Ventajas: Staff was very friendly. Pickup was easy.
Desventajas: Drop off was confusing and there were not employees in parking area to give keys over to. Cost quoted on Kayak was inaccurate compared to cost of rental.

Ventajas: Friendly staff and very helpful. My family was late for their flight and they provided a driver to take them to another terminal. Thank you!

Desventajas: They don't automatically send the invoice for the final charge. Very long wait time on the phone (>15 min) to request it.

Ventajas: Lara at the counter was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, reimbursed us for breakfast while we waited for our car to be transferred from another terminal, and respected our decisions with respect to the contract. I've never experienced such great customer service from a rental car agent!

Buen precio y coche adecuado
Ventajas: Necesité para las vacaciones un 7 plazas, a mis hijos les gustó tanto la experiencia que querían comprar un coche igual. El coche era a estrenar u bien equipado, a pesar de ser automático me acostumbré rápido. Mi esposa estaba preocupada por si el automóvil era demasiado viejo o no tenía aire acondicionado.
Desventajas: Al liquidar el servicio me cobraron el llenado del depósito de combustible a pesar de que lo recibí en la reserva. Corrigieron el error cuando telefoneé. El precio que facilitan es sin iva.

Ventajas: El coche es nuevo y estaba limpio.
Desventajas: Parece que debían haberle hecho el mantenimiento. Precio excesivo si quieres prorrogar un día más el alquiler.
