Ventajas: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Desventajas: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Desventajas: Easy checkin, friendly staff, nice quick flight

Ventajas: Sleeping and being left alone

Desventajas: Food, Service by cabin crew because they never smiled

Desventajas: Slightly more comfortable seats would have been helpful.

Ventajas: Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants.

Desventajas: After flying cheapi airlines, norhing. It was a great experience.

Desventajas: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Desventajas: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.

Ventajas: Priority boarding was a plus for it allowed for me to travel with carry on only

Desventajas: Nothing. It was perfect for the service provided

Ventajas: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Desventajas: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Ventajas: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Desventajas: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Desventajas: My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!

Desventajas: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Ventajas: The food was great and the screw were nice and young .

Desventajas: The boarding process and charging 95 dollars for an extra bag is crazy.

Desventajas: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Ventajas: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Desventajas: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Desventajas: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Desventajas: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Desventajas: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.
