Ventajas: It was ahead of schedule

Desventajas: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Desventajas: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Ventajas: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Desventajas: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Desventajas: Boarding in Eindhoven is outside the terminal building

Ventajas: The flight was on time and direct.

Desventajas: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Ventajas: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Desventajas: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Ventajas: No issues - everything went smoothly

Desventajas: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Ventajas: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Desventajas: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Desventajas: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Ventajas: On time, clean on the plane.

Desventajas: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly

Desventajas: For budget airline they did pretty good

Desventajas: Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Ventajas: Nothing is even good

Ventajas: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Desventajas: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Ventajas: Nada

Ventajas: The crew was really nice with the passengers

Desventajas: They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither.

Desventajas: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Ventajas: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Desventajas: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Desventajas: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Desventajas: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Ventajas: Vueling is a high quality airline. Much better than Ryanair

Desventajas: The club sandwich was rather disgusting

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Desventajas: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Desventajas: No hubo facilidad para hacer el checki g en linea. Lo que motivo a que perdiera el vielo. La culpa no es de Uds. Es de la linea aerea que aunque tiene pagina de internet esta no ayuda a hacer el checking.

Desventajas: If they could be on-time. This one was half hour late

Ventajas: The flight crews were polite. The short flight journey included a simple light lunch with drink.

Desventajas: The flight departure time was delayed for one hour.

Ventajas: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.

We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.

Ventajas: Left on time. Served food and drinks. Friendly staff.

Desventajas: Served food and drinks. Orange "juice" tasted awlful. Bland sandwich. Seats did not recline.

Desventajas: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Ventajas: Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Desventajas: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..
