked it out after about 10 mins trying. Other than that, no complaints.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff who arranged an airport transfer on the spot and helped us find the Willows on a dark, wet, windy night.

Desventajas: There was no communal space and no breakfast facilities. The walls were thin so it was a bit noisy and there was a faint smell of mothballs.

Desventajas: Unfortunately, when we arrived at 10pm, the room was very cold. The owner said that she would put the heating on for us but the radiator did not come on, so I had a very bad night's sleep, as it was so cold. There were lots of blankets, bed linen etc but I could not warm up. I acknowledge that we did arrive late in the evening though.

Ventajas: It was clean, cosy, warm. Complimentary hot beverages, bed was comfy, all instructions clear. 5 min to the airport. We will definitely come back if we need a place to stay before early morning flight

Desventajas: Small things-lack of shampoo and TV was not working well, it was almost impossible to change the channel

Desventajas: Unfortunately there was a water main burst in close proximatey to The Willows which had the obvious outcome - no water!! (Not the fault of the owners!)

Ventajas: People are very friendly and nice, the room is warmly decorated and very neat and tidy. The bathroom is nice too, it has a good shower.

Desventajas: they only make transfers from the guest house to the stansted airport, but not the other way round, so it costs about 7 pounds to get from stansted airport to there.

Ventajas: la cercania al aeropuerto y que nos llevasen de forma gratuita hasta alli a las 6 de la mañana. Las instalaciones son muy comodas.

Desventajas: esta muy bien para una noche, pero debo reconocer que llegamos de noche y nos dio un poco de miedo. Llegamos sobre las 10.30 y fuimos en taxi. Cuando llegamos encontramos una nota diciendonos que ya nos habian cobrado y fue el taxi quien nos tuvo que explicar como funcionaba. No hay iluminacion en el patio, nada, totalmente a oscuras, y tuvimos que ir nosotras hasta la puerta de la casa de la señora para pedirle que al dia siguiente nos llevase hasta el aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Hotel excelente para tránsitos de vuelos en Stanted. Está a tan solo 7 minutos en coche y te llevan/recogen. El taxi sino también es barato, unas 7 libras.

Desventajas: A partir de las 8 no está la cocina abierta ni hay nada cerca para comer, así que si llegais más tarde de esta hora, mejor cenar algo en el aeropuerto ya que en la habitación aparte de Pringles, chocolates y algún muffin no hay mucho más.

Ventajas: Me gusto mucho el hotel, la habitacion que fue la mejor de londres, muy confortable y equipado hasta con lo mas minimo y necesario,.la atencion de los empleados muy buena.nos llevaron y nos trajeron del aeropuerto gratuitamente y te acercan a cenar o comer donde necesites.el desayuno super grande y bueno ,merece la pena pagar 6 libras por el. Desventajas: Su ubicacion cercana al aeropuerto pero es una casa de campo,sin tiendas ni cosas asi.para nosotros no fue malo fue nuestro ultimo dia y era para cojer el avion temprano asi ke fue bueno en vez de malo.

Desventajas: We arrived late in the evening and it was difficult to see the hotel sign from the road in the dark (we drove past it twice).Could have done with the sign illuminated. Neighbours friendly and directed us.

Ventajas: Excellent. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to pick you up from and to the airport which is very close to the Guest House. They also speak very clear and not to fast, easy to understand if you are not English. Very clean, very beautiful and very comfortable.

Ventajas: Yo estuve sólo una noche en el Radisson Blu pero fue genial. La cena en el restaurante italiano fue inolvidable - inusuales, creativos platos. Mi habitación era, para mí, muy espaciosa y lujosa. El buffet de desayuno era excepcional y tenía una variedad maravillosa incluye ensalada de fruta fresca, que es una rareza en efecto. No tuve tiempo para utilizar la piscina climatizada.y lo pasamos muy bien. Luego un almuerzo rápido pero sabroso en el bar antes de la salida. Todo el personal fue excelente, amable y servicial. Agradecí especialmente un registro de salida más tarde, así como un servicio de conserjería que me permitió dejar una maleta grande sin cargo adicional. No me importa pagar por las excelentes instalaciones y servicios. Bien vale la pena.

Ventajas: La ubicación, a un corto paseo a pie de la terminal del aeropuerto. Muy práctico. La habitación, la tranquilidad. El personal era muy servicial.

Desventajas: La piscina cierra a las 07,30 pm. Además, el hotel era un poco caro.

Ventajas: Habitación razonablemente grande. Cama cómoda. Las comodidades extras se limpian de forma excepcional. Aeropuerto accesible por la pasarela cubierta - 2 o 3 minutos como máximo.

Desventajas: Cristal roto en el suelo del cuarto de baño. La comida y las bebidas son un poco caras. Cargo obligatorio por el servicio de servicio de camareros en la zona principal del bar.

Desventajas: Far too hot! I’m not a fan of aircon, so would have liked to have been able the window, but you can’t. Also, this is the second time I have stayed here prior to an early departure and both times there were problems with the spa/sauna/pool.

Desventajas: The pool area was closed by 2 before we got there, which wasn't stated on the website. The restaurant was closed. Which was disclosed on the website. The room service was OK, but the drink we ordered had a lipstick imprint on the glass. Which looked liked it hadn't been washed. When I called reception, the woman wasn't apologetic, but asked if I had drunk from the glass. Poor service.

Ventajas: El hotel es perfecto si llegas a Stansted en muy tarde. Se va andando desde el terminal hasta el hotel en cinco minutos. La recepción fue rápida y eficiente. Las habitaciones son silenciosas y cómodas y la que nos dieron – una superior – era espaciosa.

Desventajas: El desayuno es muy variado – tipo bufete – pero no había zumo de naranja natural y en algunos casos la fruta fresca, de fresca tenía poco.

Ventajas: Lo único la amabilidad de la recepcionista, el resto muy mediocre.

Desventajas: Es un hotel para descansar o antes o después de coger un avión y EL RUIDO EN LA HABITACION ERA INSOPORTABLE, un ruido continuo durante toda la estancia que no cesó en toda la noche,, habitación 117. Además de oírse bastante los aviones. Si a esto unimos que cuando llegamos no funcionaba la tarjeta de la habitación, que solo dejaron toallas para una persona y que no funcionaba el mando de la televisión, todo por el módico precio de 110 € sin desayuno, pues un desastre.

Desventajas: Waited maybe 20 minutes to check in with a queue of a further 20 or so people behind me. A guy was stood on the concierge desk doing nothing whilst only one person checked us in. Ordered room service and the fees charged were more than those specified in the menu in the room. When I called reception to question this, I was simply told that the menus in the rooms were out of date. Not good enough. The quality of food was also poor. My burger was almost £20 without the room service charge and the bun was just like a cheap ASDA roll. I don't mind paying for the privilege of room service, but I expect the quality to match with the price of the hotel (which is significantly more than the other Stansted airport hotels). The leisure centre was also out of order.

Ventajas: The proximity to Stansted airport was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the terminal, all under covered walkways so even when it’s raining it’s not an issue.

Desventajas: I had expected a good restaurant but it was more or less fast/ready-made food and nothing cooked/prepared by a proper chef. Similarly I had expected a quality bar with a barkeeper of some sorts that knew their stuff. This was not, however, the case. The room also didn’t have any body lotion, although it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Ventajas: The staff were welcoming and friendly and the check-in process straightforward. Staff were also friendly in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Easy to get the shuttle bus to the airport but you do have a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus doesn’t come to the door. Food in the restaurant (evening meal) was pretty basic but no complaints. Breakfast was good.

Desventajas: The fire alarm going off at 5am - but this was thanks to an inconsiderate guest smoking in their room - not the hotel’s fault. I do wish they had a process for informing us though, as nobody knew whether it was a real fire or not and only a few of us went down to reception to find out. I would also have preferred a better quality menu for dinner rather than things like fish and chips, burgers and pizzas...

Ventajas: As it was New Year’s Eve I telephoned the hotel to check the bar would be open so we could celebrate with the family THEY SAID YES.When we checked in from the airport at 8.30pm we were told the bar was closing at 9pm. It was totally unacceptable and not what I was told. No staff around no other customers it was totally empty devoid of any celebrations. TOTALLY TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER. Then the keys they issued us with was would not work the lift so reception opened the lift said the keys would be okay for the rooms. WELL THEY DIDNT WORK so had to go back down get them sorted. Then breakfast it was a disaster for the hot breakfast there was only beans, sausage, scrambled egg and undercooked bacon. I don’t eat scrambled egg or undercooked bacon so I paid for rubbish. We had 2 family rooms as I am disabled I need a chair to sit on there wasn’t one or room to put one. We stopped in a premier Inn on the way out for our holiday at the same location and it was 10 times better than the holiday inn and cheaper, WHICH I WILL TELL PEOPLE . WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE STOPPING AT THAT PARTICULAR HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN and if anyone asks me about it I will tell them it’s a complete and utter rubbish hotel all round.

Desventajas: SEE ABOVE EVERYTHING even the parking was £4 a car more expensive than the premier.

Ventajas: How close it is to town centre . Modern , clean , friendly staff , smells good and comfy beds .. lots more of pro’s and very few cons

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Parking was not adequate so people had to park at the end of parking bays - which puts their car at risk of being hit by the shuttle bus. Air con in both our rooms didn’t reduce and window does not open so we were really hot all night - unable to sleep due to this. I did ask a male member of the housekeeping staff about the air conditioning who rudely said he didn’t speak English and walked away !!!There was mould on the net curtain by the main window. There were tea and coffee stains on the wall and carpet from previous occupants. Cold water dispenser was turned off after breakfast so residents can not get water easily. Shower temperature did not reduce so we had to have a scolding hot shower. All in all a terrible catalogue of issues. We were given a partial refund but I honestly think on reviewing this list it should have been a complete refund.

Ventajas: Good breakfast and close to airport.

Desventajas: The bathroom was well out of date with paint peeling off & bad smell. Room quite dusty. Hot breakfast choice VERY LIMITED, not a full english breakfast choice..

Desventajas: Solo por el hecho de pagar con tarjeta nos cobró 5 libras extras. La Wi-Fi no está incluida, sino que te tienes que pagarla. Igualmente le pedimos imprimir unos folios y nos cobró 1 Libra por folio. Una forma incorrecta de ganar dinero bastante molesta.

Ventajas: Great location from the airport, room was immaculate and owners were great with us. Ordered us a taxi as soon as we arrived for the morning.

Ventajas: I stayed here only for the night since I had an early flight from the Stansted airport nearby. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I slept as a baby, so the money was well spent :)

Desventajas: Mal trato del personal, llegamos a las 21:45 hs, pagamos con tarjeta y nos cobraron 5 Libras extras, no estaba establecido en Booking, Luego avisamos que el check out era a las 4 am nos respondieron con mala gana donde dejar las llaves, en definitiva entre taxi y los 5Libras extras conviene quedarse en el holiday inn del aeropuerto, es peligrosa la ruta para ir caminando al aeropuerto, y el baño tenía mal olor ,

Ventajas: La chica de recepción muy simpática, servicial y agradable.

Desventajas: El acceso al hotel no se puede hacer andando desde el aeropuerto Stanted porque no hay aceras y la carretera es estrecha y oscura. Aunque hay sitios de comida rápida cerca para comer, sólo puedes ir en coche, taxi o uber.

Ventajas: No había cruasanes ni ningún otro servicio, estuvimos 15 mn llamando al timbre sin contestación, después tuvimos que esperar casi una hora con frio en el exterior hasta que nos prepararon la habitación , booking no debería de incluirlo en su catálogo ya que más que un hotel es una casa campestre con habitaciones

Desventajas: Todo, no lo recomiendo ni regalado

Ventajas: La habitación y el baño eran grandes y limpios. Los jardines son preciosos. Nuestra habitación tenía puertas francesas que daban a un precioso espacio verde. El restaurante era muy agradable. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Mi marido tenía una hamburguesa enorme, muy bien cocinada. El desayuno también era muy bueno. Estábamos en nuestro camino de salida del país y fue un descanso relajante en los viajes. Todo el personal era amable y servicial. ¡Me volvería a alojar allí!

Ventajas: Well appointed room and bathroom. Spacious dining room with good service and a nice menu A well presented and attended breakfast buffet.

Desventajas: It is very close to the airport. Other people have mentioned the noise of the 'planes which is quite loud but the hotel provides ear-plugs and after a while the 'planes stop until the morning. It was not a problem for me but I have put my thoughts in this box.

Ventajas: The vegan dinner options were good and the bed was comfortable.

Desventajas: The staff were very noisy in the early hours of the morning, literally yelling down the corridors for half an hour at the time. We stayed there as we had a flight at 4am and could not sleep until 12 in the morning. Needless to say we were not impressed. The bathroom facilities were ok, the weird laminate flooring was not nice to stand on. The restaurant downstairs was good, it offered a vegan dinner option, however i was confused by the giant wall of the alcohol selection they had, as they had things like Martini and Malibu, however the bartender could not make me a Martini when i asked for one and even asked me how to make one!

Ventajas: Friendly staff, ease of access from the M11. Easy check in and out. Close to airport

Desventajas: Very poor TV reception in the annex. Moved to main building and table beside bed up against and higher than bed, put a pillow against it so didn't bang head. Right underneath the flight path, very noisy, the hotel provide ear plugs! Place was a bit tired.

Ventajas: Lovely comfortable bed, huge room and bathroom. We had room 8 in The Stable overlooking the open fields, beautiful morning view. Nice breakfast, good thick bacon and sausages. Staff all very friendly, there was a private party that had booked out the bar and lounge area so the manager ? brought drinks to us in a cosy lobby area. Beautiful main building with lovely gardens. Very close to Stanstead airport so handy for travellers, the planes are very frequent during the day, but I didn’t hear any during the night. We had a very pleasant stay

Ventajas: Nice hotel and nicely decorated room. Comfy bed. Iron and hairdryer great.

Desventajas: Separate building (which we were expecting) across the road (which we weren’t). No hooks anywhere in room inc bathroom. And windows so thin/old sounded like planes landing in room!

Ventajas: La alarma de incendios se disparó muy temprano, y como recompensa el hotel nos invitó al desayuno. El personal muy amable y la atención al público fue espléndida. La única forma de llegar allí fue mediante taxi, no hay paradas de buses ni estación de tren cercanas. El depósito fue bastante alto

Ventajas: Room was clean and had all things required. Nice and comfy bed and the hotel was located very close to the airport for an early morning flight. Very nice and friendly staff, made check in and out easy.

Ventajas: Superb clean and tidy rooms, excellent restaurant and brilliant staff.

Desventajas: Realmente está genial porque lo reservé para tomar avión en Stansted. Por la cercanía al aeropuerto el ruido de aviones es inevitable.

Ventajas: Flight stay over Location as 2 miles from Stansted. Food good as had an evening meal and breakfast. Size of room and three beds in room not pull out bed. Staff very pleasant and professional in all areas

Ventajas: -La ubicación, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto de Stansted y con un Uber nos costó 11 libras. -En nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire caliente y no tuvieron ningún problema en cambiarnos de habitación.

Desventajas: -Camas super incomodas, inclinadas hacia arriba y el colchón muy blando. Por lo demás bien.

Ventajas: Breakfast was really poor. especially for a 'so-called' 4-star hotel felt like a rip off. i've been in much better B&B's, this Ramada should be in 'Rip-off Britain' to call it a 4-star hotel. Never seen such a tiny room in a hotel till I was in Ramada.

Desventajas: There's nothing to like in this hotel at all - if this was a £20/night B&B, I would have been a lot more facilities for the quality of arrangements they had here. The room was tailor made for the double bed, If you would have put in a queen bed you'd fill up the room wall to wall - it's so tiny. And that's for a standard room. Honestly, didn't imagine Ramada to be like this - it was the first time I've been to a Ramada - I think I will keep my distance from this name in future.

Ventajas: Cerca del aeropuerto, camas cómodas, habitación grande y limpia, baño grande y limpio, muy tranquilo, restaurantes cerca, y un bus cada media hora al aeropuerto a 5 libras por persona

Desventajas: Toilet seat not fixed. Bed moved around when I sat on it (on wheels). Light broken above the bed.

Desventajas: El baño tenía un agujero enorme en el techo y no olía muy bien.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación si tienes que volar de Stansted la mañana siguiente, la chica de recepción era muy servicial y agradable.

Desventajas: Sin instalaciones, comimos en el Ramada al lado, que era muy pobre, más que nada, una necesidad de una noche estancia.

Desventajas: La cama era incómoda, de muelles y vieja. Tampoco me gustó el extractor del baño que tardaba mucho en apagarse y no me dejaba dormir. Quise hacerme un té por la mañana y el hervidor estaba roto . La taza del WC tenía marcas de uso antes de nosotras usarlo, y aunque parecía todo limpio no estaban bien los bordes de las piezas del baño.

Ventajas: Si, nos gusto mucho, es un muy buen alojamiento para estar cerca del aeropuerto.

Ventajas: En general el trato ha sido amable y correcto en todo momento. La habitación estaba limpia y disponía de todo lo necesario para una estancia y descanso agradable. Las camas y las almohadas eran cómodas. Las chicas del desayuno eran atentas y amables. El desayuno algo escaso en variedad pero abundante y estaba muy bueno. Al final de la estancia nos ofrecieron amablemente la posibilidad de dejar nuestras maletas allí todo el día para que pudiéramos aprovechar sin cargar con ellas. No se le puede pedir más, por un precio económico y tan céntrico en un barrio como Paddington. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.

Desventajas: Le faltaba algunos detalles de limpieza para que el alojamiento fuera del 10. Y hubo un incidente con la alarma de incendios a las 3 am que nos asustó bastante. Pero no puedo decir nada malo porque disponía de lo importante y en general no falto de nada.

Ventajas: El baño

Desventajas: La cama super incomoda, el aparato de la calefacción no funcionaba bien y hacia mucho ruido.

Desventajas: Love the place, it has Waitrose and Srarbucks across the road and Teslas charging at the parking lot. 10 min drive from Stansted airport. Brilliant.

Ventajas: Great location for Stansted airport, free parking. The room was clean and spacious, and nice and quiet. Tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Desventajas: The bed was too soft for us, and dipped in the middle like a hammock. The room was absolutely boiling hot on arrival! - we ended up opening all the windows to cool it down (in December..) The bar facility was very deceiving, i.e. it was in the sister hotel across the way. Finally, the satnav postcode/directions were incorrect & took us to the wrong place - I had to locate it myself via Google maps

Ventajas: Ringtone Tea Fridge Doors shutting more quietly than when we visited before.

Desventajas: Triple glaze the windows to blank out the noise of the 6:30 am planes

Ventajas: Stayed for one night to be near Stanstead Airport. Check in was quick and the bar opened for us to have a drink. Very friendly staff. Helpful.

Desventajas: There were no instructions to tell me how to get from the Terminal to the Hotel. After 3 telephone calls to the hotel I eventually got picked up, but the whole process took over 2 hours to get the short distance from the Airport Terminal to the Hotel and I was extremely annoyed, then, to add insult to injury, I was charged a further £16! This hotel perports to be an Airport hotel and I would not expect to be charger extra for the transfer, or if there were to be a charge, I would expect to be told in advance.

Ventajas: Rooms, reception were nice enough

Desventajas: No reception staff to be found anywhere in morning, shuttle to airport not managed effectively, one couple were waiting half hour after booked time, no apology from staff when they eventually turned up!

Ventajas: Evening meal, plenty of parking and was near to where I was buying a car.

Desventajas: Inadequately staffed. One lady doing everything in morning, taxi, desk, breakfast etc. Had to make my own as was in a hurry. Room was cold and the place was a bit smelly due to on going work. Nice evening meal though.

However, the worst was in the morning when we should have gone to the airport at 9am but we were forgotten about till the 9.30 pick up and then we weren’t even dropped at the airport but the hotel nearby and had to speed walk over which having had recent knee surgery wasn’t easy. By the time we got there we were so late they were looking for us. In our return I tried for 30 mins to call for pick up then had to take a private taxi back . Got to hotel only 1 staff working no apology and no refund on what I had paid

Ventajas: The family room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Beds were really comfy, and the shower and bathroom met our expectations. The room was quiet and we really appreciated the good night´s sleep!

Desventajas: Dirty arrival area with rubbish and drinks in the lobby area. Decor in the rooms! Very old fashioned ! Bed/mattress dipped in the middle so we were constantly rolling into the middle of the bed all night! Bathroom was extremely tried! No mirror near any plug sockets to be able to get ready when leaving. The screaming noises from the water pipes when neighbours flushed toilets during the night. The blaring music from the transfer bus that collected us from the airport! I’m hPpy with music but we couldn’t hear each other sat next to each other!

Ventajas: El personal fue agradable. El desayuno era variado (te dan la opción contiental o inglés) y la cena estaba rica. Las camas eran cómodas. En general estaba limpio.

Desventajas: El taxi puede salir un poco caro, pero es la única forma de llegar. El baño olía un poco a humedad.

Ventajas: It was a short overnight stay. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning for a flight. Would recommend for anyone wanting to do this as an option. Friendly and acommadating staff even late at night. And the hotel transfer option was fantastic. Highly recommend this especially as it is not very close to the airport. Room was perfect and really large for the 3 of us adults.

Desventajas: Not enough time to explore the hotel and its facilities.
