Ventajas: nothing to like about this flight

Desventajas: just try to be on time, for once.

Desventajas: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Ventajas: Competent crew

Desventajas: Very late

Desventajas: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Ventajas: Cheap! And fast

Desventajas: No everything was perfect

Ventajas: The flight was really fast!

Ventajas: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Desventajas: departure gate area was standing room only

Desventajas: La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora).

Desventajas: Una del tripulacion fue maleducado y poco servicial.

Desventajas: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Desventajas: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Ventajas: The seats were comfortable and the crew were very professional.

Desventajas: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Ventajas: Excellent. Flight was on Time . Easy to board and no problems! Would fly easy jet again!

Ventajas: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Desventajas: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Ventajas: Flight not shown delayed at airport. Eventually left an hour late. No information or apology at boarding gate. Staff went and hid so the desk was empty. No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad.

Desventajas: Zero service

Ventajas: Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.

Desventajas: Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Ventajas: That it was on time

Desventajas: Me cobraron 60 Euros por imprimir 3 Boarding Pass que tenía en mi teléfono pero no me los aceptaban, pagué la bodega de 4 valijas grandes pero además a último momento me cobraron 25 Euros por el Carry on y en la escalera del avión me obligaron a despacharla a bodega a pesar que tenía una computadora adentro. Muy mala predisposición, Muy monetaristas, NO VIAJO NUNCA MÄS POR RYANAIR

Ventajas: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Desventajas: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Desventajas: Our flight was delayed over 3 hs, they kept changing the departure date with no explanation over and over again. about3 0 ppl couldnt even get on that plane. a complete disaster.

Desventajas: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Desventajas: There was a lot of delays for the boarding of this flight. The gates also close early and didnt want to let me in.

Desventajas: Crew took bags before we boarded. We had a 2-hour connection and they would not let us CARRY ON our CARRY ON baggage. This made it extremely difficult to make our flight on time. Also, the guy was terribly rude about it

Desventajas: BA like others charge a premium for using them over easyJet and the like. I take offence to paying £350 for a ticket and hen having to buy a sandwich. If you want to be like low cost airlines, then have the same pricing structure. BA = Rip off.

Ventajas: The whole experience was smooth and painless, and considering it's a budget airline, no real complaints. But you have to remember this is a budget airline so this is no-frills to the extreme-- you pay for things you are not accustomed to flying "normally." (See below)

Desventajas: We were fortunately well informed, so none of this was surprising or a major obstacle to us, but remember: Absolutely *nothing* is included. You must pay to check baggage, and by weight (regular or "large" ... "Large" being just a typically full, full sized suitcase) and must pay online in advance or the price to do so at the airport is ridiculous. You must pay for ANY refreshments on the plane-- no free pretzels, no free water. Pack snack/buy drinks past security if you can't go without. Expect to pay extra for anything other than a seat (assigned seats are extra) on the plane and you won't be disappointed.

Desventajas: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution
