Ventajas: "After almost completely adapting to the spartan amenities of US domestic airlines, my recent SWISS flight had a too-good-to-be-true quality that rendered my travel companion and I giddy with delight. My dinner (one of three food services) consisted of chicken, potatoes, steamed broccoli, salad, a dinner roll with butter, gruyere, and a strawberry tart... included cream and sugar signaled an inevitable coffee service. This was accompanied by complimentary wine and sparkling water, and heavy-weight stainless cutlery. The seat reclination was good, and the in-flight entertainment was a cut above. Coming off many Frontier flights with pay-for-beverage service, no leg-room, and un-reclining seats, it was about as good as coach can get. I'm actually looking at SWISS routes first before I plan my next vacation."

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. Desventajas: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Desventajas: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Ventajas: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Had to pay extra for checking in early to my return flight since I am not EU/EEA citizen and can't use mobile app and wouldn't have a chance to print my return boarding pass - and although according to the plane plan I chose a window seat my seat had now window. Never again."

I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."

Desventajas: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."
