it was a poor food choice again.
The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

Hello, when I bought the ticket I took special care that it includes luggage fees, both hand and in plane suitcase. But when I arrived departure desk in TLV they charged me both laggage fee and also boarding pass fee on the amount of almost 90$!! This is a disgrace. Please refaid this. On top it was not mentioned anywhere that this flight is not included food.

I feel like no one has responded to any of my complaints. We were re routed twice and left with no where to sleep, missing work, and paying a bunch of extra for cars to and from airport. My friend was refunded and I have yet to receive one response even though we flew and bought our tickets together.
1.5 hour flight, on time and all that one should expect from a good airline.

Wow, I am not a heavy woman, I wear a size large but I am not in the least obese, just tall and not skinny. The seat width was ridiculously tight! I have NEVER experienced such discomfort in a Emergency Row seat!
The crew & service on our Denver to Munich flight were incredible. Courteous, professional & fun. A crew like this makes flying a pleasure.
The seats in economy on the A-350 were a horror show. Couldn't have made them more uncomfortable if they tried. It seems with each new model Airbus puts out the seats regress to more medieval technology.

The furniture and general interior of the plane was too old and used. Lots of things that don’t work or are loose. The in-flight entertainment had too many useless interruptions for announcements.
When checking in, was offered seat at the emergency exit, without asking. Boarding was quick and service on plane excellent.

Seats comfortable on an older A321, but they are the bucket style seats so you’re naturally a little more reclined. Good crew, very friendly.

Seating was the most cramped I have ever experienced. Service was relatively efficient and competent but not especially friendly. Really old entertainment system not easy to figure out. Lack of individual air control.

Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd.
I like that even though the flight was delayed they managed to board all passengers and get things going quickly for departure.
Upon arriving to Rome, the time taken to land, actually getting off the plane and into the airport takes a very long time. Not much time to get to your connecting flight. Make sure you have at least 1.5 or 2 hr minimum layover time when booking connecting flights from Rome.
I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over

Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight.
The business class service is second to none. Very courteous staff, superb on demand menu with ausome selections.
Cleanliness of cabin. Aminity kit is outrageous.

It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best.
serving alcohol to passengers more than once is disturbing the passengers on the side
I am so grateful to have been provided delicious and filling vegan meals on this long flight. Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint.
Everything was great! Crew incredible. They acknowledged my wife’s birthday and made her feel special. Food was ultra salubrious. Loved the big screen monitor.

The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control.

Not much - perhaps that we had booked the last row and only had two seats together
The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him.
The food is not standard airline food and deliciously reflects the Middle East.

I didnt like that Kayak.com said I had a return seat picked out. THEN went online to see I had no return seat even though one printed on e ticket. Had to call Hainan directly to fix it. Also didnt like that since I bought through Kayak.com I couldn't do 24 hour prior flight online check in. Only allowed to check in at the airport 3 hours prior to flight.

The crew, with a single exception of a male attendant, was unhelpful and even apparently unhappy with being in the flight. The plane did not have soap in the toilets. The entertainment equipment did not work properly.

The crew should be commended for doing such a great job despite the unruly behavior of some of the passengers. The Legroom on the airline is much larger than most of the airlines I have traveled. The meals served are mostly geared towards the Indian cuisine and it’s pretty good and sumptuous. You are provided with three meals on the EWR-BOM leg viz. lunch, dinner and breakfast.
The boarding at Newark was chaotic but the blame lies on passengers who were not heeding to the repeated announcement from the ground staff. The entertainment system on the flight was very spotty with some terminals being unresponsive to touch. The passenger announcement are very minimal.
