Desventajas: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Ventajas: Polite crew.. 2 meals.. very smooth overall

Desventajas: Not enough leg room.. had to physically climb over neighbor to get to the aisle

Ventajas: The Iberia plane had a new interior, and possibly was a new plane. The new thinner padding on plane seats was not a problem at all. The crew was friendly and let me switch to a different seat that had an empty one beside it so I could stretch out more. A great flight.

Desventajas: I liked everything. They exceeded my expectations.

Ventajas: One lady was so mean when I asked her a question .

Desventajas: Be more smiling and helping customers when needed

Desventajas: There was 0 legroom. My legs (and I'm 5'10") were literally bulging into the seat in front of me the entire time. I looked around and saw many other people with similar issues holding their legs sideways, etc. Ughh

Desventajas: Our seats was almost the last seat of all our flights, even we checked in very early.

Desventajas: JFK-Madrid flight got delayed by 3 hours which would cause me to miss my connection for Madrid-Split (~2 hour layover), I asked the Iberia representatives at JFK about changing the flight and they reassured me that “the connecting flight would hold for us” and “no need to change our flight”. To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again.

Ventajas: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Desventajas: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Ventajas: The service and food were good.

Desventajas: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Desventajas: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Ventajas: Crew was great. Peppy and kind.

Desventajas: ORD ZRH seats extremely crowded. Wished for comfy Star Alliance seats for that flight which we did enjoy from ZRH BUD

Desventajas: At least give a glass of water.

Ventajas: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Ventajas: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Desventajas: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Desventajas: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Ventajas: In my opinion this to me was the best customer service experience ever on an aircraft. Crew was polite and attentive. Offered food and drinks which most airlines don't do anymore. A+!!

Desventajas: Leg room was a bit tight for a 6hr flight

Desventajas: After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.

Ventajas: The crew was helpful, well spirited, and timely.

Desventajas: The inflight TV monitors didn't work.

Ventajas: I was upgraded to business class which was very spacious and comfortable. The chair fully reclined and I was given a pillow and duvet. Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets.

Desventajas: The food was just okay (only one option) and I had to ring the attendant to ask for water. There was no beverage service on a 7 hour flight and that seemed odd to me.

Ventajas: Everything for themost part was good.

Desventajas: I know coach is cheaper but they should be more comfortable.

Desventajas: Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together.

Ventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable and had plenty of leg space in Economy.

Desventajas: Maybe update the app to make it easier to add things to your trip (i.e. bags, premium, food, etc)

Ventajas: Love the new planes and the entertainment selection was great!

Desventajas: Travelled with my father. He was in premium, and both sections ran out of snacks within first hour or two of flight. Food going to Europe was great on Norwegian. Food from Spain was TERRIBLE. Dry—stale bread. I got a vegan meal, and it was a joke and waste of money; will be submitting a claim. It was a trough of white rice with steamed carrots . . . um, do you think this is what vegans eat? The food was more fitting to a hospital patient with severe diarrhea in need of a special dry food and rice diet. Not for $30 dollars. My father was in premium and they had 0 snacks. He was so starving he his only option was a chocolate bar, because his words, he would rather not break his teeth on the bread.

Desventajas: I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us.

Ventajas: Both crews from JFK to HEL and HEL to JFK were great. Very attentive and accommodating.

Desventajas: N/A

Ventajas: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Ventajas: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Desventajas: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Desventajas: Flight was significantly delayed. During this time, there was no air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the plane. Crew provided no guidance on connections at any point during flight.

Desventajas: Apart from the small, uncomfortable seats, the food was very gross, inedible if you're not starving, and I've been fortunate to travel a lot and I've never ever been on a flight that announces towards the end of travel to reread emergency cards, and that if evacuation is needed, to not grab your stuff (wtf?!). incredibly not comforting considering the plane was super shakey during the flight.

Ventajas: On time to madrid... late to Alicante

Desventajas: Personal video screen froze and didnt work...chicken meal was too salty. Britisk airways cancelled our return transatlantic flight LGW to JFK and the Iberia (one world) representative Alicante airport could not help us getting on another flight we now are landing in LGW and have to transfer to LHR at iour own expense and are getting to J FK almost 4 hour later than scheduled...spenrt over 40 minutes on phone with British airways at international cell phone rates which also cost us a fortune

Desventajas: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Desventajas: This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices

Desventajas: Poor customer service, outdated plane, uncomfortable seats, didn’t turn lights down until well after midnight. Hardly slept due to screaming babies and loud toilet flushes. Cold stewardesses and inedible food. Just an awful experience.
