Ventajas: Friendly crew

Desventajas: delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!

Ventajas: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Desventajas: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Ventajas: Crew was very nice

Desventajas: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Ventajas: The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first.

Desventajas: Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk.

Ventajas: Friendly staff

Desventajas: Fly on time

Desventajas: The ear plugs connection to the screen was not working 100%. Overall good flight, better than any of the American carriers,

Ventajas: The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Desventajas: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Desventajas: crew could have been more professional, the signs for boarding were confusing

Ventajas: Lovely staff, new plane, great entertainment options

Ventajas: Friendly crew. Departure and arrival earlier than expected. Smooth travel from begining to end.

Desventajas: No food and no entertainment during the flight (which makes it similar to low cost flights).

Desventajas: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Desventajas: Plane was late, food terrible, wifi broken.

Ventajas: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.

Ventajas: Crew member was grumpy, not friendly and did not give eye contact

Desventajas: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.

Ventajas: Tripulacion muy amable

Desventajas: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Ventajas: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Desventajas: Movie options.

Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Desventajas: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Ventajas: Usual faultless KLM experience

Desventajas: Plane dirty toilets disgusting, much to warm in cabin, very tight seats and Turkish doesn’t enforce their carryon luggage regulations do boarding takes ages

Desventajas: Just to improve on the services and hospitality but there are really good

Ventajas: Baggage policy and amenities on board as well as the Istanbul airport as a connector.

Ventajas: Swiss is my new favorite airline.

Desventajas: Nothing bad to report. Book Swiss!

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ventajas: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Desventajas: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.

Desventajas: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Ventajas: Departed and arrived on time
