Ventajas: On time

Ventajas: El viaje bien, pero el sistema de asignacion de asientos, lamentable que solo se pueda ir junto a tu acompañante si pagas. Todo el pasaje cambiando de asiento. Una cosa es low cost y otra exprimir al maximo al pasajero.

Ventajas: No issues - everything went smoothly

Desventajas: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Ventajas: Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time.

Ventajas: there was not enough space between sitting rows

Desventajas: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Desventajas: The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding

Desventajas: We were delayed almost 2 hours but received no notification of this until we were at the gate. Then we were allowed to scan boarding passes and moved outside to a queue in the cold and rain to wait another 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Ventajas: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Desventajas: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Ventajas: Estuvimos en el interior del avion una hora tras el aterrizaje por falta de escaleras, además de tener q facturar el equipaje de mano porque supuestamebte no había espacio en cabina, cuando una vez en el interior había espacio de sobra.Pero lo realmebte molesto es tener a todo el personal una hora contada de reloj esperando para poder salir....no volveré a volar con esta compañía.

Ventajas: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Desventajas: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Ventajas: Tap was great for the long flight

Desventajas: To whom It May concern: My husband and I had a very very bad time trying fly from lisbon to Madrid through TAP. We booked together under same booking number. We don't know why my husband's ticket had been cancelled?? Thanks good! We have to spend five times more money to buy another ticket to fly together!! Now we try to find out what happened. Nobody want to take the responsibility!! Hope someone can give us the answer! Qi

Ventajas: Flight was on time

Desventajas: Baggage fees not updated on website. Despite having done my due diligence about baggage fees, the airline didn't update their website since October for my November trip. So I get to airport and pay 74 euro each way for two bags! Old planes and poor customer service Also, nobody picks up their customer assistance telephone number

Desventajas: Delayed transport to flight, tiny non-reclining seats. Food offering mediocre and had to flag down flight attendant just to get water they we're giving to everyone but some of us apparently.

Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Ventajas: Low fare

Desventajas: Deceptive and evasive baggage policy. Was prepared to and paid for bags in advance but no warning was given ot option to pay for a small personal item along with my cary on (hand luggage). Checked in and checked one bag at the airport, of course they didnt say anything, then when in line to board all of the sudden I'm a criminal because I have a carry on and a small personal item. They have no xtra baggage fee for a purse sized item, then threatened me "well the flight is full" nothing mire than scam artists.

Desventajas: we didn't know we had to print our tickets and they charged us a big fee to print our own boarding passes at the airport

Desventajas: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Desventajas: Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you.

Ventajas: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Desventajas: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Ventajas: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Desventajas: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Desventajas: Delay waitng for the chocks to block the wheels. although the flight was short - the delivery of juice was rushed. And all was finished and cleaned up very very early in the flight. I dont understand the need to get the drinks delivered with such speed - it does not help passenger stress levels.

Desventajas: This might not have much to do with TAP Portugal but the airport workers and security gave awful directions and I almost missed my flight. I am most confused why border control officers decided to point to me where to go and could have nicely said "I don't know but information desk is........." The airport is a mess

Desventajas: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Desventajas: When I booked the flight, your site said that I would not have a luggage charge, but I was charged 37 euros more when I checked in.

Ventajas: Well, it went from Lisbon to Madrid.

Desventajas: Slow boarding pass. Delay in take-off, delay in landing because there weren't chocks for the wheels. Extremely slow delivery of bags.

Desventajas: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Ventajas: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Desventajas: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Ventajas: Efficient and friendly approachable staff.comortable seats..nice selection of refreshments .

Desventajas: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Desventajas: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Desventajas: Legroom

Ventajas: The crew and personal were ok.

Desventajas: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Ventajas: Crew was awesome, seat spacing comfort not so much.

Desventajas: Need to have seat upright to use trays to eat on flight

Ventajas: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!
