Ventajas: Gran relación calidad-precio. Gran servicio al cliente. Gran desayuno y gran cena. El alboroto era impresionante. Consigue la oferta de comida. Conveniente a la Terminal 4.

Desventajas: a 5,5 km de la terminal 5 a la terminal 4. No sabía cómo llevar el tren expreso a la terminal 4, así que acabó tomando un taxi

Desventajas: Debe permitir a los huéspedes hacer llamadas locales desde el teléfono en la habitación.

Ventajas: Excelente servicio. La comida es muy buena. Personal amable. Habitaciones limpias y sencillas. Buen aire acondicionado. Fácil acceso desde la terminal 4.

Desventajas: Largo paseo de la terminal 4 difícil para ir caminando. No hay extras como piscina o traslados al aeropuerto. Sólo lo básico, pero bien.

Ventajas: Era una habitación de hotel normal, sin lujos

Desventajas: La comida en la parrilla no era tan buena, el Wi-Fi no funcionaba y había una toalla sucia en el baño.

Ventajas: La habitación para personas con movilidad reducida tenía un buen tamaño.

Desventajas: Personal agresivo en el check in a la hora de pagar las comidas.

Ventajas: Este hotel estaba muy limpio y cómodo con un personal amable. La cama y las almohadas eran perfectas para una buena noche de sueño. Nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos con la habitación, y superó nuestras expectativas. La tarifa de la habitación era genial.

Ventajas: The meals were okay,

Desventajas: You should not put senior citizens in rooms with a bath. I strained a leg muscle getting into the bath, and struggled to get out, and it's a long walk and journey to Terminal 3.

Ventajas: Near to terminal with no need to catch a bus. Very courteous staff and clean and comfortable room

Ventajas: El personal del desayuno increíblemente amable. Perfecto para ir a T4 aeropuerto de Heathrow a través de pasarela (5 min.), y enlace x metro o tren a London (40-50 min). Estancia perfecta.

Ventajas: La ubicación en la Terminal 5 no podría ser más conveniente (tenía equipaje pesado) y de hecho me gustó más que los hoteles a los que se llega en autobús. Hubo un poco de confusión sobre mi reserva, bastante rápidamente resuelto, pero fueron muy agradables y me pasaron a una habitación mejor. Cené y desayuna en el restaurante, ambos buenos, el buffet de desayuno muy variado y con un aspecto delicioso, más allá de lo habitual.

Ventajas: Buen lugar para quedarse durante una larga escala. Justo al lado de Heathrow y cerca del metro. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el personal era muy servicial y educado.

Desventajas: Demasiado caro.

Ventajas: El hotel es muy conveniente para una salida de Heathrow. La habitación era grande y muy limpia y tranquila. Yo tomé el desayuno y la comida era buena, así como el servicio. También tenía servicio de habitaciones, comida India y era deliciosa. Me he alojado varias veces aquí en los últimos dos años y los recepcionistas siempre han sido muy agradables y profesionales, van más allá de lo normal para que te sientas bienvenido. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Desventajas: Había una música ruidosa fiesta, que se podía escuchar claramente en la habitación durante dos horas. No lo que uno esperaría en un Hotel Sofitel ni lo que se debe tolerar.

Ventajas: Very convenient for my long layover. Love the welcoming helpful staff and really comfortable chair in the room and bed.

Ventajas: it was so convenient to get into the hotel from the airport. Had a private bridge from Terminal 5.

Ventajas: Lovely room - they gave us a free upgrade. Seamless check in and check out process..

Ventajas: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.

Desventajas: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.

Desventajas: Room was very cold (17*) and smelt slightly as if someone had smoked in there it soon warmed up and don’t notice smell after a while

Ventajas: A nice room but not worth what I paid for it would rather stay at a Hilton hotel breakfast ok rather loud breakfast chef too much for first thing in the morning lovely servers and breakfast reception staff you say it is a short walk over walkway to get to you but to me it was a very long walk to get to the hotel

Ventajas: The location is ideal, particularly when you arrive late in the day. The rooms are excellently furnished and are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent it has an incredible range of choices. Checkout in the morning could not have been simpler, just drop your key card in the box.

Desventajas: I felt that the prices in the bar were a little expensive even for London.

Ventajas: Location was amazing for an early flight this next day. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ventajas: Un hotel más nuevo, bastante contemporáneo sin ser chocante. Una habitación bonita que recuerda un poco a la de IKEA. Nos alojamos una noche entre dos vuelos internacionales de más de 10 horas; lo volvería a hacer en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. ¡un personal genial!

Desventajas: El hotel está a unos 800 metros a pie a través de un metro de metal desde la terminal 4 de Heathrow; puede ser un desafío para alguien con movilidad reducida.

Ventajas: Gran personal, minucioso y atento. Muy bueno si el vuelo sale de la T4.

Ventajas: Nos dieron una habitación recientemente renovada. La comida en los dos restaurantes que cenábamos era estupenda. No cenamos en los restaurantes orientales.

Desventajas: Todo es un poco caro. Ponen que hay un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, sin embargo, eso es sólo a la terminal 5. Debes caminar una larga distancia y tomar un tren para llegar a otras terminales. El hotel No Debería poner que tiene un servicio de transporte.

Desventajas: Lots of walking to get to it.

Ventajas: Modern and all the comforts of America

Desventajas: Check in they tried to make us pay extra to check In early.

Ventajas: Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. Wish they had Alpro yoghurt as they had various Alpro milks. Bed was comfy, our corridor was quiet. Lots of options after hours for room service food as was delicious as we landed late.

Desventajas: The room was very small, the shower was a little weak. The toiletries were little in quantity as we struggled for two people for a shower each after a long-haul flight.

Ventajas: Close to Terminal 4.

Desventajas: They still charge for wifi. That's inexcusable in this day and age.

Ventajas: Perfect location for an early flight out of T4. Very good Chinese restaurant.

Ventajas: Very comfortable, clean and nice! If is possible, Iwill return!

Ventajas: Convenience. Our flight was cancelled at short notice and the Hilton was a good choice for an unplanned one night stay.

Desventajas: The morning staff were much more nicer than the night staff. Unfortunately my room had many problems. We moved rooms once and the second room was worse! The room we stayed in, not only was the shower dirty and the bathroom bin was not emptied. There was a hole in the wall in our room too! Which allowed a draft of wind to come through. The tv remote also never worked properly due to really old batteries. I couldn’t believe my eyes, especially considering it’s a 4+ star hotel it was very disappointing. The spa and pool facilities also never said that it wouldn’t be open during the New Year’s Eve. Me and my partner was very disappointed in our stay here. I believe Staff discriminated us here and made me and my partner feel very uncomfortable.

Ventajas: Sheets and shower were very nice, bed comfortable and large. Room small but adequate. Front desk happy yo make one room a twin for our children.

Desventajas: We paid for executive lounge but it was mayhem and there was nowhere to sit. Then a group got very drunk in the bar and the noise ricocheted over the windows stopping us from sleeping. Then a big fight broke out and the police were called, but the disturbance meant we got no sleep and were exhausted for our flight. Emailed a complaint but they only offered 5000 honors points which we didn’t feel was adequate for the night we had.

Ventajas: Properly was modern and well maintained. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Ventajas: Room was nice although a little chilly Dining room nice but plain had to go to bar to get someone to serve us

Desventajas: Was open for a Christmas function therefore difficult to park, only just managed to get somewhere

Ventajas: Extremely good value for a hotel so close to Heathrow. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious (and not overpriced). The room was clean and comfortable with a huge, comfy bed. The room was also very quiet, great to get a good nights' sleep before a flight.

Ventajas: The bed was lovely and big. Super comfortable aswell. The room was clean. I loved the fact the room has air-con. The room is lovely and warm as soon as you walk in. The hotel is close to the tube station to take you straight into the centre of London. The staff were so perfect, pleasant and happy. The price was just right aswell. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to London.

Desventajas: The only thing I didn't like was the bath tub shower. I think walk in showers are so much nicer. However this is only personal preference as its each to their own.

Ventajas: Location excellent for Heathrow flight in the morning. Great value for money Comfortable and clean, all one needs for a night before a flight.

En la primera planta y en los primeros 3 ascensores llenos. Bajé al vestíbulo dos veces con bolsas antes de que mi esposa encontrara un ascensor con espacio para que ella bajara con la última bolsa

Desventajas: We had to move room because the TV wasn’t working in the first room. They moved us to a new room but the new room didn’t have dressing gowns as the other room did. Small issue but would have been nice to have them.

Ventajas: I am drawing a blank, but the Front Desk was finally honest with me and told me that it was not owned by the English, but yes it was owned by someone from northeast Asia. I am glad she did not lie to me as I reside in Asia, and it completely reminded me of many of the hotels in Incheon, S. Korea, but I Was Not In South Korea. Shame on you London Heathrow area hotel.

Desventajas: It would have been nice to know the actual measurements of the room. My sister and I both thought we were at Camp. Goodness, Hyatt I do expect more from you!

Ventajas: Spending new year's eve away from the noise of the city. Location is great, even for non-flyers

Desventajas: Staff were very accomodating, upgrade was much appreciated and food was a cut above the usual airport hotel offerings. Overall this place takes the edge as the superior cousin of the two Hyatt offerings on the Heathrow belt.

Ventajas: This was a very nice hotel with great rooms. The food we got was also good. Great location too. By far the best mattress/pillows I have had in a hotel. Parking is extra (£12) but reasonable and secure.

Desventajas: Está un poco lejos del centro de Londres y tardaba una hora en el metro para llegar a las atracciones.

Desventajas: Reservé una habitación cuatro días de antelación y a mi llegada me negaron a alojarme en el hotel. Me dijeron que no tienen habitaciones vacantes. Me enviaron a otro hotel. El Radisson Blue no proporcionó ninguna explicación ni aviso previo. Me dijeron que el gerente me pondría en contacto conmigo para dar explicaciones y discutir la compensación. Ha sido una semana, pero nadie me ha contactado hasta ahora. Considero inaceptable desviar a los clientes de esta manera, sin previo aviso ni explicación, especialmente por el hotel que se elogia con una excelente experiencia de hospitalidad. No consideraré alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

Desventajas: Cuando intentamos volver a la habitación tarde por la noche, resultó un poco confuso con las puertas.

Ventajas: Fácil acceso a y desde Heathrow. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas, así que no oyes a los aviones por la noche. El personal es muy servicial y educado.

Ventajas: Este es un muy buen hotel de lujo cerca de Heathrow, es una parada perfecta para los viajeros que usan el aeropuerto. El alojamiento y el personal son de primera categoría, el personal era particularmente servicial. Aprecié las tomas USB para mi ordenador y teléfono.

Desventajas: Breakfast was less than poor, we had to wait for an omelette for 30 min. There was no choice of cheeses, no options for vegetarians or pork free meat and scrambled eggs looked more like soup than like scrambled eggs ( all things you would expect from a reputable hotel). We had to be relocated as we were checked in to an occupied room. Lots of shouting in the lobby, with some aggressive guests- and staff were only observing instead of dealing with the situation

Ventajas: There were very creepy people at the restaurant bar that made what was supposed to be a nice end trip dinner a rather frightful one.

Ventajas: Great hotel. The room was small yet very comfortable. The bed was amazingly cozy and the facilities were great. Being able to use the sauna was a bonus and the breakfast was fabulous.

Desventajas: No nos informaron de que el hotel se estuviera llevando a cabo UNA renovación TOTAL. Al principio nos pusieron en una habitación recién terminada. Después de una verdadera odisea para llegar allí, nos enteramos de que nuestra habitación estaba llena de productos químicos (nos dio dolor de cabeza en 5 minutos y nos quedaron los ojos llorosos), todavía tenía algunos restos de construcción y el pomo de la puerta del baño no estaba instalado. Tuvimos que llevar todo el equipaje de vuelta y tuvimos que trasladarlo a una habitación diferente.

Desventajas: Este hotel es viejo y no muy limpio. Me sorprende que Marriott haya dejado este hotel tan lejos en problemas. No vale 200 dólares por noche.

Ventajas: Muy cómodo y limpio , cerca del aeropuerto. Tienes q tomar un autobús q te cobra 11€ por dos personas. Tienes servicio a terminales 1,2 y 3. A la terminal 4 no y por eso en la madrugada q nos fuimos al día siguiente tuvimos q irnos en taxi que mis habían pedido en recepción desde la noche anterior. Mis cobró 15€.

Ventajas: El desayuno es muy bueno, buffet y tiene de todo. El hotel es muy cómodo, y la ubicación excelente si vienes o vas para el aeropuerto, o al día siguiente vas a otro lugar de Inglaterra desde la estación de buses.

Desventajas: Te ponen un hold en tu tarjeta de crédito de 50 libras, si quieres pedir servicio a la habitación.

Desventajas: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)

Ventajas: So convenient right inside LHR T4. You can take the free underground connection to other Terminals free of charge. I needed to extend my room by two hours so I did not have too much waiting in the terminal and this costs £5 per hour which is great considering the location. Very small cabin but that is what was sold to me so no complaints. Complimentary hot chocolate and water was given to me and check in before bed. Very efficient way to avoid hassle of flying. I would recommend.

Ventajas: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.

Desventajas: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard

Desventajas: Lo increíblemente pequeño!! Solo giraba para pasar de la cama al baño. Y por el mismo precio pude estar en un hotel de verdad y muy cerca.

Ventajas: La ubicación perfecta. Tiene todo lo necesario para descansar correctamente una noche de paso en el aeropuerto. Muy limpio.

Ventajas: La cama era amplia y muy cómoda. Había una almohada extra y todo estaba muy limpio. Ideal para llegar, darte una ducha, dormir y seguir con tu viaje. El personal es muy amable.

Desventajas: Si tienes claustrofobia, no es para ti

Ventajas: El personal es estupendo, las instalaciones limpias y modernas, perfectas para lo que es. Si tienes un viaje dentro o fuera de LHR, este es un gran lugar para pasar la noche. Estoy contento con la Marca Leonardo y he encontrado que son consistentemente buenos en las múltiples propiedades en las que me he alojado.

Copenhague es genial y el Park Inn acaba de aumentar nuestra experiencia.

Ventajas: - Fácil registro - Personal Atento - la mejor comida de hotel Que he Probado - habitación Cómoda En General si quieres un hotel que este cerca del aeropuerto, este es un lugar cómodo.

Desventajas: - esto podría ser positivo para algunos... pero estaba demasiado cerca del aeropuerto. No había mucho que ver alrededor del hotel. - la cabeza de la ducha estaba rota, pero aún así se podía utilizar.

Ventajas: Limpio y personal muy amable. Justo a la salida del aeropuerto, así que genial para mi noche.

Desventajas: Se escuchaba ruido de las otras habitaciones cuando se duchaban, pero no demasiado.

Ventajas: Habitación agradable, buen desayuno en la cama.

Desventajas: Una ruidosa fiesta en el vestíbulo reverberaba a través del hotel hasta la 1 de la madrugada. Eso fue un fastidio. El acceso a Internet era mediocre en el mejor de los casos.

Ventajas: Very reasonably priced hotel right next to Heathrow. Several buses will take you right there for free (only a short bus ride away from terminals 1, 2 and 3. Friendly and attentive staff, I’m impressed! Will definitely stay here again if needed.

Desventajas: The tv was only in Spanish/French The towels were dirty The room service was rubbish and took a long time that we ended up going to collect it. When we got the food it was cold

Desventajas: Unfortunately for three people staying in one room there was only two towels and one pillow on the single bed. The shower was overflowing and the television was not working properly. All of which we informed reception.

Ventajas: It was easy to find and they give 1 hour free parking to drop off luggage. The room was clean and a good size. Staff were friendly at check in and later when we had problems but .. .

Desventajas: I know that no one stays in a hotel to watch TV but our first room it didn't work. We waited 45 minutes for someone to come and he couldn't fix it. Then they told us better move room so we had to re pack everything and take it back to the lift as they had no rooms on that floor. It was really irritating as we were tired and wanted to rest. Even the second room we only had a couple of channels. When my husband complained the reception said they were 'too busy', but that shouldn't be the customers' problem. They gave us a free bar drink for our troubles but really I wish I'd booked another hotel. The gym isn't what's described and the breakfast was average. It seems you get more for a cheaper hotel rather than 4 star.

Largo paseo a cualquier lugar para ver tiendas o restaurantes. Cerca de 1/2 a 1 km caminando. Bien si es un buen día. No tan bueno en los días de frío y lluviosos. Falta personal.

Ventajas: El hotel era genial por la ubicación y el precio. El restaurante estaba encima! La comida y el personal eran excelentes.

Desventajas: Se necesitaron dos días para reparar un inodoro que no funcionaba correctamente. Avisé a la recepción tan pronto como entré en mi habitación y otra vez al despertar a la mañana siguiente. El aparcamiento era extremadamente estrecho y los agujeros son un desafío a no ser que tomes el servicio de transporte.

Ventajas: Volviendo a Estados Unidos desde un viaje europeo, tuvimos que trasladarnos desde Londres Gatwick a Londres Heathrow tarde por la noche y luego salir a la mañana siguiente desde Londres Heathrow. El Hilton Garden Inn era ideal. Está situado cerca de la Terminal 4, y nos dio un buen lugar para alojarse por la noche. El personal es muy servicial.

Desventajas: No puedo pensar en nada

Desventajas: El hotel era muy ruidoso y el personal de limpieza seguía portando portazos para mantenernos al día. Además, le preguntamos a un servidor sobre el menú y ella nos dijo de manera grosera que preguntáramos a alguien más y se marcharan.

Ventajas: Nuevo y encantador y un magnífico garden Inn. Cómodo y muy limpio. Personal agradable en el bar y el check-in. Fácil acceso desde la parada de metro Hatton Cross.

Desventajas: Leí en una crítica que el transporte era malo y estoy de acuerdo. Caro , libras 4:50 cada uno. Peor aún fue el maleducado, grosero, INÚTIL cretino que llevaba el autobús. Horrible.

Ventajas: Walking distance to Hatton Cross station. Comfortable room.

Desventajas: Taxi was 10 minutes late because he was asleep behind the hotel. Nothing much around there to walk to.

Ventajas: The location is perfect for visiting Heathrow Airport, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and we enjoy our evenings in the restaurant.

Desventajas: There was nothing to dislike and we will return for our fourth visit again sometime this year.

Ventajas: Convenient hotel close to the airport with clean rooms, a bar, room service, and a decent buffet breakfast

Desventajas: The hotel could not find my booking which was prepaid, so check in was stressful. The following morning they tried to charge me for breakfast again and stood there debating it with me, making me look up the booking on my phone whilst my breakfast was going cold.

Ventajas: Hotel is reachable from Hatton cross station. Room was clean and cosy.

Desventajas: They can provide few things in mini bar.. it was empty but you can fill it from group floor store.

Ventajas: It's near airport and has a shuttle bus. If you want to take underground then it's one stop from T2 and takes 10 mins by walking with luggage. Definitely will stay again next time.

Desventajas: The bath room is a bit small but it's functioning.

Ventajas: Breakfast is very good. Transportation is convenient. It is safe so you do not need to worry about coming late to the hotel.

Ventajas: The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They made sure I knew about the vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner.

Desventajas: The location was a bit hard to find

Ventajas: We had a great stay, location is perfect, extremely close to Hatton Cross underground station. Rooms are all double glazed, extremely quiet despite being so close to the runaway (Awesome for plane spotting) I would definitely come back as I believe this is one of the best choices for accommodations within Heathrow airport.

Desventajas: Breakfast was way too expensive, specially if you are with family, in our case were 4 of us (£12 - £14,50 each) We had a quadruple room, 2 double beds, beds were indeed comfortable however not enough for a couple, could’ve been bigger, plus the room felt q lot small with the 2 beds for 4 people.

Ventajas: the front desk staff very accommodating, as we arrived early from the us, she advised us to have breakfast & get settled first & she would do her best. before our meal was done she came to advise us both of our rooms were ready. Now that is service.

Desventajas: I needed an airport shuttle, I assumed it was provided by the hotel? It was not as we boarded shuttle we were told it must be pre paid by apple pay or cash. we did not have currency yet after flying 22 hours. not the best first impression of London to st

Desventajas: The receptionist is a little not very informative and helpful with the booking status. The plumbing in the hotel room is a little noisy and the drainage in the bathtub is slow. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Fuimos andando 20 minutos desde IBIS (señal roja) hasta IBIS Styles (señal verde, la parada es lo primero).

Ventajas: The hotel is great value for money. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and warm. I like it that I can simply walk outside to catch a free bus to the terminals. I also loved that I had a late check out, it made the long journey ahead of me a little less daunting.

Desventajas: Breakfast is really poor , went down around 9.30 and no plates or even food to eat. no kettle in the room (you can’t have a coffee or tea). I know it is not nice to work on New Year’s Day but it may help if we can smile to each other’s.

Ventajas: It is a budget hotel. You get a large comfortable bed and a bathroom with plenty of hot running water. There are no cupboards or drawers, so it could be a bit inconvenient for a long stay. For an overnight stay it is just fine. It is clean, breakfast is excellent, and it is less than 10 minutes to the airport on the free local bus. Best of all are the staff, who are efficient, friendly and very helpful. This is now where I stay without a second thought when I need to stay overnight for Heathrow.

Desventajas: I really like to find a free toothbrush in the bathroom. There isn't one, so you need to bring your own.

Ventajas: Perfecto ; todo estuvo fenomenal ; para llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto T2 salida de andén 18-19 en la estación de autobuses ( 111-222) son gratuitos y solo 3 paradas ida y vuelta. Las instalaciones son perfectas en relación calidad precio , se cena bastante bien y las habitaciones están muy muy bien .

Desventajas: Por reseñar algo , la actitud de la recepcionista rubia de la noche , bastante borde y desinteresada , el personal del restaurante de 10 , perfecto todo lo demás

Ventajas: En primer lugar, no pude reservar la habitación a través del hotel. Me obligaron a reservar con terceros en línea. Mi cuarto de baño se había inundado cuando me había tomado una ducha, debido al umbral de la ducha. Había mejorado mi habitación simplemente buscando una cama de matrimonio tamaño king. La única habitación disponible era una dulce que me costó 275,00 libras. Sólo me compensaron 50 libras por un baño empapado y mojado que tuve que arreglar con todas las toallas en la habitación.

Ventajas: Perfect hotel for what we needed, good size, clean and comfortable room. Very close and easy to get to the airport. We used the swimming pool and sauna which was also nice.

Ventajas: Huge hotel and car park. Water machines, coffee machines and vending machines throughout. Very comfy bed. Multi lifts so dont have to walk 100miles to leave.
