Ventajas: Got us from a to b.
Desventajas: No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay.

Desventajas: Viajaba con preferencia, acompañada de dos menores de 8 y 10 años, cuyo billete no era preferente, y me desplazaron a la fila de los no preferentes si quería ir con ellos. Embarque con niños, muy mejorable. Espacio entre los asientos muy escaso

Ventajas: The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back.
Desventajas: Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time.

Desventajas: Somehow my bag didn’t make the allowance, and I had to pay $40, everyone else had equal baggage and were allowed to use them as carry on except me! NEVER FLYING WITH VUELING AGAIN!!!!!!

Desventajas: The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Desventajas: Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money.

Ventajas: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Desventajas: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.

Ventajas: Boarding was very fast compared to most other flights. Crew was friendly. Flight was smooth and on time.
Desventajas: Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good.

Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option.

Desventajas: Ok but i accidentally started queuing in the priority queue and was told that i needed to be in the other queue, even though i was there very early on. I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine

Desventajas: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Desventajas: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Ventajas: The actual flight was quite alright. Staff were efficient and courteous, seat were comfy, although they didn't lean back.
Desventajas: Boarding was a disaster. We arrived quite early but no-one was available to check us in, so we had to wait an hour. When we got into the boarding area, there was a restaurant that only had sweets (it was 7 p.m.). This wasn't the airline's fault of course, but it added to the frustration. Then signage at the gates was unclear so that we weren't sure if we were in the right line up. We had to squeeze past around 150 people who were boarding a different flight (to Porto) and then were informed that we had priority boarding and didn't have to wait. We still had to wait anyway, around 40 minutes. All very confusing and frustrating. But it was cheap, so that excuses everything, right? Not.

Ventajas: Fast boarding, nice crew
Desventajas: The flight should’ve taken 1.25 hours. Ended up arriving in Berlin 3 hours later. Seats are very crammed

Desventajas: Flight was delayed for more than 4 hours with no prior warning and staff would not explain why. Even tried to charge me 60€ each for not booking in 2 hours early when they knew the flight was delayed. By far the worst flight I have ever taken.

Desventajas: Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card
Ventajas: Website confusing. Check in is not checking in! No help at airport otherr then go to terminal T1. Website at airport did not work!? Flight was 2 hour late to destination.by

Desventajas: There was one airport staff checking everyone in for the flight, so the wait was longer than one would like. Checking in one piece of luggage was $45 USD. Seats do not recline.
Ventajas: The flight was quick. It was economical
Desventajas: We were delayed 90 min. before takeoff. You have to take a shuttle bus to the plane,and walk up the stairs to get on the plane. So the shuttle goes back and forth three times until everyone is on board.
