Ventajas: Buenas opciones de entretenimiento, un montón de buenas películas para elegir. El vuelo llegó a tiempo, llegamos antes de la hora prevista.

Ventajas: Quick boarding, arrived 30 min early, fast exit and quick bag retrieval

Ventajas: The flight was super relaxed and comfortable. We really loved the Magnum ice cream at the end of the flight.

Desventajas: Worst transatlantic flight I've ever taken. 3 hour delay boarding (I understand this happens sometimes). Then, so unbelievably cramped, hot, and uncomfortable. The flight attendants had to know that the plane was not very comfortable but they did very little to make it passable. Entertainment very poor. Hard to see tv, earbuds barely worked. Will pay more if necessary to choose a different airline/plane next trip.

Ventajas: Overall.. It was Ok exept for the boarding experience described bellow.

Desventajas: I bought the tickets through a third party website. Therefore, our seats were not assigned until the last minute, and once they were assigned, they were published in a screen with our initials. This practice was discriminatory and violateed our rights for privacy, We even felt that it could put our security in risk. I believe that one thing is not to allow clients to choose seats in advace because they bought the ticket through a third party website, and another thing is to discriminate an treat those clients as "second class" people. When I asked the person in the counter for the reasons behind this practice, she could only say it was Delta's policy to do it that way. In that sense I was very surprised with the practice because i bought an Airfrance ticket (not a Delta one) and I had travelled before in both airlines (Airfrance and Delta) and I had never experienced a situation like the one described. I strongly believe that Delta needs to review this practice.

Desventajas: Seats were cramped, very uncomfortable.

Desventajas: The flight from. JFK to Barcelona was delayed as well. Their computers were down in Atlanta. So everyone had to have their name hand typed into a computer when boarding. Then the pilot said that our bags are usually weighed and computerized for even distribution on the plane. That system was also down, so we sat on the runway waiting for that problem to be fixed. When we arrived at Barcelona, I unpacked and discovered a jacket and pants in my luggage were wet. The only place that could have happened was at JfK during their rain storm and the luggage weight issue.

Desventajas: The inoperative TV screens should be repaired.

Ventajas: The crew.

Ventajas: The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did.

Desventajas: The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent.

Ventajas: I arrived safely at my destination. The crew was sympathetic to the plane's deficiencies.

Desventajas: The reading lights didn't work. The movie had no sound. The charging station was outdated. The food was terrible

Ventajas: Aseo limpio, tripulacion muy amable

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable, food was surprisingly good.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: A350, very comfortable and quiet. Good crew and pleasant flight

Desventajas: cabin temperature was a bit too high through the night.

Desventajas: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Desventajas: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Ventajas: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Ventajas: Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care.

Desventajas: Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead.

Desventajas: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Desventajas: No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible.

Desventajas: No where in the booking was it made clear that this was a self transfer flight. Causing many headaches and hassles getting off the plane and having to recheck in all baggage and printing new boarding passes. After dealing with it I was searching for flights and checking to see if it was self transfer and even knowing it’s a thing it is difficult to see if a flight is or not.

Ventajas: Seat comfort , modern plane

Desventajas: The boarding process was ridiculously disorganized . People were not boarding according to their group numbers and there were many unnecessary delays / hold ups . My baggage was lost for over 4 days (it still hasn’t arrived on October 24. I landed on October 20). With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay.While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future

Ventajas: The crew was lovely. But for an almost 13 hour flight...there was little effort to hydrate your passengers. Free bottled water would have been nice.

Desventajas: Seats were not great. Film selection was laughable. Poor selection for a 13 hour flight. We were delayed. Boarding was disorganized.

Desventajas: Travelled with my father. He was in premium, and both sections ran out of snacks within first hour or two of flight. Food going to Europe was great on Norwegian. Food from Spain was TERRIBLE. Dry—stale bread. I got a vegan meal, and it was a joke and waste of money; will be submitting a claim. It was a trough of white rice with steamed carrots . . . um, do you think this is what vegans eat? The food was more fitting to a hospital patient with severe diarrhea in need of a special dry food and rice diet. Not for $30 dollars. My father was in premium and they had 0 snacks. He was so starving he his only option was a chocolate bar, because his words, he would rather not break his teeth on the bread.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Desventajas: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Desventajas: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Desventajas: Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates.
