Desventajas: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Ventajas: I liked that the flight was short.

Desventajas: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Ventajas: La simpatía y las mil y una disculpas que nos dieron la tripulación, pero la hora de retraso nadie me la quito

Desventajas: Coordinación de vuelos tanto el de ir a Colonia como volver los dos fueron con retraso en especial el de regreso que estuvimos entre cerca de una hora sentados en el avión.

Desventajas: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Desventajas: Small and uncomfortable airplane. No organization for boarding. They charge a 50€ fee if you don’t check in online, but the online app also purposefully separates passengers so you have to purchase seats together. So many fee charges not worth the aggravation.

Ventajas: The price

Desventajas: Assistants were rude and the flight was delayed and they didn’t provide a solution to my lost connection.

Ventajas: It was ok

Desventajas: The temperature at altitude was far too warm for my comfort.

Ventajas: The crew was welcoming and friendly. The choice of movies was awesome.

Desventajas: The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off

Ventajas: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Desventajas: Make sure you have a ticket with a selected seat or else they will not let you board, they overbook flights very often!

Desventajas: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Desventajas: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Desventajas: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Desventajas: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Ventajas: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Desventajas: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Ventajas: Left us alone a lot and also not a lot of brainless babbling over the pa. Very nice change from most airlines

Desventajas: The Kayak website sucks

Desventajas: Demasiados momentos de anuncios comerciales (vendemos comida, vendemos regalos, dona a una ONG. Lo último me parece bien, pero sumado a todo lo anterior, te da la sensación que es un vuelo/anuncio)

Ventajas: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Desventajas: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Desventajas: Baggage reclaim very slow

Ventajas: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Desventajas: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Ventajas: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Ventajas: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Desventajas: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Desventajas: When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight . Very unprofessional

Ventajas: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Desventajas: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Ventajas: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Ventajas: el embarque fue muy rápido

Desventajas: no quedaba nada de bocadillos, deberían intentar o bien tener un stock mayor o bien recargar más a menudo en alguno de los aeropuertos

Desventajas: Falta de puntualidad al despegar, color amarillo es incómodo a la vista

Ventajas: Cabin temperature was comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. At check-in I was given the option to add a second cabin bag and have priority boarding for only €7. Ryanair sent me a text message reminder to check in on-line, or else I would have had to pay extra at the airport.

Desventajas: I do not like the bus connections from the gate to the airplane. It is always a hassle and people are packed in the buses like sardines. I understand that Ryanair is a budget airline, but they should offer free beverages.

Desventajas: Continuous PA announcements selling one thing or another. Small non adjusting seats.

Desventajas: When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable.

Ventajas: Staff was friendly and happy.
