Ventajas: Este es un hotel de primera clase. El personal era muy amable, las habitaciones son modernas y se encuentra en una calle tranquila.

Desventajas: La habitación era pequeña.

Ventajas: Gran servicio, buen lugar, buena comida.

Desventajas: No está cerca de parada de metro, pero por lo demás, gran zona.

Ventajas: El desayuno muy bueno La ubicación lejos del centro de Londres, pero muy buena conexión en Tren y Underground.

Desventajas: Me cobraron la fianza de 360€ y pasó más de una semana y todavía estoy reclamando. Me contestan mañana te devolvemos y así cada vez que llamo. Y por cierto el desayuno muy cutre, desde luego precio que tiene. Por fin una decepción de hotel.

Ventajas: Breakfast...

Desventajas: Absolutely not!!

Desventajas: The room temperature control had only heat working and the room was quite hot which made it uncomfortable to fall asleep. The bed was also a bit too firm a mattress for my comfort.

Ventajas: Muy buena atención

Desventajas: El tamaño de las porciones de comida, podrían ser más grandes. Y el bar podría estar abierto hasta más tarde.

Ventajas: Bed was Comfortable,Coffee and mini fridge.

Desventajas: Air conditioning, Carpet is dated. Needs updating.

Ventajas: Location, secure car park and friendly staff

Desventajas: Rooms too hot, stained carpets.

Desventajas: There was no sink in the toilet, very unhygienic and had to go in the other room to wash my hands, touching all the doors

Ventajas: Location is perfect for Greenwich station. It is literally at the station. Rooms are fairly spacious but at least the one I had was not quite as per the photos (see negatives). Reception staff, especially Greek lady, were very friendly.

Desventajas: A few minor issues which added up meant the stay wasn't really up to the same levels set by other Novotels I've stayed at, mainly due to maintenance and staff training: > The room I stayed in seemed a bit tired and didn't quite correspond with the photos I'd seen, with broken fixtures in bathroom (plastic surround on one of the lights was smashed). They may be in the process of renovating/refreshing the rooms, but mine certainly hadn't been done yet. > Extractor fan in toilet didn't work, and a/c in room was very noisy. > TV didn't work in room on 1st night - the next day on my way out I mentioned this at front desk who said they'd send an engineer to fix it. At some point during the day someone had come to fix it, but whoever it was, left it switched on, with the volume on maximum, probably to demonstrate it was now working. The problem was, I didn't come back until 4:30 the next morning so the rest of my floor got to enjoy the sound of rolling BBC news through my door/walls until I came in to switch it off. > At breakfast on one of the mornings I was by myself. At one point I briefly got up to get some coffee and when I came back found one of the waiters had dumped a load of dirty plates on my table and already cleared mine away (which I was still eating), so I then had to wait whilst he cleared the table and took all the plates away, including the rest of my breakfast. The waiter was very apologetic, but the breakfasts seemed very chaotic so maybe a bit more training could avoid these issues in future. On the same note, some of the other waiters at breakfast came across as quite rude, by comparison to the front desk staff.

Ventajas: All our rooms next to each other. Disabled access room well placed and very well equipped. Tea and fridge in rooms. Very comfy beds and nice size. Quiet. Accessibility around the hotel for elderly (no steps, loos in hall...). Secure parking. Great breakfast choice. Restaurant not too big.

Desventajas: Some warning and advice re closed roads (eg: follow diversion)

Ventajas: Great location - we stay here frequently for family events. The staff were all lovely too.

Desventajas: It didn't compare to past visits. We had two rooms - both of which were a little run down and in some places not cleaned. One had sweet wrappers behind a sofa. The air conditioning/heating system was also rather noisy, waking us regularly in our respective rooms.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación

Desventajas: TV was set to come on at 3am every morning! Stale toast one morning.

Ventajas: Lovely bed & an amazingly quiet room. Breakfast at the cafe rouge attched to the hotel was excellent

Desventajas: La única pega que puedo sacar es que el precio me parece alto para el tamaño de la habitación. Por lo demás ninguna pega, el personal muy amable, la cama muy cómoda, y la habitación con aire acondicionado caliente y frío.

Ventajas: La ubicación, la cercanía a lugares turísticos, restaurants.

Desventajas: Los pasillos del hotel tiene las alfombras en mal estado, manchadas, da mal aspecto.

Ventajas: Colchon muy comodo. Situacion maravillosa. Con el barco se llega de manera agradable al centro.

Desventajas: El cafe rouge donde vas a desayunar con personal muy muy lento. Tenias que escoger entre una serie de platos que a veces no concuerdan con lo que quieres. No es nada barato. Te pasas una hora para desayunar.

Ventajas: The hostess Lilly is charming and delightful. She is very down to earth and one feels immediately at ease and at home. The bedroom was very spacious and particularly the shower was excellent!!! Plenty of storage and bathroom necessities provided. Tea and coffee facilities are always welcome. This is one of the few places I've stayed and power sockets are a plenty, in the most convenient spots as well as including usb ports. I mean lots of them. Excellent feature!!! Check out involves very independent throwing of keys in a box on the wall and is devoid of any formalities which is what I like.

Desventajas: The only thing was really feeling like I was disturbing the household when coming in and out of building let's say after 11pm.

Ventajas: Great hostess, brilliant location, loved my room - highly recommend this B&B

Ventajas: In original price level is a good price comparing the value.

Desventajas: It was problem with arrival time, because only till 19.30 is free the arrival, after 12pound/hour extra free. On the booking page this information was not clear, or i did not find during the booking process, only after that, on the confirmation letter was found arrival till 7.30pm. This causes extra 35pound fee over the price of the room.

Ventajas: No breakfast available. We just did without and got on with our day.

Desventajas: The bathroom was rather basic and we could not close the door which is embarassing when other people can hear you.

Ventajas: Ubicación

Desventajas: Tuvimos una mala experiencia ya nuestra reservación nunca fue registrada. Además, no llegó el pago realizado a través de booking y la encargada exigió el pago a pesar de que se le enseñó el comprobante de pago. Por otra parte, se le explicó que el problema se estaba resolviendo con todas las partes involucradas, todos los días nos esperaba para hacer el cobro. El hotel debería haber establecido la comunicación con booking porque es problema suyo y de de los huéspedes

Ventajas: El personal amable, la habitación era cómoda, limpia y buena temperatura lo cual es importante si viajas en invierno y más con niños

Desventajas: El baño estaba una planta más abajo que la habitación y era muy pequeño. La ubicación estaba a 1 hora en autobús del centro, en metro algo más cerca pero había Q coger antes un autobús al metro, para ahorrarte unos 15 minutos

Ventajas: I chose The Greenland Hotel because of its location near my son's shared house.

Desventajas: The communication with the Greenland Hotel could have been better as we needed to speak with the manager on one occasion and we didn't have her contact details.

Ventajas: Very good position for access to Greenwich, Cutty Sark , other museums and London.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Huele mal, incomodo, no hay desayuno siempre

Desventajas: Las sábanas estaban manchadas y dan una apariencia sucia

Ventajas: Cerca de la estación de subte. Tiene un bar en la entrada de hostel así que es más recomendable para personas que quieren aprovechar la noche de Londres.

Desventajas: Dormí un sábado a la noche y como tiene un bar en la Planta baja había una fiesta por lo cual resultó muy ruidoso hasta a las dos de la madrugada. La recepción estaba en el bar osea que te atendían en el medio del ruido de la fiesta que había en el mismo. Las habitaciones estaban sucias(especialmente el cubrecamas)igual que los baños. Tenía poca ventilación y no tenía calefacción.

Ventajas: Friend staff and SUPER clean showers which is hard to find in a hostel

Desventajas: Lots of stairs and I had a heavy suitcase so I was dying but the front desk girl helped me carry it so that was awesome

Ventajas: El personal era amable y el hostal quedaba cerca del metro

Desventajas: Los baños eran realmente asquerosos, estuve 3 noches y nunca vi que los limpiaran, siempre estuvieron sucios. El hostal tiene muy mal olor, los dormitorios son chicos para la cantidad de camas (4 camarotes de 3 camas, o sea en total 12 personas en un dormitorio pequeño) la ubicación tampoco es buena porque si o si hay que tomar metro para ir a las atracciones turísticas (y el valor del metro es bastante alto)

Ventajas: El desayuno es muy completo y el bar tiene muy buena onda

Desventajas: Los cuartos son muy chicos y la música del bar retumba en las habitaciones. Además, los lugares comunes no están muy limpios.
