The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Ventajas: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Desventajas: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."
Ventajas: "Quick to board, smooth take off and landing"
Desventajas: "On night flights woken up to serve drinks and given flying details from the pilot. Great in the day but would rather be left and not disturbed at night!"
Ventajas: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Desventajas: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Desventajas: "I asked upon check in 2 times about my backpack, the representative said its ok 100% to take it on board. At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Desventajas: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. We then tried to use the faster entry on non priority to get into the lounge and were sent back to the priority queue. families with kids weren't given the option of getting on first. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of space for bags."

Desventajas: "The staff are snappy with the passengers - she tried to take my coffee away from me - this was my 4th flight in 36 hours so I needed to finish it so took it back quickly !!"

Desventajas: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"

Ventajas: "Hubo una persona discapacitada a la se necesitaba ayuda. Y le dijeron prioridad para sentarse primero en su silla del avión. Entonces las azafatas inmediatamente dejaron pasar los pasajeros creando así un bloqueo en medio del avión que tomó mucho tiempo."
Desventajas: "La comida estuvo bien. El servicio a la silla fue rapido.. Aunque los precios no son los mas económicos"

Desventajas: "Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight."
Ventajas: "In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant."
Desventajas: "Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!"
Desventajas: "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."

Desventajas: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"
Desventajas: "Delay was make rest of trip worse cos my other communication away without me. And I have to find alternative way"
Ventajas: "What did I like: Price, punctuality"
Desventajas: "What didn't I like: Comfort (3h1/2 on these seats is inacceptable), embarcation through "bridge" in Madrid, outside stairway in the rain!"
Ventajas: "Loved the speed and efficiency of everything; we arrived from Dublin to Gatwick 25 minutes early. Plenty of opportunity for inflight purchases for such a small flight which was great!"
Desventajas: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

I would give them a worse rating if I could"

Desventajas: "6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."
