Desventajas: I would have expected in business class not to have to literally climb over other passengers to get out of my seat. The diagram I had looked at before picking a seat made it look like that would not be a problem but when others are laying flat there is no other choice but to climb over hoping not to fall over them or wake them up
Ventajas: Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min.
Desventajas: Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok.
Ventajas: That we got home safe
Desventajas: It wasnt a BA plane! Food, staff and entertainment all not really up to scratch

Desventajas: Bathrooms not updated and comparable to some other airlines. Crew can be a bit more interactive and friendly.

Desventajas: The crew can be a little more personable. They were very professional and courteous. Didn’t go out of their way to serve.

Desventajas: Entertainment system below average. Disembarkment was poorly handled and resulted in big delays.

Desventajas: old, worn out plane, outdated. Very tight connection in LHR, I made it but my luggage didn't.
Desventajas: No luggage and you had 4 hours! And 20 min late. Not good
Ventajas: Premium class is good value on the A380 but not quite to par on the older 777s

Desventajas: BA business cabin "suite" concept makes the whole thing feel cramped and narrow, not to mention very inconvenient to move through with luggage (or at all). A serious miss from the BA interior designer.
Desventajas: I paid $68 to pick up seats on airplane, but they didn't give us the right seat numbers that we wanted

Ventajas: The BA crew couldn’t be more excellent! They were friendly and courteous from the moment we stepped onboard the plane and maintained a professionalism all throughout the flight. Kudos once again to British Airways for the consistent service you provide over the years!

Ventajas: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!
Desventajas: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Desventajas: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Desventajas: Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers.
Ventajas: Boarding was poor. Stood on bus for almost 30 minutes followed by long bus ride to plane. No apology. Crew service average at best.

Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure.
Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.
Ventajas: Flight was not full, so despite a sub-par Business Class product the flight was very pleasant with empty seats all around
Desventajas: On line check-in/seat selection was a disaster

Desventajas: Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!
