I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to.

Though our flight got delayed, we arrived almost on time.

Because the flight was delayed, boarding seemed a bit chaotic. Everybody tried to board at the same time. The seat had technical issues - it would either recline or be upright. The crew had to spend quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to return from a flat bed to the upright position. Entertainment was re-booted 3-4 times during the flight to get it to work consistently.

Staff and flight was really great. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. The plane was clean.

The seating was almost unbearable. So small and cramped. Arm rest didn’t go all the way up so very hard to cuddle with my seat mate (my daughter). I couldn’t even put my arms by my side without pushing my seat neighbors off. Seat in front of me was in my lap. Hard to get out of seat to use restroom. Way to tight. Long flight from Boston to Zurich was so hard to bear. I understand making money...but this is ridiculous!!

They magically appeared with water when I got thirsty and were all great. Veg entree from Hiltl good but a little surprising. Baked apple slices on top of mac & cheese? Sure, why not.? And 2 chocolate bars this flight!

Again could not check in online., or at self-serve kiosk at airport. General complaint to all airlines: You can do better with boarding efficiency.

Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off.

One positive point. The boarding went well. The flight took off before schedule and arrived ahead of schedule.

Cramped seating. Flight attendants hardly seen (they are busy trying to sell stuff). Not a glass of water, if you get thirsty it's 3 euros for a small bottle. You get what you pay for...

The seats were spacious. I loved the options for viewing, klistening, etc on the tablets attached to the seat in front of me. Great service from the flight attendants. Lots of food service & drinks. Thankful for sitting close to first class.

I would have preferred an aisle seat. Difficult to get out of the rows without everyone having to get up.

Who assigns the seats? A monkey? Half my party was seated away from me (including my 5 year old daughter); we were put in an exit row and then moved. Everyone around us was sitting apart from their traveling companions so that we talked over each other. The whole thing was absurd.

I give high marks to Vueling in all regards, except one. See below. Otherwise, they were efficient, courteous, and it was a very positive experience.

When we arrived at our seats 29E and 29F the seats were taken. The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!

I never write negative reviews simply because I believe if you dont have anything good to say then say nothing. However the experience we had flying with Vueling had caused us so much unnecessary stress & made me (very patient by nature) so extremely nervous that I got a stomach pain & gastritis excaverbation. Thus out of curtesy for other future flyers I cannot be silent about this. I literally have nothing positive to say about my experience except that we did actually land safely.

To be specific Vueling's check-in associate Lafth (he wouldn't provide his last name even when we requested it for the purposes of this review) was the most unhelpful, rude & unprofessional public service worker! He was doing his job with the attitude as if he was doing us a favor, meanwhile making unappropriate comments related to the country of our destination & the United States. He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!

Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA.

It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!

Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!

Punctuality, calm flight. I have been already too generous with my ratings, above!

To buy a ticket on their site is a mess! Never intuitive, a terrible maze! TAP´s president should be required to buy one ticket each morning... May be the site would improve. Got a ticket with seats “free of charge” on the printed e-ticket, but had to pay for them at checkin. It seems to be a scam... There would be more, but i lost my patience with TAP.

We had comfort seats and I liked that because of the space you have, 2 simple meals and they served water in between the meals I will fly TAP again

Book wheelchair assistance for flight, all went well. At destination Lisbon, no wheelchair no assistance very poor service.
