Desventajas: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Ventajas: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Desventajas: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Ventajas: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Desventajas: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Ventajas: Todo empezó mal: embarque tarde, muy tarde! 40 minutos tarde, siguió peor: 15 minutos más en la calle pasando frío, ruido y peligro en la zona exterior del aeropuerto junto el trafico rodado de todo el aeropuerto. Y peor aún: luego 30 minutos más dentro del avión, más retraso aún. Al final salimos 1:30 tarde o más. Durante el despegue un ruido horrible que me tuvo muy intranquilo un buen rato, otros pasajeros comentaron lo mismo, al final a los 15 minutos se dejó de oír de golpe o me quedé sordo, ya no lo sé. Sigo: durante el vuelo ni agua ni un pequeño snack por el retraso acumulado de 1:30h, (embarque original previsto a las 19:00, eran ya las 20:49, imaginaros el cabreo de la gente) eso si si quieres cenar por qué era bastante tarde con todo el follon ya se encargan de recordártelo solo empezar el vuelo, con sus menús que claro hay que pagar, más tarde pensando que podría al menos dormir un poco, empiezan a ofrecer otras cosas como una espectacular colonia, luego unos rasca y gana, como si fuera un supermercado, muy molesto y poco interesante! Todo esto crea un vuelo ruidoso y nervioso que es todo lo contrario de lo que esperaba. Al final a las 23:45 lleguemos y casi perdemos el último tren de renfe a Barcelona por el retraso de Ryanair! Lo que nos hubiera faltado pagar un taxi como colofón de la noche. Al ir use TAP AIR y fue genial, puntuables, amables, comodo, con comida y bebida incluida en el precio del billete y además rico. A QUIEN LE PUEDA INTERESAR.

Ventajas: i dont like this airline system

Desventajas: check in not easy

Desventajas: They lost my suitcase

Desventajas: Food, all flights—ugh!! Basically bad school lunches.

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable and the crew was great.

Desventajas: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.

Desventajas: Slow service by the flight attendants; poorly stocked food options. perhaps it’s a European thing with budget airlines but to pay for water is unacceptable.

Ventajas: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Desventajas: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Desventajas: Missed my 9 euro flight by mere moments and was forced to pay 100 euros to change my flight just to get back home.

Desventajas: Es cierto que Ryanair no suele tener nunca su embarque a tiempo, pero ayer tuvimos un retraso de prácticamente una hora... que volando a media noche y teniendo que trabajar al día siguiente, la verdad se nota mucho. Hace unos años compensaba "sacrificarse" y tener un servicio mediocre, unas horas de vuelo malas y unos cambios bastante injustificados por el precio tan bajo de la aerolínea, pero hoy en día ya no creo que sea TAN barata en comparación con otras como para tener un servicio tan malo.

Ventajas: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Desventajas: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Ventajas: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Desventajas: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Desventajas: The seats. The gate was one og the last ones

Ventajas: The only thing to like is that it gets you from point A to point B - very low bar.

Desventajas: Not that cheap, and it includes nothing. Ends up becoming expensive with all the extras. At checkin I paid extra for priority boarding and no one ever called the priority boarding at the gate. They started general boarding immediately and there were so many people in line already we basically had to approach the counter on the side to ask, and they looked puzzled, like they didn't even know anyone had paid for priority boarding. Thats when they also realized the counter upstairs made a mistake in not stamping our boarding passes after checking our passports, so we had to go elsewhere to have our passports checked again, so ended up boarding late. We checked in online to avoid the €45 charge but didn't have a printer and they wouldn't accept our mobile boarding passes. So the worst part was they wanted to charge us €15 for printing our boarding passes at the airport. Thankfully a kind airport information employee was willing to print them for us. You also have to pay to get a seat assigned if you are traveling with others. A nightmare of an airline.

Ventajas: Por una vez en mucho tiempo Vueling fue puntual

Desventajas: Más puntualidad

Desventajas: no quedaba nada de bocadillos, deberían intentar o bien tener un stock mayor o bien recargar más a menudo en alguno de los aeropuertos

Desventajas: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Desventajas: Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.

Ventajas: Chico y sin carga de baterias

Desventajas: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Desventajas: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Desventajas: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Desventajas: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

No customer service desk at the airport. Ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to book another flight home.

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Desventajas: They boarded the plane from both the back and the front at the same time with no direction as to which rows should go where. BIG cluster in the middle of the plane!!

Ventajas: We were shuttled to the plane then the plane wasn't ready, so the bus took us back. We just stood on the bus by the gate for a good 20min. Then went back to the plane again. This time it was ready for boarding. I don't understand why they took us if the plane was ready. Once we were there why did we go back to the gate again?? Get it together TAP. My first and only experience and it wasn't a good one.
