The plane was warm which became uncomfortable for the second half of the 9 hour flight. Also they had some issues with double booked seats and having to move people around which delayed takeoff. The staff did a good job of making the best of a bad situation thoug.
Didn't take the flight. Wasn't allowed to cancel.

The planes are nice and new. Prices are very cheap. If you book economy and then upgrade to "extra room" seats and buy a meal seats you're basically flying in what they call businiess class for a lot less.
There was a huge snowstorm in Boston. A lot of people did not make it to the airport before the check-in desk closed. The airplane itself was grounded because of the snow for two hours. So a lot of people were in the main waiting area, while their plane was at the gate, but WOW did not care at all. They would not bring any gate agents out to check people in even though the plane was on the ground waiting. Many of us tried calling their support line - no answer. After a very long wait you get to what sounds like an India or Pakistan call center. The people there don't have any information, and the only things they can do are whatever you can do on the website. WOW has no real phone agents. I saw their gate agents later walking around and asked them to check us in - they shrugged. Would not check us in, despite the plane being on the ground. They could care less. Other airlines were shocked at how we were treated. Iceland Air was amazing. They saw our predicament and brought one of their managers out to their check-in gate to sell us last minute tickets on Iceland Air. A bunch of WOW customers ended up getting tickets on Iceland Air, and we actually ended up flying out of Boston before the delayed WOW air flight. If you get on the WOW flight - service is good. But you're taking a risk. Ground staff really does not care at all and will pretend they don't know you.
I got a seat with more leg room and it was much more comfortable

Nice newish planes. Competent but basic service in the air. Nice air crew.
Ground agents are bad. Don't care about you. Won't answer questions. Don't care what happens to you. Don't care if you make your flight, or if your connection is delayed. There is no phone support. If you have a problem - you're on your own. Online checkin is broken. Does not work at all.
Nice opera music available while trying to figure out the antiquated entertainment system.
Seating was the most cramped I have ever experienced. Service was relatively efficient and competent but not especially friendly. Really old entertainment system not easy to figure out. Lack of individual air control.
Lack of information about the flight conditions; height and timing updates. Absence of screens, lack of technology. Not clear English announcements. Ignorance and arrogant attitude of hostess, I can tell because I'm veiled muslim. Change of gate with no notification or announcement. Not comfortable flight.

I like that even though the flight was delayed they managed to board all passengers and get things going quickly for departure.
Upon arriving to Rome, the time taken to land, actually getting off the plane and into the airport takes a very long time. Not much time to get to your connecting flight. Make sure you have at least 1.5 or 2 hr minimum layover time when booking connecting flights from Rome.
Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options.
1.5 hour flight, on time and all that one should expect from a good airline.

Wow, I am not a heavy woman, I wear a size large but I am not in the least obese, just tall and not skinny. The seat width was ridiculously tight! I have NEVER experienced such discomfort in a Emergency Row seat!
Very friendly and accommodating
Very comfortable with enough of leg room. Huge choice of movies. 8 hours flight just passed fast with 4 movies I have watched.
Pasta with beef can be better.
We were able to upgrade to a business class seat (row 1) just 2 days before the flight since we had put in a bid a month before to do so if it was accepted. Honestly, the seat DID NOT EVEN RECLINE, NOR DID IT FEEL VERY SPACIOUS! I felt very taken advantage of to only have access to that part of the plane giving us more leg room for $200 upgrade for each seat. When does a Business Class seat NOT recline??? At least my flight attendant was kind enough suggesting that I let the airline know about my unhappy experience.

-my monitor/screen did not work (many others too) until they rebooted the whole system after at least 45 minutes into the flight -no food, no snack, no drink
I missed this flight because my connecting flight was delayed. When I reached this airport the gates were closed and they would not assist me. I had to go through kiwi which was VERY difficult in a foreign country. Kiwi did not reply quickly or helpfully to any request for assistance through the app.
Flight attendant on the Madrid to JFK flight in the Premium cabin was outstanding. Quick service and just the tight amount of interaction. Food was surprisingly good too. Ordering galley items from the video console works great.
Boarding process in Madrid in like a cattle drive. Probably not the airlines fault but was unpleasant. Premium class seats could use a bit mor padding and the footrests are useful for only very short people.
The screen to watch movies and TV on every seat is the best
