Ventajas: Todo era acogedor y maravilloso de este lugar. El anfitrión era muy cortés. Incluso me dieron una de las habitaciones más grandes y probablemente fue la mejor cama en la que dormí desde el comienzo de mis vacaciones. El desayuno era delicioso.

Desventajas: ninguno

Ventajas: Very tranquil and just nice place. Convenient location near major transport arteries. Owners nice people. Reasonable price. Good breaky included. Just perfect spot to spend a couple of nights.

Ventajas: Clive and Carmel are wonderful hosts. Very comfortable beds, room very clean and superb breakfast. Pick up and drop off to airport included.

Ventajas: Very nice and effective communication prior to my stay. Great pick-up service at Gatwick airport, worked well even after 23:00. Full English breakfast was freshly made and tasty. The bathroom in the room was quite new and nice.

Teníamos previsto hacer la entrada en el hotel muy tarde por la noche y no hubo ningún problema. Nos enviaron las indicaciones para nuestro checking y todo fue magnífico. Al día siguiente llegamos algunos minutos tarde al desayuno, pero tampoco hubo problemas para que nos lo sirvieran. Un diez en la atención!!!!

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza de la habitación y su comodidad así como la cercanía al aeropuerto. El hotel provee servicios de taxi a muy buen precio.

Ventajas: The people working at the inn were absolutely lovely. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and give me anything I needed for my visit. The room was well decorated and the bed quite comfortable. The breakfast (included) and dinner were delicious.

Desventajas: The only thing I would suggest is using Uber over the suggested taxi company, as of the two taxis I took from the hotel (that the innkeeper called for me), neither took credit card. They should have, but both insisted on cash. This was not the innkeeper's fault, but if you prefer to use credit card, go with Uber, just in case.

Desventajas: False advertisement of room size and breakfast. When booking breakfast was included in price the only breakfast you get in the price was cereal fruit and toast. You have to pay extra £7.95 for a full English that was a bit misleading. The room was a bit dusty with cobwebs in all four corners of the celling.

Ventajas: Very clean and convenient with excellent manager. Very convenient for airport and tie up with in time taxi company.

Ventajas: The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly and the food was tasty and bedrooms comfortable!

Ventajas: Encontré que este es el mejor hotel cerca de un aeropuerto en el que me he alojado y por la razón que no imaginarías. No hemos oído despegar o aterrizar un avión: esto añadido a la cercanía del aeropuerto hacen que le dé a este hotel 5 estrellas.

Ventajas: Situado en el aeropuerto. Aunque estaba volando fuera de la terminal sur y este hotel está en la terminal norte, me llevó unos minutos llegar a mi terminal.

Desventajas: El tiempo de espera para conseguir comida en el restaurante era de 45minutes. Había mesas abiertas pero no parecía tener personal adecuado.

Ventajas: El personal era amable. Habitación muy limpia. Las camas son cómodas, no se hunden en medio, ya que a algunas les pasa. Excelente ubicación para viajeros del aeropuerto de Gatwick. Buenos restaurantes. El precio es razonable.

Desventajas: La vista! Aunque eso no se puede arreglar. Pero las grandes ventanas estaban muy bien.

Ventajas: Bed was super comfortable. I like the toiletries provided. Breakfast was good too...a really wide variety of options. The hot chocolate for breakfast was excellent.

Desventajas: Minor details but at breakfast what was labelled as fig compote was actually prunes, the smell of jet fuel was probably unavoidable, but was a bit queasy making, and it would have been nice if the direct access tunnel had been open. Very minor issues, I will stay again.

Ventajas: Para unos apasionados de la aviación este es el hotel perfecto. Nosotros nos alojamos aquí ya que íbamos a usar mucho el aeropuerto y para que nos fuera más cómodo, además, por el precio del hotel en londres hubiéramos tenido unos hoteles muchísimos peor. El personal es súper amable. Los tres restaurantes están bastantes bien y el servicio de habitaciones es muy cómodo. Además nosotros estuvimos en una suite con acceso a la sala y genial. El desayuno genial.

Ventajas: Me gusto mucho que era la tipica casa inglesa reformada en hotel, precioso! Ademas se estaba super caliente, a pesar del frio que hacía fuera, la ubicación bastante alejada del centro de Londres, pero hay autobuses y tren para desplazarte. El hotel esta cerca del aeropuerto de gatwicht y te recogían y llevaban por 6 libras el trayecto y habitación. Bastante bien para los precios que hay

Desventajas: Por poner dos peros, uno esque nadie hablaba español, algo que me llamo bastante la atención, pero nada que no pueda solucionar el traductor de google. Y lo segundo es lo caro que es el desayuno....no lo recomiendo para nada

Ventajas: La atención del personal es excelente. El servicio de bus shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias y el hotel es muy cálido. Las señal de wifi funciona muy bien. Tb es destacable que cada habitación cuenta con servicio de té y café.

Desventajas: The room was very hot. The mattress was very soft and tended to slope to one side. It was also squeaky. The hairdryer switch was broken. There should be a hook behind the bathroom door. There was no spare toilet roll and the roll that was there was almost finished. More attention to detail should be paid.

Desventajas: It was a noise from the next room. Also no pillowcase in a pillow. We asked for a pillowcase and we got one immediately but it was little dirty.

Desventajas: The noise from the vehicles on the street kept me awake all night long.

Ventajas: Esta ubicado a 10 minutos de bus (Nº 100 ó 20) desde el aeropuerto o a 10 minutos de tren (en realidad , son 3 minutos netos de viaje hasta Horley, que es la primera estación hacia el norte desde Gatwick; desde allí, son 10 minutos a pie). Es decir, no es necesario tomar un taxi para llegar. Los dueños son muy amables. Guardaron mi equipaje hasta que se hizo la hora de ir al aeropuerto. El dueño me dio un aventón hasta el aeropuerto en su auto. Casa cómoda, limpia, silenciosa. Lindo barrio, residencial. El pequeño centro (a 10 minutos) tiene algunos bares, restaurantes y supermercados para aprovisionarse, si fuera necesario.

Desventajas: It would be excellent just one thing, there was very cold in room, even if I had an extra blanket, I slept with clothes on.

Ventajas: Todo me parecio muy correcto. La habitacion bien, limpia y comoda. Acorde a su valor. El barrio es impecable como todo en Inglaterra. No pude conocer mas porque estuve solo una noche. Cerca de Gatwick, 30 min caminando.

Desventajas: No tener un espacio comun. O al menos no lo vi. Solo un Hall de entrada y la escalera a las habitaciones.

Ventajas: Con un vuelo de conexión al día siguiente llegué al aeropuerto después de un día de viaje. Fue un gran lugar para pasar la noche. La ducha de lluvia era muy refrescante. Soy un fan de los aviones y pasar a una habitación con una ventana fue la mejor decisión, ya que los aviones estaban volando. Dormí bien y era una habitación tranquila con una cama fantástica

Desventajas: Me decepcionó ver que no había opción de carga USB para mi teléfono. Soy canadiense y no me trajo un adaptador, así que no tener una manera de cargar mi teléfono no era tan grande.

Ventajas: Muy práctico en la terminal sur de Gatwick. Limpio y todo lo necesario para una noche. No oímos nada de aviones, que al principio me preocupaba.

Ventajas: Good location for check in and departure gates. Good WiFi, not very friendly but efficient check in.

Desventajas: We had 2 rooms. One was nice and clean and well presented. The second room was disgusting. Hair all over the sink, toilet and floor. Terrible smell and felt like it had not been cleaned properly. The rooms are extremely tight and the bathroom set up is poor. If you are first in the bathroom you are ok but if you are second or third or forth (our room was for 2 adults and 2 kids) you have to wade in water and use a toilet with water all over it.

Ventajas: Great location, comfortable bed and great shower. I considered some cheaper options at other hotels, but for time saving and for early flights, this was an excellent choice.

Desventajas: Hice una reserva para 2 noches, pero tuve problemas con el vuelo, así que no pude alojarme la primera noche y llegué muy tarde al día siguiente. Al llegar me indicaron que mi reserva había sido cancelada y el hotel estaba lleno. Después de 2 horas me dieron una habitación y restablecieron mi reserva. ¿Por qué era necesario? Tenía una reserva, llegué, tener que esperar hasta las 3:30 para recibir una habitación fue casi increíble.

Ventajas: El check-in fue rápido y fácil, la habitación estaba muy limpia y nueva, a pesar de estar al lado del aeropuerto era muy tranquilo, y la conexión wifi era excelente. El desayuno incluido era fantástico - enorme y variado - apreciamos mucho antes de un vuelo temprano por la mañana. También cenamos en el mismo salón la noche anterior y todo el personal que nos servía era encantador. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel y volveré a alojarme aquí.

Desventajas: Lo único negativo que se me viene a la cabeza es que está en la terminal norte y salía del sur, pero es apenas un problema porque el tranvía entre los dos es de 3 minutos a pie de la puerta del hotel.

Ventajas: This hotel is in a perfect location for anyone travelling to/from Gatwick North Terminal. The hotel is located at the bag drop, so we were able to travel there and rest up overnight before an early morning flight. Perfect! Lovely staff and gorgeous rooms.

Desventajas: Nothing massively bad- but the beds were a bit creaky, and the lift was unintuitive to use. But these will not prevent us from staying there again!

Ventajas: Es lo que es. Una cama y una ducha para vuelos muy temprano o muy tarde. Colchón francamente cómodo, ducha con presió, check in ágil, personal agradable. Tienen una tabla de planchar si se necesita.

Desventajas: Es un poco claustrofóbico. En la cabina individual no hay un sitio donde poner la maleta (en la doble es bajo la cama).

Ventajas: Como era de esperar para un Holiday Inn, el personal era fantástico, la ubicación es estupenda si quieres un hotel rápido para una noche para un vuelo temprano por la mañana. El autobús de enlace de la GBP3 sólo tarda unos 15 minutos desde Gatwick South y sólo 5-10 desde el hotel hasta Gatwick South. En general, una gran oferta por sólo GBP49.

Desventajas: La habitación no tenía minibar/minifrigo, lo que fue un dolor porque tenía algunas cosas que quería mantener fresca para el vuelo del día siguiente. Además, muy pocos canales de televisión gratis en comparación con su publicidad de "más de 100 canales". El colchón no era lo que te darían en un 5 estrellas (obviamente), pero definitivamente mejor que tu hotel económico promedio.

Desventajas: The room was lovely but really, really cold. I could not get the heating to work and called the Front Desk. They indicated someone would be up to assist but after a few hours I gave up waiting and went to bed. Also, the meal I had was nice but the inexplicable 10% surcharge for an already expensive price was not great.FYI - It's in teeny tiny print at the bottom of the menu. Also, some airport and road noise which was surprising.

Ventajas: The staff were very nice and efficient. The room was good and had everything I needed. The double glazing kept out any road or airplane noise. The shower was okay.

Desventajas: THE LIGHTING!! Why does the room have to be in semi darkness. The 2 bedside lights were pretty useless and the other 2 table lamps not much better. As a women I want the option to have very bright lighting so I can see what’s on the bed, take my contact lenses out and generally find things . The bathroom lights were bright but when looking in the mirror my head was in the shadow. The cooked breakfast had a good choice but wasn’t really very tasty. The heating controls seemed very complicated!

Ventajas: Está cerca del aeropuerto (5 minutos en el bus que puedes tomar desde el aeropuerto de Gatwick), por lo que es perfecto para pasar una noche. El desayuno era muy bueno y variado, estilo inglés. El personal fue muy amable para responder todas nuestras dudas.

Ventajas: Comfortable bed, clean and tidy rooms, shuttle bus service to Gatwick airport

Desventajas: Everything was perfect

Ventajas: Está bien comunicado con el aeropuerto, el personal muy amable, las camas muy cómodas, hay un Tesco no muy lejos. Caminando al pueblo de Horley son unos 15mins.

Desventajas: Todo bien

Ventajas: It was convenient for us, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Desventajas: Need to be clearer that the cost of the parking isn't included in the price. We were asked which option we wanted 11 hours which was 12.00 or 24 hours which was 20.00 so this added an extra 40.00 on our bill. We were checking in at 6pm so if we'd gone for the 11 hours we would have had to move the car at 5am on New Years Day which wasn't going to happen.

Ventajas: El shuttle que va del aeropuerto al hotel y de regreso es una excelente opción para moverse por 4 libras. Desayuno muy bueno.

Ventajas: LGW to hotel bus is operating each 15 minutes

Desventajas: El hotel está viejo. Por suerte, me pasaron a una habitación nueva. El colchón es super duro. Para llegar a la habitación, debes caminar un montón. El hotel necesita una renovación en serio. Porque las opciones eran limitadas para un vuelo nocturno.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación

Desventajas: Un poco caro!

Desventajas: El restaurante es caro. No hay muchas opciones por un precio razonable, para una comida informal.

Desventajas: Nuestra reserva no estaba en el sistema. No nos dieron acceso a Internet para nuestra reserva, pero entendimos que Internet gratis estaría incluido en base a los criterios de reserva.

Ventajas: La mejor parte de este hotel es que está cerca del hotel Gatwick de Londres. ¡muy conveniente!

Desventajas: Podría haber algunas más comodidades para que la estancia sea más memorable.

Ventajas: Ubicación y cama muy confortable

Desventajas: Sólo pudimos encontrar una máquina de hielo que funcionara en el hotel. Los chinches que nos encontramos no fueron muy agradables.

Desventajas: previously used towel left in bathroom

Desventajas: La alarma de incendios se disparo hasta en tres ocasiones y nos tuvieron que evacuar a las 12 de la noche. No nos daban ningun tipo de explicacion.

Ventajas: Clean and smart

Desventajas: Rip off prices for water £16 for 3 bottles of water is steep. I shall drink from the sink next time

Ventajas: The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast, the food was hot and the buffet was well stocked. As it was a brief overnight stay from a late night flight it was fine and the room was quiet.

Desventajas: There had obviously been a severe leak at some point in the room, the carpet was still damp and it smelt damp. The carpet was frayed around the edges where it had been lifted and not secured down again. The room should not have been available for guest occupancy. There towel in the bathroom had a nasty large stain on it, which put me off using it, should have been thrown away it was disgusting.

Ventajas: Close to airport and excellent helpful staff

Desventajas: La bañera es peligrosa, mejor una buena ducha

Ventajas: The location of this hotel is excellent with just a short covered walk to the terminal. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. All the public areas were well heated and comfortable.

Desventajas: We would not return to this hotel as the bedroom was cold even though we had the heating control set on the highest setting. We stayed here on both our outward and return journey and both rooms were cold with inadequate heating.

Ventajas: The staff was very good and friendly and efficient.

Desventajas: We were not overly impressed with the quality of the room itself did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel because it is at the south terminal of Gatwick so easy to get to and from flights.

Desventajas: I left my ‘juice’ iPhone charger in my room by accident and the staff I contacted by phone were unable to help

Ventajas: Didn't have to take a car to the hotel, but the walk was significant.

Desventajas: This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. I called the front desk, but they would not move my room. The manager said he would send a pillow topper, but he never did. NOT a good sleep/stay. Will NOT stay there again.

Ventajas: La chica madrileña de recepcion muy bien. LLegamos a las 1030h queriamos cenar y ya no podian servir ni un simple bocata.Muy bien la opcion de coger el minibus hotel aeropuertoi.Comodo y barato.

Desventajas: No poder cenar al llegar.Por la zona no hay nada .

Ventajas: Perfecto para descansar si vas a coger un vuelo muy temprano. No esperéis un hotel precioso porque no lo es, pero yo volvería a hospedarme allí. Teníamos que volar a las 7 am. Tened en cuenta que si os hospedais en Londres vais a tener problemas con el transporte de tren y metro porque no abren hasta las 05:30 h si a eso le sumais una hora de camino al aeropuerto no llegáis a tiempo para facturar, pasar el control de seguridad, etc. Además la cama era cómoda, la habitación limpia y por un precio muy económico te llevan al aeropuerto a la hora que quieras

Ventajas: It was really clean and spacious. Close to the airport, just 20 mins walk. Cheap yet the room was really big and comfortable.

Desventajas: The walls were really thin so we could hear people talking in the coridor

Ventajas: Cheap and cheerful. If you need a room for a night it'll do!

Desventajas: Walls are extremely thin. Be prepared to wake up with the staff, especially on the ground floor. Breakfast isn't served until 9 - it's served until 8:45. Continental breakfast is just toast and cereal for £5!!!! Mattress and pillows extremely old and thin. No separate shampoo and shower gel. The all in one ruins hair.

Ventajas: El trato del personal y un pueblo tranquilo alejado del bullicio de Londres.

Desventajas: Para llegar a el hotel o al pueblo cercano al aeropuerto solo puedes acceder en autobús esta a una parada pero 2,5libras cada uno o en taxi

Ventajas: Espacioso, limpio y personal amable y atento

Desventajas: Difficulty understanding the staff over the phone. Did not have good reception on Wi-Fi in the room. There was a charge for shuttle pick up at the airport and drop off that was not indicated on the email notifications. There are no outlets near the bed.

Desventajas: Reception and bar ateas stank. Wifi inadequate to use in room - had to go to bar area to get signal. Hotel advertises a shuttle service. However the pickup at airport is "on request" . That doesn't work for me - coming from Canada - I did not have UK phone capabilities. Hollow offer.

Ventajas: La habitación estaba muy limpia, y parece haber sido renovado recientemente. Me gusta que había disponible café descafeinado. La gente de recepción fue especialmente servicial.

Desventajas: No había pañuelos desechables, artículos de baño o secador de pelo en la habitación

Ventajas: The reception staff are always really nice and in the mornings and it's always nice and calm in the restaurant for breakfast. They have a good range of breakfast food and a 24hr bar so there's always somewhere to go other than your room

Desventajas: The towles smelt like curry Which was off putting and house keeping were quite rude. The main issue is that there's nothing to do or anywhere to go in the area. You have to get a bus or taxi everywhere you go.

Ventajas: convenient to the airport

Ventajas: Complimentary breakfast buffet was great. Bed was decently comfortable.

Desventajas: Room had an old musty/mouldy smell. Wifi was free for only 30 min. Towels didn't smell clean. Room overall needed to be updated. Stayed here because we had a flight layover overnight out of Gatwick and thought we could just walk to to hotel, but it's actually about a 5 min cab ride from airport.

Ventajas: The room and bed were fine

Desventajas: My supper of half a chicken with slaw was inedible .The chips were soggy and cold,the chicken was dry and overcooked and serving it on a bed of lettuce made sure it was luke warm .Very disappointing.

Desventajas: 4 libras por el servicio de transporte era un poco mucho, pero eso no tiene nada que ver directamente con el hotel. Intenté encontrar una manera rápida de llegar al aeropuerto, pero no fui capaz de hacerlo. Era bastante tranquilo el hotel, pero el tráfico de la autopista era alto. El wifi es limitado en el hotel, así que si el wifi es importante no es el mejor lugar. El personal era amable y el registro fue fácil.

Ventajas: La cercanía al aeropuerto de Gatwick.

Desventajas: El WiFi no funcionaba. Sofá en la habitación sólo en fotos

Desventajas: Virgin wifi - incluso la versión de 7 libras por día - era inconsistente y irregular, cayendo con frecuencia.

Ventajas: 1) Me encantó que el precio estaba entre el más barato y el más cercano al aeropuerto de Gatwick. El personal era amable y servicial. 2) su glosa hacia el Gatwick Express (terminal sur) para coger el tren expreso a la estación Victoria y de vuelta. Sugiero comprar las entradas en línea, es más barato. 3) la habitación estaba limpia, así como el baño. 4) hay una gasolinera al lado del hotel, y tiene una tienda conveniente. 5) el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto pasa cada 15 minutos

Desventajas: 1) no se dieron instrucciones a través de la compañía de reserva ni en su sitio web sobre cómo llegar al hotel con el servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto. Habría facilitado la obtención de esta información adicional a su llegada. [ FYI: Al salir de la terminal (al menos en el sur) debe bajar a la planta baja y esperar en el aparcamiento del autobús 8-9. Creo que hay 5 autobuses (G1, G2, G3, I7 y I8) y dependiendo del hotel que vaya a usted debe utilizar el correcto. Cada viaje en el autobús cuesta 3 libras. Otra señora que viajaba a otro hotel tenía información específica para imprimir sobre dónde conseguir el autobús y cuál. ] 2) el wifi en el hotel es gratuito, aunque a veces perdería conectividad y a veces se descuenta. La velocidad era de alrededor de 2Mbs y tenía un ping de por lo menos 500. 3) la puerta de mi habitación (418) se cerraba, pero no pude usar el perno de seguridad. Supongo que golpearía el marco de la puerta o así.

Ventajas: La comida que comí en el bar era buena, y todo el personal era muy amable y servicial.

Desventajas: El aire acondicionado no parecía estar funcionando en mi habitación (sólo soplaba aire caliente), pero la ventana se abrió, así que no sentí la necesidad de contactar a nadie al respecto.

Desventajas: Location good for airport bar and food good cheap

Ventajas: Good location (10 min from the airport). And good staff.

Desventajas: Wifi should be free and bathroom could be improved.

Ventajas: So close to airport and very cheap

Ventajas: Cercanía, transporte las 24 hrs

Ventajas: The staff were okay.

Desventajas: Room had not been cleaned properly. Was a whole rice cracker left in the floor under the desk. Airport shuttle is a rip-off at £4 each way when hotel is few hundred metres up the road. Walls are thin, so can clearly hear everything going on in adjacent rooms.

Ventajas: Next to Gatwick

Desventajas: Dingy, mediocre staff, inadequate supplies (toilet paper was scarce), over priced mediocre food, thin walls

Ventajas: Estaba muy bien ...buen trato .

Ventajas: Nos alojamos aquí por su proximidad al aeropuerto ya que perdimos el vuelo por un fallo de sistema en los trenes. No es el mejor alojamiento de Londres pero por el precio está más que bien. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal de recepción fue muy agradable. Se nota que han arreglado la habitación hace poco.

Desventajas: La ausencia de calefacción. A 5 grados en la calle lo único que había en la habitación era una estufa eléctrica que dejamos encendida toda la noche. Para dormir con el nórdico bien, pero para ir al baño.... tenías que pensarlo como mínimo dos veces. El colchón era demasiado blando y vendría bien cambiarlo porque acabamos en el centro de la cama.

Desventajas: No dispone de transporte al hotel a pesar de la cercanía al aeropuerto, no dispone de cafetería

Ventajas: Estaba cerca del aeropuerto

Desventajas: El recepcionista indú era maleducado , le dije que la tele no funcionaba y su respuesta fue que me había dado una habitación con más camas no se que se pensaba si me iba a poner alquilar literas jajaj con una me bastaba

Ventajas: Muy limpio, cómodo, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto en bus. Muy buen personal.
