Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Desventajas: "Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Ventajas: "It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. My kids liked the macaroni and meat dinner. The plane was clean and comfortable"
Desventajas: "The flight attendants could have been a bit more cordial and smiling. The dessert was only a choclate. Would have liked something better. Entertainment needed more variety. Boarding was a bit of a mess as they did not let families board first and were not very accomodative of families with small children, though I had a 9 year old, but there was a family with two very small children and they were not very helpful to them."

The crew was very pleasant and snacks were served (and appreciated), but didn't make up for the cramped conditions."
Desventajas: "It is absolutely ridiculous that they made us pay $100 each way for our ski bag/equipment. I will never fly either airline again. Horrible customer service as well. The airplane and its entertainment system is quite antiquated and needs to be updated. Horrible experience."

Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Desventajas: "Llevabamos libres los 3 asientos de delante, se cambio un adolescente al que la tripulación trataba como un rey, perjudicandonos ya que levantaron los reposabrazos de los asientos para que fuera tumbado impidiendonos a nosotros la ya dificil movilidad durante el vuelo de mas 11 horas."
Ventajas: "La atención de la tripulación. El personal asiático de mostradores es realmente divino."
Desventajas: "El personal de Air France para la fila antes de Revisión de visado es elitista, grosero y discriminatorio. Se burlan y hablan en francés creyendo que los turistas no entendemos. Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Desventajas: "El viaje fue por Joon, el vuelo inicial fue cancelado ya en sala. Nos respondieron con la reprogramación. Debieron notificar a tiempo la cancelación, creo que hubiese sido menos difícil, ya que nos tocó salir de sala para volver a los mostradores."
