Ventajas: Todo el personal es muy atento, la habitación doble perfecta. Lo mejor el desayuno, preparan cada día una degustación diferente. Recomiendo esta este alojamiento al 100%.

Desventajas: Nada que comentar.

Ventajas: The breakfast is just fantastic! The people are also super helpful and nice, best place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación y sin problema para encontrar parking. El personal muy atento en todo momento, no se puede pedir más.

Ventajas: Excellent breakfast buffet in a wonderful garden. The reception part was very good and the staff uniform is very cute too.

Desventajas: Well as anywhere we like a little impartiality or transparency on the part of those who receive us, but I found too much on. The part of some of the staff, shattering the plan of my holiday week, because during the day is almost impossible to relax!?! On the other hand I will come back, because the place is so friendly. I truly believe it is a great destination when we want to escape the bustle of the big city:)

Ventajas: The food was wonderful and it is in a great location. Everyone was super friendly and the staff was helpful. The facility was well kept and the backyard is beautiful. Our only regret is not finding time to do the excursions. We would recommend Out of the Blue to anyone.

Desventajas: Habitación muy pequeña. Baño completo pero con puerta de vidrio en un lateral lo que da poca privacidad. El desayuno de hace en el jardín bajo un techo de paja sin paredes, poco protegido para lluvia o frío. Desayuno muy básico, con algunas frutas.

Ventajas: El sitio es excelente, ha superado nuestras expectativas. Los desayunos son lo mejor del hostel, cada día te ponen una tostada especial junto a unos increíbles pancakes, además de esto, puedes tomar tostadas con mermelada o paté de la zona así como yogur, café y té. Todas las noches hay cenas temáticas donde puedes disfrutar de una bonita velada conociendo gente y compartiendo experiencias. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Adrián y Ángela por hacer nuestra estancia aún más acogedora. Si volvieramos a Sao Miguel repetiriamos alojamiento.

Ventajas: De los mejores hostel en el que te puedes alojar. El hotel está cerca de la salida a la autopista (si tienes un coche alquilado y vas a visitar la isla es una zona perfecta) y a 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Está perfectamente amueblado y muy bonito, las zonas comunes son: una sala, comedor (dónde dan los desayunos, muy ricos, mucha cantidad y variedad, según se va acabando van rellenando) una cafetería pequeñita, terraza y salón cocina ( en el cual hay una nevera y vajilla para cocinar lo que tú quieras) Hay dos baños que son compartidos los cuales SIEMPRE están limpios, como toda la casa. Los chicos que regentan la casa son super amables y te van a explicar los mejores rincones de la isla y organizarte las rutas según el tiempo que haya. Cabe mencionar a Felipo que es el mejor y pierde el tiempo que haga falta para que estés cómodo y que no te pierdas nada de la isla. Las habitaciones las limpian cada día y cada dos días te cambian las toallas. Todo muy limpio y súper cómodo tanto los colchones como los cojines. Si estás buscando un sitio para alojarte no lo busques más y elige este. Recomendado 100%

Ventajas: The staff was amazing! It felt like they are friends rather than staff. The location is really good, the place looks really cool and clean, breakfast was fresh, everything was fantastic. Best hostel I've ever been to! Will definitely come back.

Ventajas: Very nice and funny staff. Croissants and delicous, homemade cake at breakfast. Small, cosy inhouse bar with fair prices and free fruit flavored water. Stylish furnitures and decor in common areas. Clean bathroom including high quality shampoo and soap.

Ventajas: Amazing staff, really nice people with perfect english, very helpful in recommending activities for the day. Everything is super clean, and new, really comfortable beds with your own personal fan and light and small personal basket. Every day they make your bed and clean everything which is amazing, and a really nice lobby, patio and kitchen with a great bar and good beer selection. Ohh and the breakfast was really healthy and great. Location is ok with a nice walk through town to get wherever you need, anything in town is within excellent walking location

Ventajas: Super friendly & caring people that will give you plenty of advice on your travels! The hostel feels like home; they've got delicious breakfast, nice patio to hang out in, the rooms are clean and the en-suite bathroom is a big plus.

Ventajas: Habitación muy limpia, zonas comunes excelentes. Lo mejor de todo, simplemente es el personal que trabaja ahí. Se ocuparon de organizar nuestro viaje de la mejor manera posible. Recomendable sin duda alguna.

Ventajas: Hotel staff were amazing. They were really nice and welcoming and they all speak very good english. Location is good, 10 minute walking to the center.

Desventajas: Take ear plugs with you. Airport is really close so you can hear airplanes landing and rising and you can also hear the noise from the street. Walls are thick so soundproof is not so good from the other rooms either.

Ventajas: La espectacular restauración de un edificio tradicional. Con la temática marinera y decoración muy bonita. El personal amabilísimo e insuperable el detalle que tuvieron por mi cumpleaños!!! Desayuno estupendo.

Desventajas: Todo perfecto, solo recomendaría poner una sauna o baño turco en el área del gym o piscina.

Ventajas: The staff was very professional and made our stay super easy. They even booked a rental car for me which I really appreciated because I was very confused with trying to choose a service. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice that the hotel provided towels for swimming outside of the hotel.

Desventajas: What dislike is the loud music from Friday nights disco held in the hotel. You messed up 2 of the 7 nights I stayed (one after a long flight). It's not normal for a 5 star hotel to can't sleep and keep the music laud (and we were at the last floor). You should have confort in the room not noise.

Ventajas: Modern, clean, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast! And the staff were very helpful & friendly!

Desventajas: The lighting in the bathroom was a little dark for my liking but overall an amazing room.

Ventajas: The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. In particular Samir gave us good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! We greatly appreciated having a full water bottle available in the room, and the turn down service and cookies were a nice treat.

Ventajas: The hotel is a short walk to town centre along the coastal pier. It was an excellent location for driving in and out of city to highway. Service was excellent and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Mimosas were a nice surprise.

Desventajas: There is a lovely pool lounge on the top floor but the pool was too chilly for swimming.

Desventajas: El servicio del desayuno. Muy lento! Solo un día tuve el cafe servido cuando volví del bufet, los días restantes cafe insuficiente, espera de más de 20 minutos, y personal poco atento y desagradable cuando se reitera la falta de cafe La habitacion tiene un lavabo muy oscuro! Si se tiene visión reducida, etc facil golpearse con la puerta.

Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful in giving us suggestions and directions for fun and cultural things to do. Really made our stay that much better!!! We had a room with sea view and was great to sit on balcony and watch boats come and go! Upstairs bar was super fun complete with sun bathing deck and pool.

Ventajas: Pedro es muy acogedor. La casa es preciosa y con una ubicación magnífica. Las habitaciones son amplias. Hay una pequeña cocina/sala de estar donde puedes dejar y cocinar tus cosas, siempre hay algunas cosillas para desayunar. La terraza es súper agradable también.

Ventajas: El dueño Pedro es encantador. Proporciona un montón de información de la isla (excursiones, restaurantes, consejos). La casa es muy bonita y limpia. Pedro cuida todos los detalles. Tiene una terraza preciosa. El desayuno es rico y abundante y lo puedes tomar a la hora que desees. La ubicación es muy buena, es una zona tranquila, fácil de aparcar y se puede ir al centro andando. Desventajas: Tener que marcharme.

Ventajas: No parece hostel. Es como una casa. Muy bonito, limpio. La habitacion compartida de dos camas, con un espacioso armario que se puede cerrar a llave. Baño limpio compartido. Hay wi-fi.

Desventajas: La recepcion cierra a las 5 de la tarde y no se puede hacer el check-in mas tarde.

Ventajas: Todo es excelente en In53, desde la ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación compartida y los espacios comunes hasta la hospitalidad de Pedro, el dueño. Su generosidad sorprende, incluyendo que nos llevó a pasear por la isla (gratis) y nos invitó una cena en uno de los restaurantes más reconocidos de Ponta Delgada. Increíble. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable y atención insuperable.

Ventajas: El alojamiento está bien ubicado y es cómodo para pasar una noche en Ponta Delgada.

Desventajas: Pues el alojamiento en conjunto está bien. Incluso habíamos dormido en la habitación de dos literas días antes y estuvimos fenomenal, pero en la habitación con cama doble la cosa cambia. El colchón se hunde hacia el centro y dormimos fatal, super incómodo. Es muy necesario que lo cambien por uno nuevo.

Ventajas: Pedro, the owner was super kind and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. The price was excellent for the accommodation and service I got.

Desventajas: It was hard to relax sometimes cause from the old doors and floor you could hear every movement of the other guests

Desventajas: It has only 2 bathrooms and one shower. For the lower season it's OK, but if tmits fully booked might be a bit inconvenient.

Ventajas: The staff basically saved our trip to the Azores, after we had some troubles with our airline tickets. Outstanding B and B. Excellent for kids / families.

Ventajas: I can’t say enough good things about Quinta da Abelheira. Margarida made us feel at home and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved her!! The breakfast spread was wonderful, with many delicious options. The location is central to the airport, the center of Ponta Delgada, and is easily accessible to sites like Furnas and Sete Cidades. I would love to come back here again and spend more time exploring the island.

Ventajas: Pool was lovely. Hotel and surroundings very clean. Breakfasts were delicious with a large selection of familiar foods plus tasty local foods. Enjoyed homemade cakes, cookies and breakfast items such as quiche and yogurt.

Desventajas: While it’s great to conserve electricity, the steps up to the room remained dark until I reached the 2nd or 3rd step.

Desventajas: Room I booked said garden view room but it was facing the parking lot. It was quiet and comfortable but did not really represent what was advertised on booking.com.

Ventajas: This will be long. But worth reading if you’re going to Sao Miguel. This hotel is beautiful and charming. The decor is lovely and all details are cared for incredibly well. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet is exceptional - it changes every day, and everything is fresh and delicious. It’s also presented beautifully. All of this was really great. However, the people who work at the hotel made our stay. Margarida is amazing. We assumed she owned the place by how much work and heart she puts into everything. She and Stacy went above and beyond to help us with every request for advice or restaurant bookings or activities. They are very warm and seem to genuinely enjoy helping guests have a good experience while visiting Sao Miguel. They gave very good tips for places to go based on talking with us and understanding our interests (e.g. Stacy recommended a beach that was a real escape, situated below a jungle-like forest and surrounded by beautiful, very dramatic coastline, with very few people). Every member of the staff is very kind and helpful. You feel very welcome and relaxed. They’ve managed to create a unique atmosphere. I should also mention that Margarida and Stacy switched into overdrive when they learned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. We gave no notice and had a few unrealistic would-this-be-possible requests for the day. They went all out to try to make it all happen. They’re clearly well connected on the island and know it well. Margarida knew that I wanted my boyfriend to be able to have chocolate cake that evening at dinner and to avoid any chance of the restaurant selling out of their chocolate desserts, she personally delivered a chocolate cake to the restaurant in the afternoon as a gift to us. Imagine! If you’re going to Sao Miguel, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you Margarida, Stacy, Joao, everyone! -Molly

Ventajas: We arrived at midnight at the airport but there was still waiting someone to welcome us at the hotel (with umbrellas and all since it was raining a lot). Excellent breakfast with fresh homemade products (cakes, juices, eggs, jams...) with a lot of choice in a very nice setting. Helpful and very kind staff.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son muy acojedoras. El desayuno está muy cuidado y variado con dulces caseros y zumos recién exprimidos. El personal es muy amable, incluso nos llevaron en coche hasta el aeropuerto cuando nos marchamos, gratuitamente. También hay un mirador desde el que se puede ver toda Ponta Delgada.

Desventajas: Hay 4 km hasta el centro, pero el desplazamiento en taxi es barato (7€).

Ventajas: Ecological approach. Feeling I'm in a community of really nice people.

Ventajas: The house is wonderful and staff were super nice to us all the time. They even share their own vegetables with the guests, which are super delicious.

Ventajas: The big room what we had with our own private entrance, the well equipped kitchen with fresh spices, vegetables and sometimes eggs. You can pic free these things from their garden. They recycle everything, that is a big plus. The pond on the yard is lovely.

Desventajas: Everything was great but the location next to a highway. It was though easy to get somewhere by car.

Ventajas: La limpieza, el confort, la accesibilidad para moverte por la isla, la filosofia sostenible que tienen, el poder utilizar los productos frescos de su huerto... En general, si volviera a Sao miguel volviera a alojarme aqui.

Desventajas: La piscina es un estanque de ranas! La habitacion huele a humedad y es muy antigua. El desayuno horroroso. No volvería nunca.

Ventajas: El alojamiento es excelente. La casa y jardines muy bonitos y muy limpio. Esta situado a las afueras de la ciudad por lo que la comunicación para salir de ella es excelente aunque para bajar a la ciudad quizás esté retiradillo. Aun así es un alojamiento estupendo para conocer la isla

Ventajas: The stuff was really nice. We arrived at late hours, there was no problem with it and they gave us proper information how to get in our room. We could also harvest vegetables from the garden which was pretty awesome. The location was also nice, maybe 15 minutes walk to the centre of Ponta Delgada. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ventajas: Me quedaría con todo. La piscina natural, el huerto del que puedes coger tus propios alimentos, lo bien que estaba la habitación y la casa en general. Una maravilla.

Ventajas: Casa con historia, y el programa que están desarrollando

Ventajas: El alojamiento tiene más que 400 años. Antes era una ermita. Me gustó mucho el estilo "old fashioned" que tiene pero tenía también muchas cosas nuevas y modernas. Además son eco-friendly y cuidan medio ambiente. Estaba todo muy limpio, el primer día nos atendió Jaime, el señor fue muy amable y servicial, nos ayudó y explicó todo sobre el alojamiento y la zona. El hostal se encuentra unos 20-25 minutos caminando del centro en una zona tranquila. Nosotros reservamos sólo 2 noches pero nos gusto tanto que prolongamos 2 noches más. Las habitaciones son buen equipadas, tranquilas y amplias. Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación 5 y las 2 últimas noches en la 4 aunque la 5 nos gustó más. Lo único que parecía un poco "creepy" y daba temor son las perchas en forma de cruces

Desventajas: Todo perfecto e impecable. Recomiendo a todos este alojamiento.

Desventajas: The views from the ocean view room are AMAZING! The staff was absolutely wonderful! My only negatives were that it was REALLY windy when we were here and the patio door rattled all night so I didn't get much sleep. We also had two cockroaches in our room. One was pretty big and I killed it. There was a little one that came out the first night but not the second. Overall this doesn't detract from the hotel. This is more just an FYI. Overall I would stay again!

Ventajas: Very nice facilities. A huge room (a studio apartment). Everything you need in the kitchen (except no food which you'd obviously have to buy yourself). It was prob a low-price (30eur) only because of off-season, but it would be a good deal even if it was a little more expensive.

Desventajas: The hot-water was not working in the morning, but the staff were profusely apologetic, so I think it was very unusual. It'd be nice to put a little freebies in the kitchen as a welcome? (free coffee, etc) A location is a bit remote, but no problem with a car.

Ventajas: Camas comodas, sabanas y toallas limpias, habitaciones confortables.

Desventajas: Al llegar nos recibieron unas 3 cucarachas, tras subir las maletas a algo en alto, intentamos cenar en el restaurante del alojamiento pues ya era muy tarde, pero estaban cerrados por una auditoria (habian usado productos fuertes para fregar, segun comentaron), volvimos a la habitacion a por las llaves del coche para ir a ponta delgada y nos encontramos un raton en la cocina (nuestra habitacion era justo encima del restaurante). Al bajar a quejarnos a recepcion, habia otra cucaracha junto al ascensor. Es verdad que nos cambiaron de habitacion (solo les sorprendio lo del raton), y estuvimos bien, pero ese comienzo lo estropea todo. Por otro lado, seria de agradecer más menaje en la cocina, por ejemplo unas tijeras, una rasera, un cuchillo de cocina, platos hondos... siempre ayuda.

Ventajas: Really nice place. You get a whole apartment, there is a pool and a tennis court. The staff was very kind. The view was really amazing!! Lovely way to wake up :) would definitely recommend

Desventajas: The room smelled a bit old? We just put the windows open and it was fine. Also the parking is not in front of the door but 1 minute walking (that was fine for us).

Ventajas: La localización en un pueblo bonito y tranquilo, muy bien situado en el centro de la isla. La habitación y las vistas.

Desventajas: El desayuno muy caro para la calidad (absolutamente no recomendable). Habitación llena de moscas constantemente (no sé si se puede hacer algo para evitarlo).

Ventajas: With a gorgeous view, the resort location within nature is perfect if you want to be away from the city stress. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make the stay feel amazing, I checked-in on my birthday and even though I haven't told, when leaving the resort on same day I was happly suprised with some chocolate as a gift from the hotel staff. We found the room always clean and even though we didn't had tablets for the dishwasher, the housekeepers always took care of it. Since we rent a car, which is the best approach in Azores, we were near everything we wanted to visit. You won't regret stay here and most likely will exceed your expectations.

Desventajas: Everything was perfect. Will recommend and be back when coming to São Miguel next time.

Ventajas: The location was beautiful: the ocean view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helped us make arrangements for getting around the city. The breakfast at the resort was excellent.

Ventajas: Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety of options available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A short and scenic walk to restaurants on the beach. Beautifully remodeled building which maintained a lot of the historic character.

Desventajas: A little outside the city center so less options nearby. While parking is plentiful in the area, the street is a bit tight right in front. It probably adds to the charm in the end but takes a little to get bags in and out.

Ventajas: The staff were absolutely fantastic, gave us great recommendations and made lots of bookings for us. We really felt the personal touch. Breakfast was excellent and the one supper we had was delicious. Overall a brilliant stay.

Desventajas: The location is slightly out of town however we enjoyed a waterfront walk into Ponta Delgada and we had a hire car.

Ventajas: Jose and his wife couldn't be lovelier. All of the extra personal touches made the stay extra special. They went the extra mile to accommodate our 6 month old with a crib, bath and high chair.

Ventajas: Hosts, food, attention to detail was wonderful. Garden, deck, advice all made it enjoyable. A nice change from modern similar hotels.

Desventajas: Ventilation could be a bit better, but we had a door to the garden we left open. No worry on safety.

Ventajas: La cena muy buena, en una terracita con encanto con música portuguesa muy bonita, cata de vinos, quizás un poco cara para la cantidad que fue. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación grande, pero también la pagas en el precio. La atención del personal muy buena.

Desventajas: Para mi gusto la cena es cara, aunque estaba buena considero excesivo 35 euros por persona.

Ventajas: The Solar was very comfortable, a short walk to the beach and city center, and quiet. The hosts, Jose and Eduarda, were absolutely fantastic. The dinners that Eduarda prepared were superb, some of the best food I’ve ever had! Jose was very helpful in arranging drivers and tours, and personalizing your experience. Breakfast in the morning was great as well. Our room was large and clean, and beds were comfortable. The small sitting atrium off our room was a nice touch as well. I would absolutely stay here again, and I cannot say enough good things about this property and Jose, Eduarda, and the staff. They even packed us a picnic lunch when we went hiking! They had great local recommendations and helped with making reservations. Excellent all around.

Ventajas: Tanto José como Eduarda son unos anfitriones excepcionales. La cena que tuvimos la suerte de degustar el día de nuestra llegada fue maravillosa junto con el maridaje de vinos de la mano de José. El lugar es idílico y las habitaciones tienen un encanto especial.

Desventajas: Quizás que estuviera un poco más cerca del centro, aunque en taxi son unos cinco minutos.

Ventajas: Our hosts were wonderful, kind, and very accommodating. They went out of their way to help us plan a great time on Saõ Miguel, with travel advice and booking reservations for us. The room was great; the historic building was very special; and the breakfasts were phenomenal (with different treats every day). The best day of our entire trip was the cooking class and dinner hosted here. The class was fun, the food and wine was amazing, and the connection and camaraderie we had with our hosts and the other guests made the trip unforgettable. We're so glad we stayed here!

Ventajas: El "Alcides" es un hotel simple dirigido por gente muy amable y generosa. Está convenientemente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están amuebladas con modestia, pero limpias y cómodas. Los desayunos que se sirven en el restaurante de la planta baja ofrecen muchas opciones (¡incluso DO fresco!) ¿Mencioné el servicio amable, generoso y servicial?

Ventajas: Close to the center. Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice. I've arrived early morning, and the receptionist found me an empty room, thus I did not have to wait with check-in.

Ventajas: Para ser peatón está totalmente céntrico y muy cómodo. Con el coche, es otra cosa muy distinta. El desayuno está bastante bien. El personal, amable.

Desventajas: La calle del hotel es peatonal y estrecha. Problemática para llegar con coche y dejar las maletas. Todos los aparcamientos gratuitos quedan lejos del hotel. Hay ruido por las noches debido a los bares y terrazas de la calle.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good. Had fresh milk.

Desventajas: Sin lugar a dudas no volveríamos a escoger este hotel... relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear... lo unico bueno es la amabilidad por parte del personal de RECEPCIÓN y la comodidad de la situación del hotel. Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con respecto a la comida en el hotel. La primera noche decidimos cenar en el restaurante y pedimos una bandeja de sushi y una ensalada de camarones, en esta ultima al fondo del plato había un GUSANO VIVO! marron y bastante grande... el día de nuestra salida del hotel decidimos poner una hoja de reclamaciones por este motivo se refiere a nosotros el director del hotel tratando de que no lo hagamos e intentando responsabilizarnos de que ocurriria...que si entonces tienen que despedir a la persona que ha cometido el error y que esto puede ser normal porque son productos frescos.... muy señor nuestro... estamos acostumbrados a ir a rtes. Con productos frescos y de calidad y JAMAS nos habia ocurrido algo así y mucho menos la actitud que usted a tomado de justificar diciendo que es normal y que en otros rtes. le habia ocurrido a usted o decir k no aceptamos las disculpas solo cuando queremos dejar constancia de lo ocurrido ejerciendo nuestro...(y que con las prisas dado que con todo este entretenimiento llegabamos más apurados a nuestro vuelo nos hemos dado cuenta que no nos han dado copia de la hoja de reclamaciones)además yo ya habia escrito un email haciendo referencia a lo que habia ocurrido y en 7 días cuando comentaron que iban a verificar lo ocurrido y contactar conmigo nuevamente no he tenido noticias suyas...ademas el poco tacto que tuvieron desde el personal del restaurante haciendo referencia a un ofrecimiento por escrito interno que no ocurrio realmente. Eso si, nos han hecho un descuento de 20€ que he querido abonar y no han aceptado. La misma persona del rte. Que paso nuestro ticket de cena para firmar etc... a las dos mañanas coincidimos en el desyuno y pido que se me caliente leche sin lactosa...

Ventajas: The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, a good location at the center of the historical area and the internet provided is fast.

Desventajas: The mattresses are too hard and the acoustic isolation is poor, which means that one listen all the noises from the nearby rooms and from the street. The plumbering fixtures at the bathroom aren't working properly.

Ventajas: El hotel está bien ubicado, céntrico, es confortable.

Desventajas: tiene un aparcamiento para clientes, que hay que bajar el coche en un elevador y me agobie un poco.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente (céntrico y con posibilidades de aparcar en los alrededores). El edificio es precioso en sí mismo y uno se siente a gusto. Otro elemento importante: la cama era muy cómoda, Respecto al desayuno: está bueno, aunque se agradecería que hubiera alguna variación (durante 4 días había casi las mismas cosas). También me gustó mucho que puedas reciclar desechos (bolsas para tirar plástico, cristal y papel).

Desventajas: Podrían mejorarse algunas instalaciones: por ejemplo, el cuarto de baño. Todo está correcto, pero hay detalles que dejan de desear. Por ejemplo, nosotros teníamos una tapa que era más pequeña que la taza del wc (era incómodo). Tampoco estoy segura de que la moqueta sea el mejor suelo para un hotel de esta categoría.

Ventajas: Limpieza, ubicación, desayuno, tranquilidad

Desventajas: No puedo decir nada malo del hotel

Ventajas: The hotel is at a very good location and we could walk to many of the attractions of the city. The staff was very friendly, especially Jefferson on reception that was very patient giving all the information we needed. but not only him. The hotel restaurant was tasteful with a great chef and the staff was very friendly. The room was big, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful shower. Bathroom sparkling clean. The street is narrow, but the hotel has its own parking space, that was very helpful.

Desventajas: The room didn't have a safe box but this was not an issue since we could leave money and documents at the reception save.

Ventajas: Friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast, clean rooms

Desventajas: Everything was lovely
