Desventajas: The crew services are excellent

Desventajas: I’m just thankful the Castlegar flight went.

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Ventajas: Crew member was grumpy, not friendly and did not give eye contact

Desventajas: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.

Ventajas: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Ventajas: La tripulación muy gentil

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: All good up to the level

Desventajas: 1.No punishment for smiling... 2.Giving us the bread (with clippers) is great but that is not enough if we (the passengers) didn’t wash our hands. 3.Operating the seats (2 buttons) May Not be as easy as you might think.

Desventajas: Boarding process should be further protective of priority and business class passengers-boarding experience was somewhat chaotic with economy passengers blocking way for priority boarders

Desventajas: Probably it would be nice to have a bit bigger screen with general information about the flight and local time

Desventajas: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Desventajas: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.

Desventajas: Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude.

Desventajas: I have no complain it was good for the most part for, more food lol

Ventajas: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Desventajas: Crew left something to be desired. Didnt check on anyone or "make the rounds", I had to get up and seek them out. Went almost 12 hours between meals and seemed annoyed when I asked for food

Ventajas: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful
